Lovely hotel and location but unnecessary charges leave a bitter taste
Pros:

Feels palatial, central location, lovely views, nice breakfast

Cons:

€20 per day parking charge, additional fees for things eg fresh orange juice €10, charge if anything is moved from the minibar meaning you can’t put anything in the fridge

Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage. Man fühlt sich etwas in der Zeit zurückversetzt - als alles gefühlt noch etwas prachtvoller und schöner war.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist recht schön, aber aus meiner Sicht der Pracht des Hotels nicht ganz angemessen. Das Rührei kam aus dem Tetrapack und für richtiges Spiegelei oder Omelett sollte man ca. 15€ zahlen. Das passt nicht zusammen.
Das Personal auch beim Frühstück aber absolut top! Super höflich und schnell.

An exceptional lakeside hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way.
Pros:

We loved the entire experience. The hotel is exceptional in terms of its location, service, and facilities. It is luxurious and spacious, with wonderful indoor and outdoor pools and an excellent spa. The breakfast was generous and indulgent, and the hotel’s location directly across from the lake made our stay even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

Great hotel at the center of stresa
Pros:

Really nice property with a nice aesthetic. Tennis court and a very nice pool area.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially Rebecca at the front desk. We had issues with a transfer to the airport from another company and she helped us greatly!

Séjour agréable qui aurait l’être encore plus avec qqs petites attentions
Pros:

L’emplacement à 5mn du centre historique et des nombreux restaurants, des embarcadères pour les croisières sur le Lac Majeur, de la gare ferroviaire, de la promenade le long du Lac….
Le SPA, notamment la très belle piscine intérieure

Cons:

L’absence d’une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée dans la chambre, d’une machine à café et dosettes, bouilloire avec qqs sachets de thé, ce qui est anormal pour un hôtel se revendiquant PALACE,
Carte du pdj à améliorer et varier (trop de charcuterie, pas de saumon ….), fruits en général sans saveur

Parking pour ma moto au même prix qu'une voiture.
