Fabulous stay!!
Pros:

All, the rooms are well designed and spacious, the restaurant provides diverse and fresh meals, the facilities are well maintained and been refurbished recently. Top stay!

gebucht DZ mit Meerblick

Gute Lage mir schönem Außenpool und Zugang zum Strand, gepflegte Außenanlagen,
Großes Zimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne
ca 30qm, ruhig
freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücks buffet , bei Halbpension sehr gutes Abendbuffet mit Fisch- und Fleischgrill.

Cons:

Die Betten/ Matratzen waren sehr fest.

Absolutamente todo. Sus instalaciones, el spa, la comida del buffet, la amabilidad de todo el personal… Las habitaciones eran muy amplias y cómodas, tenían todo lo necesario.

Cons:

Door een kleine vergissing in de boekingsdata kregen wij een no-show, zonder dat het hotel ons hierover vooraf heeft gecontacteerd. Bij aankomst gevraagd om de boeking 1 nacht op te schuiven (hotel was grotendeels leeg), maar hier werd geen enkele flexibiliteit of coulance getoond. We moesten simpelweg opnieuw boeken. Zowel het hotel als Booking.com wezen naar elkaar zonder oplossing te bieden. Deze starre, onklantvriendelijke houding staat in schril contrast met de uitstraling en vermeende 5-sterrenservice van Hippotel Barossa Palace. Zeer teleurstellende ervaring.

Habitaciones amplias, limpias, cómodas y con todos los servicios (albornoz, zapatillas, agua y cafe de cortesía...) Desayuno buffet increible y música en directo nocturna.

Cons:

No se explicaron bien los horarios de accesos al spa gratuitos durante la estancia. La preparación de los cócteles cambiaba mucho de un día para otro.
