Really enjoyed our stay, beautiful setting on the lake
Pros:

Fabulous how it’s retained a lot of it’s original features, very grand hotel. The outdoor pool is wonderful as is the indoor pool and spa. Excellent breakfast and breakfast and efficient friendly staff

Cons:

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room and minibar was bad design, we couldn’t put anything of our own in the fridge without incurring a cost.
Beds we’re comfortable but pillows very lumpy

A very nice and unique hotel that we can recommend 100%
Pros:

Very nice vintage/historic style. Very well maintained in the sense that furniture; etc. are historic and infrastructure is modern.
Staff is very nice and competent.
A true unique hotel!!

Szép kilátás a teraszon, kényelmes ágy

Cons:

Borzasztó szekrények.Három embernek nagyon kicsi a ruhákat nem lehet normálisan kipakolni.

Petit déjeuner excellent.

Réception très peu agréable, à l’arrivée comme au départ, très administrative.

Quase um palacio
Pros:

O hotel é praticamente um ponto turístico do local, muita gente entra para tirar fotos e fazer filmagens de tão lindo que é , um verdadeiro palácio restaurado e além de tudo fica em frente a melhor vista do lago Magiore, de tirar o folego! Tem tambem uma area de spa , academia e piscina coberta maravilhosas
O cafe da manha não condiz com o nivel do hotel, apesar de toda estrutura de palacio e atendimento impecavel , a comida deixa a desejar e ha um cardapio para pagar extra poor alguns itens , achei sem sentido isso...

Cons:

Não tem hidratante para corpo e outras amenities, somente sabonete em barra
Também a limpeza deixou a desejar, muita poeira sobre os móveis
Mas eu adorei tanto a localização que eu voltaria, sim!

We enjoyed ourselves very much and would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

It was close to the centre. We enjoyed the cave spa. It had a warm pool with different kinds of jets at different places of the pool. Hot Shower in the cave nook had eucalyptus essence, sauna steam and snow cabin.

Nothing.

Great location but not worth the money at all.
Pros:

Location. Wellness centre with spa and pool were very good

Cons:

Extremely expensive for a tiny room & tiny bathroom.Lack of complimentary water/ tea/coffee.Not very inspiring breakfast.
