The hotel impresses above all with its exceptional location right next to a wide and long beach, which is perfect for relaxing walks at any time of day. It’s an ideal place both for peaceful relaxation and for an active seaside getaway.
The hotel also features excellent wellness facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, a separate wellness pool with several types of jacuzzi, and a well-equipped spa area with dry saunas, a steam sauna, cold showers, an ice fountain, and a relaxation zone with loungers and complimentary tea. Such a comprehensive spa area is very rare in this part of Spain.
The staff truly deserve special recognition – they are extremely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Both the reception team and the restaurant staff make sure guests feel well taken care of throughout their stay.
The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable.
Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, so everyone can easily find something they enjoy. Dinner is also worth recommending – diverse, tasty, and reasonably priced (you can purchase it at the hotel for 30 EUR per person).
An additional advantage is the free parking located right next to the hotel entrance.
I stayed at this hotel for a winter winter, and besides the great beachfront location, the SPA was very important to me. During this time of year, when it’s often cloudy or rainy, you naturally want to spend more time indoors relaxing. Unfortunately, the wellness area is open only from 8:00–11:00 and 16:00–18:00. It’s hard to understand such limited hours, especially in a large hotel. The spa is especially crowded in the afternoons – the space is clearly too small for the number of guests. It's hard to relax when you have to share a limited space with a large group of people and keep an eye on the clock.
In summary, the wellness should be open much longer during the winter season. This is a crucial element for a comfortable stay during these months.
Considering the hotel is located right by the ocean, it would be worth improving the seafood selection during dinner, as the current choice is rather limited, not very fresh and not particularly flavorful.

Atención y amabilidad del personal general (recepción, spa, restaurante), diseño y comodidad de las instalaciones, acceso gratuito al spa para clientes y las facilidades con el equipaje y disfrute de servicios aún después del check out. Los buffet de desayuno y cena muy bien (algunos productos de la cena mejorables).
La hora de acceso al spa de la mañana para clientes alojados coincide con el horario de desayuno (8 a 11), por lo que no se puede disfrutar plenamente de este servicio a menos que desayunes a primera hora y rápido, cosa que no sueles hacer en un fin de semana de descanso y desconexión (estaría genial que prolongaran el spa por la mañana más tiempo). Aunque fueron flexibles con el horario y nos dieron cierto margen, veo más lógico ampliar el horario y no esperar a recibir trato de favor. Otro detalle es que echamos en falta en la habitación o baño más colgadores o algún sistema de secado para la ropa de baño, toallas (del baño y el spa) y albornoces (el tendedero de la terraza estuvo inutilizado por la continua lluvia). Seguro que de haberlo pedido me las hubieran cambiado a diario, pero no me gusta derrochar recursos.

Limpieza, comodidad, espacio de las habitaciones (baño con bañera incluida), gimnasio 24 horas y el SPA.
El bufé no es de 5 estrellas (por ejemplo si lo comparo con el propio Barrosa Park). Para ser justos, hay variedad, pero para nuestro gusto, igual calidad que otros hoteles de alrededor de 4 estrellas...
Otro punto negativo es que este hotel carece de sala de ocio (multipantalla deportiva, billares,dianas, mesas de ping pong...) y quiza haya huéspedes que, tras la cena, pueden aburrirse bastante. El Barrosa Park, por ejemplo, tiene una sala fabulosa, además de mesas de ping pong.
Absolutely beautiful hotel even in the rain! Which it did for our few days. Drinks on arrival and customer service was great. The Facilities are amazing Spa etc, quality of food and room products were excellent. The Room size was also amazing and the pillows and sheet quality were top quality. Location and views were stunning. The lighting system was amazing in the room and selection of tv channels was good. Best hotel we have stayed in for a long time and we travel regularly. Everything was perfect.

Las instalaciones, el personal, la decoración, lo amplia que son las habitaciones y el baño tipo italiano.
Algunas duchas en el spa no iban bien, baño turco muy flojita la temperatura. No había frutos secos en el buffet del desayuno.
