Pārsteidza tas, ka 4 zvaigźņu viesnīcā nebija tējkanna, netika piedāvāts ūdens. Brokastis- ļoti nabadzīgas, kafija- nedzerama. Ūdens spiediens dušā- ļoti vājš. Izskatījās, ka viesnīca knapi velk garu.Kā agrākās greznības pārpalikumi.

Pleasant stay, but disappointing for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, quiet and convenient for car hire, bus station and Saturday market. There were several restaurants and bars close by that we enjoyed and fairly convenient for the beach, although we spent more time on the main beach in Naxos (20 minute walk). We loved Taoramina, and the bus journey to get there.

Cons:

The breakfast was particiularly disappointing for a 4 star hotel. We enjoyed the scrambled eggs, but coffee was almost undrinkable and other breakfast items pretty average with limited choice. The bathroom was tired, small and poorly designed.

Très bon emplacement de l'hôtel mais équipements et service décevants Mauvaise organisation
Pros:

bon petit déjeuner et bon expresso
manquaient la salade de fruits frais et les fruits n'étaient pas murs

Cons:

Le pare douche n'était pas étanche si bien que la salle de bains était inondée à chaque douche
Nous avons dormi les 5 premières nuits sans que les draps soient changés et avons dû demander le change le lendemain matin
C'est tout à fait inacceptable pour un 4 étoiles
Le mini bar avait des verres en plastiques et il n'y avait pas d'ouvre-bouteilles; nous avons dû le demander
On ne mettait plus de bains de soleil et de parasols et la cabine pour se changer était fermée

Pros:

Magnifique hotel, très confortable et proche de la plage. La piscine est superbe et très agréable dans un cadre idyllique de vacances.

Cons:

Le personnel d'accueil s'est montré plus que mal élevé avec nous et désagréable avec notre fils de deux ans. C'est scandaleux pour un hôtel qui revendique un standing 4 etoiles.
Petit déjeuner très lambda et peu qualitatif. Le personnel met en place les tables du déjeuner au fur et à mesure, donnant l'impression de mettre les clients dehors.

Schlimm ist untertrieben
Pros:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis inakzeptabel. Das Hotel war der letzte Aufenthalt nach längerer Tour über die Insel. Das mit Abstand schlechteste Hotel der Reise!
Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren super freundlich. Das war es aber auch schon.
Ausstattung und Ambiente seit den 80er Jahren nicht modernisiert oder renoviert. Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt - auch die Handtücher gewechselt - der Umweltgedanke kam hier noch nicht an! Der abartige und sehr penetrante Zitronenduft in den Zimmern ist kaum auszuhalten! Das Frühstück war unappetitlich angerichtet und der „Kaffee“, wenn man das Gesöff in Italien überhaupt so nennen darf, kam aus einer Instant- Maschine, furchtbar. Der sogenannte Spa-Bereich (kleiner indoor-Pool und eine alte kleine Sauna) kostet 12€ p. P. und Tag extra. Der Außenpool ist ab dem frühen Nachmittag im Schatten. Die Liegen am privaten Strand kosten ebenfalls zusätzlich 15€ proTag, möchte man sich ein Handtuch zum Strand mitnehmen, kostet es ebenfalls pro Handtuch und Tag 1€.
Die Frage nach dem Late-checkout hat dann den Eindruck komplett abgerundet, hier wären für 3h späteres Auschecken in der Nebensaison (Oktober!) weitere 70€ fällig gewesen! Während unseres Aufenthaltes war das Hotel voll mit englischen und amerikanischen Rentnern wohl über eine Reisegesellschaft, das passte zum Ambiente.
Zusammenfassend ist zu sagen, wir würden dieses Hotel weder empfehlen noch jemals wieder hier her kommen.

Хареса ни тишината и спокойствието.Чист и поддържан хотел.Хубава гледка към Таормина

Не е подходящо за семейство с малки деца .Няма нищо с което да се забавляват ,басейна е дълбок няма зона за деца.Пред хотела плажа също не ни хареса ,шезлонгите са отдалечени от морето .
Душа в банята не е подвижен и пръска на всякъде.
