Likes the area and it’s a smaller hotel. Beds were very comfortable
Room floor was sticky between beds. I took a wet towel and cleaned it up and when I picked up the towel it was very dark brown. Floor was very dirty
Location wasn’t bad, 10/15 min walk to main strip. Free basic breakfast, room wasn’t bad. Pet fee is reasonable.
No upkeep outside, no trash cans/dumpsters outside. One dog poop station but not in a good location. Our shower had someone contact stuck to it. Requested a dog friendly room but was out in the second floor
Friendly staff
Housekeeping was great,.the location was fabulous close to everything. Check in was a breeze, the front desk guy was so incredibly polite. I stay at different places each time I come to Gatlinburg to test the location and the place, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised as I have never stayed at a Super 8.

They had bed bugs and refused to give my money back or call a manager to work out the problem I didn't sleep
Staff at the front desk, amazing.
Room was up to date but there was an extreme smell of air freshener to cover up what smelled like wet dog and tobacco. The floor was absolutely covered in grime (I could clearly see bare foot prints and refused to walk around in anything besides shoes). The other noticeable things were the light switches and fixtures were all clearly untouched for some time as they had filth all around their surfaces. The pool was certainly questionable with the color and hot tub was out of service.
