хотелось бы более подробное описание номера.
Pros:

Расположение отеля отличное. Самый центр. Удобно добраться до автовокзала, Пириты и Старого города. Номера чистые., персонал очень отзывчивый. Можно после выселения бесплатно оставить вещи на хранение ,что очень удобно ,если уезжаете вечером. В ресторане столы убирают быстро, еду тоже пополняют быстро

Cons:

Больше всего расстроил вид из окна., Бронировала улучшенный 2-х местный номер. На картинке был вид на город. ,а по факту во двор торгового центра, что очень портило впечатление. Кровать тоже очень странная, .очень высокий матрац. (мне было по пояс)Приходилось запрыгивать Выбор на завтрак для такого отеля скромный. Но голодным не останетесь. В фойе обычно много народа. То группы уезжающих, то в ресторане какие-то торжества. Меня это не напрягало, но тем ,кто любит тишину и спокойствие-это не тот вариант.

Very uncomfortable bed. We stayed on the 6th floor and there was a lot of noise all night from the shopping center's ventilation system.

Wonderful hotel. Great value. Great location.
Pros:

Right next to the old town. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were great and ours had a wonderful view across the bay.

Bad management! As an industry in the hospitality field, service is everything. Sokos Hotel Viru was not able to give even basic services.
They did not give solutions to me as a customer. I do understand that they have policies, but it does not mean no flexibility at all.

Ihana Tallinna :)
Pros:

Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja ravitseva, kahvi oli toisena päivänä erinomaisen hyvää. Myös gluteenittomia vaihtoehtoja hyvin saatavilla.

Cons:

Ikkunat olivat hieman likaiset, mutta se ei juuri häirinnyt.
