It's refreshing to stay in a motel that is just what is expected, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

The staff was kind and helpful. It's an older motel, but the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was very fresh and even crisp. The furnishings were just right, a desk with chair, night stands with lamps, a fridge and microwave, and my favorite a side chair with ottoman. The chair is a favorite because I do not like watching tv from bed. What more can you ask for during 100 degree weather than a clean room with cool air conditioning. And one more thing the assigned room was on the 2nd floor, but when I told them I couldn't do stairs they said no problem we'll put you on the first floor, it's a little bit of an upgrade, but there will be no extra charge.

Pros:

Didn't do breakfast. The ladies working the night shift when we arrived around 7pm on April 15 2026, need to be recognized for their extreme efforts in preparing a room for us in short notice. When I made my reservations I fail to mention that we needed the first floor due to our health issues. They immediately cleaned and serviced a room to accommodate this problems. Excellent staff. I highly recommend this motel and should my wife and I make another trip thru Coffeeville, we will be sure to make reservations there again. Will spread the word as well. Thanks again.

Acceptable accommodations but needs work on what handicap guests require.

I reserved a handicap room for my father. Our room was down by a side door. There wasn't any handicap parking near this entrance. I had to drop my dad & luggage off at this door & go park by the street.

Seemed like the hotel catered to the railroad crews. Not sure I will stay here in the future.
Pros:

The room was clean and had a nice chair and ottoman.

Cons:

The hotel was very noisy. We could hear conversations in rooms next to us, above us and in the hallway at all times throughout the night. The housekeeping started cleaning rooms at 6 am. Was woken at 6 by housekeeping dumping glass bottles into the trash just 2 doors down. Also serving breakfast would have been nice.

APlace That Treats Guest Like Family
Pros:

The staff were amazing, I was there for a funeral. They went out of their way to be empathetic & comforting.
Going as far as helping find a local ride share for transportation
