I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Despite the fact that Booking caused me several inconveniences and I arrived at the hotel with my reservation not properly registered and without the payment having been transferred — even though I had already paid — the hotel staff handled the situation wonderfully.

Melanie at the reception was absolutely incredible, and the entire team was extremely attentive, kind, and professional. They made a stressful situation much easier and treated me with great care.

The hotel is very well located, clean, and cozy. Although there is no microwave available, this was not really an issue during my stay.

Overall, the hotel fully met my expectations. The real highlight is definitely the reception team, who were truly outstanding.

The rooms were clean and quirky, nice and airy . Lovely comfortable bed. Shower and amazing, and so was the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Friendly staff, easy check-in. Great location, plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Great location for the London Eye.

Cons:

Another curtain on the other side.of.the shower.
