Pros:

Housekeeping was great,.the location was fabulous close to everything. Check in was a breeze, the front desk guy was so incredibly polite. I stay at different places each time I come to Gatlinburg to test the location and the place, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised as I have never stayed at a Super 8.

The up mark in price for Labor Day was annoying as the quality of the room didn’t match.
Pros:

Staff at the front desk, amazing.

Cons:

Room was up to date but there was an extreme smell of air freshener to cover up what smelled like wet dog and tobacco. The floor was absolutely covered in grime (I could clearly see bare foot prints and refused to walk around in anything besides shoes). The other noticeable things were the light switches and fixtures were all clearly untouched for some time as they had filth all around their surfaces. The pool was certainly questionable with the color and hot tub was out of service.

Bed bugs and no kind of discount or anything for the inconvenience of little creators running around

They had bed bugs and refused to give my money back or call a manager to work out the problem I didn't sleep

Rainy days..
Pros:

Got to bring my pooch..location was great..room was clean only thing maids need to check freezers in frig found a 9 pk of frozen clam shells..price for 2 night was reasonable..a little pricey for pet fee nearly was the same price as the 2 night stay...had a few rowdy kids above us in 2 rooms running and hollering up and down.overall could stay there again..!

The communication with the staff was excellent, we loved the location allowed by the pets.

Cons:

It is terrible that the area where people take their pets to the bathroom, people do not understand that they should lift the eses of their dogs, despite the fact that where the boat is there are bags, he created that the hotel should demand cleaning if they do not fine them, on the other hand the beds are not very comfortable for 2 people, they should pay much more attention to the cleaning.
