Es war einfach fabelhaft Zimmer mit grossem Balkon Seesicht herrlich.

Excellent location with views of lake from hotel. Good breakfast options in a lovely setting. Plenty of car parking in underground car park. Amazing decor and fittings throughout hotel and bedrooms.
Ridiculous policy regarding in room mini bar/fridge (5 euro a day to store your own water in the fridge!!). No courtesy water provided. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Very poor quality towels in room.
Ottima posizione, palestra, piscina e centro benessere meraviglioso, colazione di gran qualità e il piano bar una bellissima iniziativa.
Avrei voluto una pulizia un po’ più veloce e approfondita nella stanza e magari trovare balsamo e crema corpo. Il phon da cambiare (modello molto vecchio).
Posizione stupenda e giardini meravigliosi come la cura della struttura esterna impeccabile. Una struttura troppo affollata da gruppi e si ha la perfezione di essere un numero e non ospite. Le camere che ho occupato nelle più occasioni non particolarmente fresche e rinnovate.Lo staff del ristorante in piscina molto accogliente. Prima colazione molto invitante e varia Sono stati disponibili per l' uso della piscina prima del check in.
Un po' caro su alcune camere disponibili.

Das Hotel an sich war für uns wie ein Traum, dass noch original Möbel, Leuchter etc. vorhanden sind ganz toll das ganze hat uns in eine andere Welt versetzt.
Das der Boden im Zimmer gequietscht hat
Wir waren noch nie in einem so tollen Hotel . Die Zimmermädchen waren Perfekt bei unserer Etage , Zimmer 309

This hotel is excellent and a completely wonderful surprise. Step into old-world luxury and enjoy the type of service and special touches that no longer exist in most modern hotels! Staff are all amazing and super friendly, rooms are luxe, spa and facilities are gorgeous and breakfast is outstanding!
Only thing “missing” is a beach area and there were some mosquitos at the outdoor pool… but we didn’t mind as everything else more than made up for it!
