Fabulous location for what we needed. Clean, comfy room. Lovely little touches in the room, nespresso machine, tea, water, and a little bottle of milk. The shower was fabulous, comfy beds. Excellent breakfast. I could not fault it!

Room was great, staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping was done each day. The staff were very polite. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The location is close to the metro station so the city center and tourist attractions were easily accessible.

the hotel was lovely and in a very safe area, was only a 5 minute walk to the tube. the staff were so lovely and helpful even after i checked out after i messaged about leaving something behind. the price compared to the room and service we got was amazing and the breakfast that was included was such a lovely touch. the staff at reception and the pub connected were so friendly and made everything so clear when explaining it. this is now my go-to hotel next time i go to wembley for a concert.
Hot breakfast is cooked to order with excellent ingredients. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Free secure parking on site is a big bonus and an easy walk to the Underground. Room was spacious enough and was very clean. Extremely good value for money in Zone 3 of London.

Just a great friendly place. I’ve been coming here on and off for about 3 years and it’s good to see the same staff still here which shows it must be a good place to work.

Not enough options.. same food everyday
The temperature regulation in the room (room was too hot and the thermostat didn't have the option of lowering since it was centrally regulated). I paid for 4 nights but could only stay 3 nights because flight disruptions caused me to come in a day later than planned and front desk wouldn't consider any options to charge me less or give me a discount or an upgrade or any sort of compensation. I called on March 12th itself to let front desk know that we were delayed and wouldn't make it for Friday but no help or consideration was given.

Our towels were always changed and room was really clean. You might feel like at home so it’s worth going there. The breakfasts are GORGEOUS. The most tasty Full English Breakfast I’ve eaten in hotel. Really good.
The place might be not in the two main zones of London but still well communicated. You can go to Hanger Lane Station, get bus or go to Alperton underground station. There are options but this might be the most problematic thing during the stay, the distance and commuting to the centre. However, it’s manageable.
