Que no tuviera gel para fregar los cacharros o una fregona
Queremos resaltar el trato excelente del personal, especialmente una chica llamada Maria que nos atendió excepcionalmente en el comedor con varios niños alérgicos que llevábamos, ojalá en todos los restaurantes tuviéramos el mismo trato. Trato súper agradable en recepción. Un 10 para todos. El parking a la sombra, la piscina muy limpia y todo muy cuidado, sin duda volveremos a repetir.

estaba al lado de la playa, pero la playa estaba llena de rocas.
no me gustó encontrarme pececillos de plata en la placa ducha, que se saliese el agua de la placa ducha, la humedad del techo del baño, y escuchar a la gente de la habitación de al lado ya que en el mismo cuarto donde dormiamos habia una puerta que daba a la otra habitacion.

Para empezar las camas son antiguas y suenan nada más tocarlas.
El desayuno buffet de mala calidad.
Coincidimos con varias excursiones de fin de curso, a eso de las dos de la mañana empezaron a aporrear las puertas y armar escándalo, llamamos a recepción dos veces y nos dijeron que había personal de seguridad, cuando por desesperación decidimos salir a ver qué pasaba solo había un seguridad para echar a 50 adolescentes que estaban haciendo botellon en el pasillo, tuvo que salir mi pareja para ayudar al seguridad de hotel y estos se pusieron agresivos con nosotros, fue una situación muy desagradable, no se llamó a la policía desde un primer momento.
Después nadie del hotel se preocupó por nuestro bienestar.
Al día siguiente bajé a recepción a hablar con el director y tras hacerme esperar me dijeron que estaba de vacaciones, un director de hotel de vacaciones en plena temporada alta en la costa del sol.
No hubo ningún tipo de compensación ni solución por parte de gerencia.
Pague 96€ por una noche en la que no pude dormir absolutamente nada.
Eso si, a las 12:00 puntualmente llamaron a la puerta para asegurarse de que hacíamos en check out.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Für eine Nacht war das Zimmer ausreichend.
Es fühlte sich an wie eine Jugendherberge. Sehr laut. Die TV Wand war extrem kaputt. Das Schlafsofa war nicht sauber. Parkplätze waren rar.
Très bel emplacement avec une vue magnifique sur la mer.
