Front desk clerk was very nice
The room had a full kitchen, a living room, a separated bathroom and a king size bed.
It is a business hotel so not much in the immediate area besides an industrial park.
It was conveniently located to the highway. Breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. I appreciated having an extra blanket in the room.
My first morning, I took a COLD shower. No hot water. I reported it to the front desk and Elianni (via text). That evening I was told it was fixed. Monday morning, I either got cold or very hot water in the shower. There was no in between temperature. Very frustrating. I reported that to the front desk as we checked out.
And when we returned to our room Sunday evening after a 2 night stay, housekeeping had not cleaned our room or bathroom. I called the front desk. Housekeeping was getting ready to leave for the day and they offered more clean towels.
The breakfast was phenomenal and the breakfast staff was so kind:)
A hot tub in the pool area is the only thing that's missing
