Un sogno avverato
Pros:

Il Regina Palace per me è un sogno avverato, per tanti anni da bambina e poi ragazza ci sono passata davanti e potevo solo sognare di soggiornarvi. Credo non abbia bisogno di tante presentazioni, è un gioiello. La nostra camera vista lago, pur non essendo molto grande, aveva tutto ed era elegantemente arredata. La colazione ottima in una bellissima, enorme sala. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il bar dove la sera prendevamo sempre l'aperitivo, servizio e offerta di ottimo livello. Garage coperto, a pagamento ma visto il livello e la posizione dell'hotel lo ritengo normale e accettabile. Non abbiamo provato la spa e gli impianti sportivi. Spazi comuni ampissimi e di grande bellezza. Il venerdì sera c'era pianobar nella hall, un'esperienza molto, molto gradevole.

Cons:

Polvere in camera, all'arrivo ho spolverato con un fazzoletto di carta almeno i comodini dove ce n'era davvero molta (il telefono, la tastiera specialmente, era pieno di polvere) prima di appoggiarvi sopra i miei effetti personali. Penso dipenda dalle pareti con inserti in stoffa perchè in generale la pulizia era buona, però da un hotel del genere non mi aspetto un errore simile. La vasca da bagno (il deviatore non funzionava, l'acqua usciva solo dal doccino) aveva l'idromassaggio ma appena lo azionavo si spegneva, ho preferito non rischiare visto che funziona a corrente. Alla reception dipende da chi si trova, ci sono persone espertissime e persone non molto all'altezza, forse stagisti o assunti da poco. Deposito bagagli imbarazzante, una stanza da biliardo semibuia e del tutto incustodita dove chiunque, anche dall'esterno, potrebbe recarsi a sottrarre o aprire i bagagli; visto così abbiamo preferito lasciare i nostri in auto nel bagagliaio.

Kurzaufenthalt 2-3 Nächte in Stresa
Pros:

Gehobene Preisklasse. Zimmer war OK, etwas ringhörig; nicht sehr gross, hat aber gepasst. Badezimmer sehr klein, aber sonst funktional. Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Minibar vorhanden. Grotte/Wellness super
Die Lage des Hotels ist exzellent.

Cons:

Dass wir für unseren kleinen Hund (Bolonka, 4kg) pro Nacht zusätzlich € 35.-- zu bezahlen hatten, ist ja schon jenseits der Schmerzgrenze, aber dass für die Private Nutzung des Minibar Kühlschrank eine zusätzliche Gebühr von Fr. 5.-- pro Tag erhoben wird ist wirklich dreist!

Dezastru la costul pe care l-am plătit , putem spune ca am simțit și puțin rasism !

Personalul dezastruos au fost neprimitori (un angajat chiar ne-a certat ca am oprit mașina în fața hotelului pentru a descărca bagajele , valetii au dispărut când ne-au văzut , la hotel de 4 stele s-a încasat 2 sticluțe de apă plată 😞

Kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Stilvolles Ambiente in Hotel und den Zimmern, man fühlt sich dort wohl, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Frühstücksraum mit schöner Aussicht, der gleich gute Laune macht; unkompliziertes Parken in Tiefgarage (gegen Aufpreis), sehr schön gestalteter Innenpool (im Frühjahr gut); gut gelegen für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Schiffsanleger für die schönen Inseln nahe beim Hotel, kleine nette Altstadt fussläufig nahe gelegen

Cons:

Im Zimmer neben dem Treppenhaus ist es unangenehm laut. Wurde aber auf unsere Beanstandung getauscht, so dass wir mit den Zimmern sehr zufrieden waren.

Schönes Hotel super Zimmer
Pros:

Frühstück leider sehr ungewohnt - wenn man Omelett oder Spiegelei haben möchte kostet das zusätzlich je 18,- Euro
die Rühreier sind leider nicht aus frischen Eiern gemacht.

Cons:

An der Rezeption sehr zäh und kaum Jemand spricht deutsch !!
Wir standen 2 mal vor der Zimmertür und die Schlüsselkarte hat nicht funktioniert.
