Bel endroit un décor kitch et décalé vs les hôtels modernes mais vaut le séjour.
Pros:

Emplacements, confort et qualité équipement des deux piscines

Cons:

C’est un détail mais lors du départ annonce faite par le réceptionniste que le forfait du parking payant (pas terrible pour ce type d’hôtel dont le nom comporte le mot Palace) est valable que jusqu’à 12:00 !! En réalité nous sommes partis à 14:00 sans surplus.

Чисто в номере,уборка каждый день, хороший бассейн и спа.

Cons:

Завтрак однообразные и скудный, нет горячих каш, кофе иногда приносят холодный. В ванной комнате ужасный ломаный фен, утюга нет, холодильником пользоваться можно только за деньги.

Excellent Pool Day
Pros:

We bought a day pass (10am to 6pm) for the swimming pool in the gardens. The pool, its facilities and the surroundings were excellent including the longest towels we've ever seen and plenty of sun loungers with umbrellas and some natural shade. We ate a decent lunch from the bar situated in the gardens which had a good range of food and drinks. The gardens themselves were beautifully looked after with frogs, fish and dragonflies visible in little ponds. The pool was never that busy on the day and time of year that we went. I'd actually score the experience a 4.5 with a slight reduction for the price which was 40 euros each, a bit expensive. Reception did offer us a deal for a week but it was our last day in Stresa.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Danke für den tollen Upgrade! Wir haben das Zimmer mit der riesengrossen Terrasse sehr genossen.
Was ich an diesem Hotel besonders schätze ist dass ich seit mehreren Jahren hierher komme und die selben Angestellten finde. Das ist für mich mittlerweile sehr viel Wert, dass Arbeitgeber ihre Mitarbeiter nicht saisonal anstellt und auch wenn sie etwas reifer sind , ihre Arbeitsstelle behalten können.

ausserdem ist das Hotel ein Erlebnis, der Garten, die Pools, das Essen stimmt alles für uns. Ich hoffe, wir werden euch bis anhin, jedes Jahr wieder besuchen können. Uns gefällt es!

Cons:

Pool area was lovely and clean. Only small negative would be a suggestion to improve the quality of the sun loungers and umbrellas as they are a bit dated
