Bellissima Scoperta!
Pros:

Tutto, la struttura è grande ma elegante, sobria, pulita e curata. Camere spaziose con tutto il necessario e una vista meravigliosa su piscine e sul mare, tramonto bellissimo! Bar e ristoranti con servizio ottimo, prezzi più che onesti. SPA accogliente, offerta ampia di massaggi e prezzi sempre ottimi. Area gioco per bimbi variegata. Stabilimento sul mare in linea con il resto, pulito e buon menù, servizi eccellenti. Questo posto è stata una bellissima scoperta e speriamo di tornare un giorno! Inoltre è contornato di campi da golf e speriamo di usufruirne una volta prossima!

Cons:

Se l’acqua delle piscine esterne fosse riscaldata sarebbe ancora più bello ;)

It’s so empty and peaceful in April .
The room with the swimming pool was very comfortable. The standard room is also big and stylish.

Mooi hotel en ruime kamers

Cons:

Door een kleine vergissing in de boekingsdata kregen wij een no-show, zonder dat het hotel ons hierover vooraf heeft gecontacteerd. Bij aankomst gevraagd om de boeking 1 nacht op te schuiven (hotel was grotendeels leeg), maar hier werd geen enkele flexibiliteit of coulance getoond. We moesten simpelweg opnieuw boeken. Zowel het hotel als Booking.com wezen naar elkaar zonder oplossing te bieden. Deze starre, onklantvriendelijke houding staat in schril contrast met de uitstraling en vermeende 5-sterrenservice van Hippotel Barossa Palace. Zeer teleurstellende ervaring.

Excellent stay, would have been perfect to visit again and again if vegan choices were plenty.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

Temperature control to cool the room was not possible and options for vegan items for breakfast was very limited and needed constant clarification as they were not labelled as vegan.
