It was ok. Clean and the beds were comfortable.
Pros:

Location was good, breakfast was great

Cons:

Reception staff (POP) were rude and unfriendly. When we were leaving I was charged for throwing away empty hand wash containers. They were not filled and I did not know we needed to ask for them to be filled and as they were empty I threw them away and was charged 500 Baht for doing so.
The bathrooms need work, it was quite dangerous climbing in and out of the large bath to have a shower and the shower water had no where to go but on the floor which made climbing in and out of the bath even worse.

Pool access room was good, location close to most places

Cons:

Breakfast had good variety but was always cold. Management was very stingey, we had to ask for toilet rolls nearly every day as they only leave you what's left on the toilet roll, we accidentally broke a glass and they wanted us to pay for it!! Everything was itemised in the room, so if you wanted more towels the answer was "you already have 2"???
I have travelled quite alot and never have I come across this. I would not stay here again due to this reason.

The hotel itself was decent and reasonably priced, offering fair value for money in terms of the rooms and basic facilities.

Cons:

However, the experience at reception was extremely disappointing. We had booked two twin rooms, yet the staff insisted that only three people were allowed to stay due to a 2+1 display on Booking.com, which appeared to be an error. This made no sense — booking two twin rooms clearly implies accommodation for four people. They just wanted to extract extra money for us as booking.com showed no difference for 3 or 4 people for 2 twin rooms!
Despite the booking being made and fully paid by one person, the staff insisted that two separate individuals had to sign for the rooms and initially refused to provide the keys. When asked for clarification, they were unable to give any logical explanation on this!
In addition, they demanded a $100 cash deposit per room after the rooms had already been paid in full, which was not communicated clearly beforehand. There was also an attempt to charge an extra 200 Thai Baht for a supposedly missing key card, even though we repeatedly informed them that it was left in the room.

Vill bara säga att låt er inte luras av bilderna. Det är väldigt låg standard och allting är gammalt. Det borde inte vara femstjärnigt hotell skulle säga max tre stjärnor. Personalen allmänt är trötta på turister och är otrevliga. Jag såg flera tillfällen när personalen tjafsade med turister angående småsaker. De var inte hjälpsamma på något vis utan svarade argt när man frågade nånting. När vi frågade om jag får byta till den nya byggnaden med Samma rumsstandard fick vi till svar att det kostar 4500 baht extra per natt. Har bott på flera olika hotell i patong och det är väldigt stor skillnad på standard och personal.
