Hôtel surcoté, très bien situé avec une partie moderne agréable mais un service qui n’est pas à la hauteur.
Pros:

La partie récente de l’hôtel est très bien, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien aménagées.
La piscine est très sympa surtout dans la zone attenante au nouveau bâtiment.
Son principal argument est son emplacement : prêt de tout mais au calme.

Cons:

Le service est déplorable : à la réception il y avait au moins 6 jeunes collaborateurs dont la seule préoccupation (hormis leurs portables évidemment) est de vous énumérer les frais supplémentaires potentiels (si perte d’une serviette de plage ou perte d’une carte-clé en plastique etc …) et tout ceci en ne vous écoutant pas et en ne répondant à aucune question. Il a fallu insister pour que la chambre soit nettoyée avant 17:00 … en ayant l’impression de demander la lune … La conciergerie est dépassée ; organiser un véhicule pour l’aéroport est une aventure et naturellement le montant est au tarif maximum.
Le petit déjeuner n’était pas bon : viennoiserie mal dégelée et beurre rance. Nombreuses tables non débarrassées et propreté limite.

Ne mérite pas le statut de 5*en terme de service aux clients.

Pros:

Good location close to lots of bars and restaurants
Room a great size could do with a better place for tea making having to move the kettle to make a cuppa a bit of a pain

Cons:

Could have had more western choice at breakfast

Pros:

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens j'apprécie beaucoup le personnel et l'emplacement de l'hôtel en revanche ...

Cons:

Cette année, la piscine principale n’était pas disponible lors de mon séjour en raison de travaux de rénovation. Malgré cela, le prix du séjour était encore plus élevé que l’année dernière ! Je ne trouve vraiment pas cela correct. C’est dommage.

اعمال صيانة في الفندق من الساعه 9 صباحا ولغاية 5 مياءا وازعاج طوال اليوم حتى الظهر ولا تستظيع الراحه والنوم

Pros:

お値段以上だった！！
プールアクセスの部屋が最高だった。
プールとプールバーが良かった。
プールバーの食事が美味しくハッピーアワーの時間が午前中からでかなりお得。
プールに電動のビーチ版が有料だけど設置してあり楽しかった。
居心地がとても良かった。

Cons:

朝食が美味しくない。
ビーチタオルを借りる時がめんどくさい。
立地がいまいち
