I enjoyed the nearby nature trail.
The range of free wi-fi did not extend to my room, so I had to go in lobby to use it.
The room was pretty disgusting. Hair on the wall, brown liquid dripped in the fridge. Old pieces of red streamers were taped on the walls. Dust everywhere. My son drove 3 hours to visit. We checked in after 4 pm. They couldn’t find our reservation, then assigned us to a dirty room. The pool was out of order. The ice machine also didn’t work. We couldn’t even stay here. We did not even spend the night here. The A/C filter was so dirty and candy wrappers were in the window. The stairs walking to our room was covered in grass and dirt.
A Staff member treated me like I was a problem for trying to check into my room that I had already paid for. The young girl working was wonderful but the older lady was very rude at check in.
I am so embarrassed that I even sent a family member to this facility. I work in the industry and this is unacceptable.
The amount of dust and dirt in this room was kind of mind blowing. Someone (a past guest?) had written “hi” in the dust on the black frame around the bed. Photos below.
I love the location and was happy to spend my money in this town but I would not recommend this facility. Staff either does not care or they’re understaffed at this facility which falls on Super 8. Not sure which it is but this experience left a bad impression.
We had a early check out due to family emergency they said we had to talk to booking .Com since we booked thru them and they would tell them we only stayed one out of 3 nights .Booking.com nor I can get any response from them the manager herself was there when we checked out said she would be there to talk to them she will not even return the email they sent or answer any phone messages when I call all I want is my money back for the 2 nights I was not there thank you
It was close to the expressway.
The pool was closed for remodeling. My 10 yr old was very disappointed. Floors were filthy throughout facility. There were crumbs in the bed. The staff was very unfriendly. No elevator.
massive tick infestion onsite !!!! Needs major investment… lots of deffered maintenance throughout.

There was no indoor pool as stated on the sign, this was false advertising- when we asked how long the pool had been out of order, as stated on the sign on the door entry, they answered-YEARS!!! Poor
The pool was closed, booking did not reflect this.

Beds were horrible would have been more comfortable to sleep in my car. It was dirty crumbs in the dresser’s fridge was dirty and cobwebs and spiders everywhere and the bottom of the tub was brown like it hasn’t been washed in a while. Would sleep in my car before I stayed there again.

I didnt like that half the hotel lights where off no pool the room had mold and dust an cob webs all over the room had an awful smell we stayed for 30 mins and checked out the experice was awful and the lady working front desk was very rude I tried getting my money back got me no where even after getting moved to yet another room it was still awful we had cleaning supplies left in my room but it was clear it wasnt ever cleaned, and when we checked out the lady at front desk was making smart comments as we left!!
Booked online based on the fact it had a pool and hot tub; upon arrival, was informed via many signs indicating pool, hot tub, and sauna were all closed (they appeared to have been closed for quite a long time…). Nothing was offered for this lack of accurate info (I mentioned that all the websites still list hot tub; it did not seem to be of interest to the desk employees). The room in the “newly renovated” side of the hotel - which was clearly undergoing a massive redo - was filthy; thick dust covering almost every surface, dirty windows, etc. At night, it seems to fill up with workers from nearby construction sites and it was unbearably loud, smelled strongly of marijuana (had to close the window), and at times it was actually alarming with all the yelling (past midnight). Breakfast was ok.
Paid $510 for 3 nights average $170 per night
Pool out of order, rack to hang clothing was ripped off the wall, no clock in room and no ice machine working when the was a heat advisory and we had to work outside all day. Talked about concerns with 2 different employees was told the manager would call me that never happened not real happy about this stay
The beds were not that great. Really could sleep due to the noise as well.
