amazing lovely and beautiful.
Pros:

I liked that the house keeping people will clean our room everyday without asking and bring us towels and all real great and down to earth staff the. facilities. were amazing and we seen many bears so be careful and don't leave. food in your car or leave your car open

Cons:

everything was great can't think of anything bad. it is an older building so expect it to look a little outdated but other than that the rooms are great.

I enjoyed my company in this beautiful area.
Pros:

My travel group really enjoyed this staying here due to the location being an easy walking distance to the main town center. Also, for what we paid for the room and the property were nice and clean and up to my standards. The garden next to the pool really added to the charm of the hotel. We discovered it was there on a walk so it was a nice surprise. big fans and whoever is taking care of it needs a raise!

Cons:

Our only problem with staying here was the key cards consistently NOT working each time we had to enter our room. It delayed us a bit but the staff would always give us new keycards and when those didn’t work a staff member would come up to the door and help us in. There is always one person at the front desk to help it just got annoying after the 10th time…

Would like to go to Gatlinburg, at least six times a year
Pros:

We like Gatlinburg because of the history that used to be called White Oaks Flats. We love the history of the ogles and we love the mountains because they are the oldest mountains in the world.

Cons:

Vacation to the lasted a month instead of a week

Run away, bed bugs!
Cons:

Bed bugs. Quite big. The management promised to investigate and get back to me in 3 days. After that, I just got generic 'will respond shortly' replies instead of actual investigation results.

Pros:

Everything was about what I expected. An added bonus was the Bear action in the vicinity.

Cons:

While running the shower, water backed up in the tub. Although, I can recall very few hotels where the water didn’t back up in the tub.
