Elite rooms need upgrading
Pros:

The location was perfect

Cons:

There was no bar in the evening or entertainment and the elite rooms needed to be upgraded to a walk in shower.

We loved our stay here, didn’t want to leave. Room was beautiful, staff very courteous, it was in a great position close
Pros:

We loved Andaman Embrace, the poolside room we had was the nicest room we’d ever stayed in. To be able to walk straight out our sliding glass door into the pool was wonderful on those hot Thailand days.

Cons:

I’ve found beds in Thailand to be hard and the pillows hard.

Plutôt bien dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

La chambre était propre, les draps et serviettes étaient changés chaque jour. Au petit déjeuner il y a des cuisiniers pour nouilles thaï et omelette c’est un + assez sympa. Le choix du petit déjeuner. Parking devant l’hôtel. Chambre simple mais bon rapport qualité prix. Hôtel proche de tout au centre et super bien situé.

Cons:

Des travaux avaient lieux dans les logements donnant sur la piscine ce qui a engendré des zones inaccessibles dans la piscine puis nous avons pu voir que les bouts de bois découpés et métaux durant ses travaux allaient directement dans l’eau. C’était moyen. Dans la salle de sport un seul tapis de course fonctionne. Les machines ne sont pas modernes mais ça dépanne.

Pros:

Very warm and friendly staff. Very helpful. Great location. Central to where ever you wanted to go meaning walking distance. To Patong Beach and to Jungceylon.

Cons:

Smoking in quite a few areas, like to see less smoking. It really smells.
Old part of the hotel is not as nice (may need a bit of an update) as the new side where the pool access. .

Pros:

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal et les voituriers sont particulièrement professionnels. Les femmes de chambre sont adorables et attentionnées.
L’établissement est très propre, confortable, avec une décoration soignée et une magnifique piscine, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : le personnel de l’accueil est un peu moins chaleureux que le reste de l’équipe.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, très très bien situé quartier calme, proche de la plage et des restaurations, piscine agréable, buffet du petit déjeuner complet avec du choix, lits avec un bon confort, le personnel toujours souriants et à l'écoute des besoins

Cons:

Il manquait des placards pour ranger ses vêtements et un grand miroir de haut en bas, j'avais aussi une très grande terrasse vide, il manquait des canapés de jardin ou transat sur cette terrasse afin de mieux en profiter
