A great stay in the heart of Stresa.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay overall at Regina Palace. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, pool area and spa facilities. The room was a good size with a nice (non-lake) view. The hotel decor and ambiance was great too, and staff helpful.

Cons:

The minibar was touch censored and it was not possible to put any of our own water or drinks in there without a fee, which was frustrating given the hot temperature.
The pillow and bed were too hard for us and not too comfortable. the WiFi cut out numerous times during our stay and we had to ask for it to be fixed.

Séjour idyllique avec vue sur le Lac Majeur

situation géographique idéale à quelques minutes du centre ville et de l'embarcadère pour les iles Borromées.Hotel historique avec charme de l'Ancien et style belle époque ,beaux mobiliers ,peintures ,rideaux escaliers majestueux et dorures plein les yeux ...nous nous y sommes sentis très à l'aise car il y a des familles ,des couples et des personnes de tout âge ..,
petit déjeuner somptueux .chambre côté cour petite mais fonctionnelle. spa et piscine intérieur au top

patience avec le wifi fi car très long ......ascenceur peu nombreux ...aux heures de pointe ,il faut encore user de patience .
check in bâclé ,on nous à donnés les chambres ,aucune explication ,aucune suggestion de sortie ,de recommandations de restaurants ..même pas de plan de la ville de STRESA ....
check out pas mieux ,on paye et on ne nous demande pas si tout a bien été ....personnel de réception pas à la hauteur de la renommée de l'établissement ...dommage .
