Well, the only thing about this was the cost. but after staying there I would have rather stayed in my car at a rest area than stayed there.

Cons:

Room air conditioner needs to be replaced. Made a constant loud noise all night long. You could hear the dogs barking next door all night long. The room was clean but could use major renovations. The staff only did the basics and was not overly helpful. If you have another choice to stay somewhere else take it. It is not worth the money.

Parking is a disaster. Hardly able to get into a slot to fit your car. If you park there make sure you back in.
People were outside smoking cigarettes and weed. The doors are not sealed, and you can smell it come into the room.

This was a terrible stay, and I do not recommend to anyone.

You pay for what you get
Pros:

Likes the area and it’s a smaller hotel. Beds were very comfortable

Cons:

Room floor was sticky between beds. I took a wet towel and cleaned it up and when I picked up the towel it was very dark brown. Floor was very dirty

It was nice for a quick overnight stay.
Pros:

Location wasn’t bad, 10/15 min walk to main strip. Free basic breakfast, room wasn’t bad. Pet fee is reasonable.

Cons:

No upkeep outside, no trash cans/dumpsters outside. One dog poop station but not in a good location. Our shower had someone contact stuck to it. Requested a dog friendly room but was out in the second floor

Pros:

Housekeeping was great,.the location was fabulous close to everything. Check in was a breeze, the front desk guy was so incredibly polite. I stay at different places each time I come to Gatlinburg to test the location and the place, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised as I have never stayed at a Super 8.
