Great location and staff, needs minor fixes.
Pros:

location is great, right in the middle of Gatlinburg. Room was clean, hot water was nice and hot. friendly staff and free breakfast.

Cons:

blankets on bed were super itchy, something in the fabric. A/C didnt make the room cool at all.

Well, the only thing about this was the cost. but after staying there I would have rather stayed in my car at a rest area than stayed there.

Cons:

Room air conditioner needs to be replaced. Made a constant loud noise all night long. You could hear the dogs barking next door all night long. The room was clean but could use major renovations. The staff only did the basics and was not overly helpful. If you have another choice to stay somewhere else take it. It is not worth the money.

Parking is a disaster. Hardly able to get into a slot to fit your car. If you park there make sure you back in.
People were outside smoking cigarettes and weed. The doors are not sealed, and you can smell it come into the room.

This was a terrible stay, and I do not recommend to anyone.
