Dat het dichtbij de strand is.
De personeel aan de Bali was helemaal niet klantvriendelijk en begrijpt geen Engels. Er kwamen allemaal extra kosten bij zoals een kinderbed was 10 euro per dag en de bedje viel bijna uit elkaar. Er kwam ook geen schoonmaakster dat zit niet in de prijs. Terwijl we 320 euro per nacht hebben betaald. Plus ziet er niet uit als op de foto’s. En je moet 5 euro per handdoek betalen. Grootste oplichters.
Zona tranquila ,actividades en el hotel, piscina con bastante sitio y en 1a línea de playa
Es una zona que no hay apenas bares,restaurantes y para ir a un supermercado, hay que andar bastante pero hay el autobús que se coge en la puerta

All the room inside, full of ants , dirty with stains everywhere, air-condition with dust and mold, furniture damaged , strange smell.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel car il est peu éloigné du centre ville mais avec les arrêts de bus juste en bas.
Nous avons aimé l’appartement avec la vue sur la mer. La piscine ce trouve dans un joli cadre, elle n’est jamais trop bondée et des transats sont disponibles
Le personnel était très gentil
La literie est mauvaise, les murs ne sont pas isolés, nous avions l’impression d’avoir les voisins dans notre propre chambre. Nous avions pris pension complète, les boissons ne sont pas comprises et le buffet n’est pas très bon et pas varié (surtout pour un séjour de 10 jours)
La animadora del hotel Heinyel la mejor, las chicas de recepción geniales, los chicos de la limpieza, regular, se les olvidaba poner las toallas y el papel higiénico, los cubre colchones muy sucios.
La organización regular en todos los sentidos, pero el personal de recepción super amables.
The view was amazing. The food was ok.
The staff was very impolite, every time one reported a problem they didn't search for solution only said it's your foult for everything going wrong. They are arrogant and communicate very poor in English. The building is not updated, a lot of thing are broken, they use an old key card system from control access with magnetic stripe which must be hold away from any electronics. The restaurant manager, Maria, was very unpolite, arrogant and filmed people at the pool side without asking for permission.

Muy buen sitio, buenas vistas,tranquilo y acogedor, personal de la recepción muy amables .Hay paradas de autobuses cerca del hotel.
La cisterna del WC tenía una fuga de agua y tocaba estar secando con la fregona,se avisó el primer día de entrada y también lo comuniqué hoy en la salida ,espero que lo arreglen pronto y por la limpieza se nos dijo que pasarían a limpiar pero que tenía que dejar un margen de 2 horas para que el personal de limpieza pase, se dijo que de 9 a 11 de la mañana , resulta que madrugamos para nada saliendo pronto para que entren,pasó la persona a limpiar cuando ya habíamos regresado a descansar, aunque se ofreció pasar más tarde pero le dije que lo dejara si total ya dejábamos la habitación el siguiente día por la mañana.
