Pros:

The restaurant was a beautiful setting and the staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is situated on the far side of San Jose so is a little further out from town.

The front desk helped us with transportation and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The inside courtyard pleasant and welcoming. We liked being in the former home of the family who now runs the hotel.

Cons:

The front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful, so we were surprised to find the breakfast crew a bit grumpy and slow. Mildly unpleasant.

Pros:

This hotel is a beautiful space, elegant and full of tropical greenery and fountains. The restaurant has a fantastic breakfast in the open air courtyard. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is an unusual hotel that scores well for everything.

Cons:

Some rooms have some traffic noise, but it’s easy to adjust to and not disturbing.

La struttura in generale è molto bella e di grande gusto. Ottimo ristorante e atmosfera tipica del centro america. molto consigliata per un soggiorno breve in città.

da migliorare sicuramente alcuni servizi tipici da grand hotel quale vuole essere: palestra e zona spa da rivedere e arricchire.
