Disappointed
Pros:

Large hotel lifts to the room

Cons:

No tea or coffee or milk in the apartment. Arrived late at night and nothing to drink and woke up to no refreshment very poor

Pros:

Me han cobrado y no he ido al hotel
La atención por teléfono muy mala cuando fue un error de ellos que no me han mandado confirmación de nada lo cual nunca me había ocurrido reservando desde booking en otros hoteles

Buen bufet y vistas pero muy desencantado con la zona muy aislada
Pros:

Las vistas eran muy bonitas , el apartamento era amplio y el hotel nos gustó mucho el bufé libre y la piscina .

Cons:

Que no funcionó la TV los días que estuvimos, el mando no era el de la TV, el aire acondicionado daba de frente a la cama y por tanto frío directo . El aparato del aire está en la terraza por lo que si está encendido es imposible estar en la terraza. La TV estaba enchufada con una cleva directamente , colgando , peligroso si vas con niños…. Y en cuanto a las camas son muy muy incómodas .Y de las peores cosas es que la ubicación del hotel es muy aislada de las zonas para dar una vuelta , tiendas o bares, todo tienes que coger coche ….. no volvería a contratar los servicios ni volver a este alojamiento .

Dangerous balcony for small children
Pros:

The room had a view of the beach. You can park your car by the hotel but it's extremely small and available if you are lucky.

Cons:

The whole hotel could do with a bit of renovation. Things are falling apart and being on 11th floor balcony one would expect a higher fence. God forbid you bring small children there!! Also if you book a flat for two adults and two children, you would expect the staff to prepare the sofa (put on the sheets and prepare extra pillows). Instead the sofa wasn't prepared, there was one sheet for the sofa, one sheet for the cover and one pillow (two children!!). Also the sofa was extremely uncomfortable.

El trato del personal fueron muy amables tanto el turno de mañana como el de la tarde

Cons:

Qué se metieran personas vestidas en la piscina no me parece normal.
Aquí en España se baña uno en traje de baño.
De otra forma fomentas suciedad y nada de higiene
