Good position as regards to shops and restaurants but otherwise a disappointing stay
Pros:

Friendly helpful reception staff especially Pang who helped us change our room as we needed a balcony and a shower instead of a bath.
Pools were nice and clean
Lovely furnishings in general but some areas needed maintenance

Cons:

The food was disappointing overall.
Had I known all the breakfast chicken dishes were Halal I would not have booked to stay here . I believe all cultures should be catered for wherever possible but I felt I should have been catered for as well. All the other dishes of rice , potatoes etc were lukewarm at best and the staff were not interesred. There was a very poor choice of cold cuts every day which were 2 cheeses and 2 meats , exactly the same every day.
The staff in the dining room and around the pool were all wearing untidy jeans of all descriptions. Some too long some hanging off their behinds.
More hand rails needed for disabled people to access the pool in particular
Not really worth a five star rating overall. Maybe a three star at best.

Lovely modern hotel
Pros:

Lovely modern hotels , stunning decor.
Very clean with a lovely pool area

Cons:

3000 thb deposit required which is a lot more than everywhere else we stayed.

מלון מרכזי בפאטונג ביץ , קרוב לבנגלה , לקניון גנגסילון, 8 דקות הליכה לבית חב"ד , וכמה דקות למסעדות ישראליות / כשרות , ליד המלון 7/11, בריכות נחמדות , מתאים יותר לזוגות פחות מלון לילדים .

האמבטיה היתה לא טובה , עדיף חדר עם מקלחון , היה ריק של עובש בחדר האמבטיה
