Pros:

Excelente la ubicación, el cuarto y el desayuno.

Cons:

Estaba roto el ascensor y habíamos tomado ese hotel por el ascensor. Nos "compensaron" con una botellita de agua mineral deĺ frigobar pero había que subir al 4o piso a desayunar. No sé si había cuartos en la planta baja.

Hotel ubicado en el corazón de Taormina
Pros:

La terraza es excelente para desayunar y/o llevar algo para tomar por la noche. La ubicación. Te llevan al lido Caparena (por solo 5€ por persona) e incluye sombrilla y reposera.

Cons:

Los productos de aseo. Mismo producto para el cabello y el cuerpo. Al llegar te dicen que el agua del grifo no es potable y ni siquiera te ofrecen una botella de cortesía, sino que la botella pequeña te la cobran €3.

PERFECT Location, Amazing Views, Central to EVERYTHING
Pros:

PERFECT location! I was not sure where in Taormina to look for a hotel and options were limited due to high demand. This ended up being the PERFECT location. It was so close to everything, basically right in the middle no matter what we wanted to see, we were close. The rooftop terrace is fantastic...breakfast is served there and you can go and enjoy the views anytime you want. AMAZING VIEWS of the old theater, the town, the ocean, Naxos, and Mt. Etna. Breathtaking. The room was clean. There is an elevator but we took the stairs other than with our luggage. You get free access to a private beach with shuttle van transfer (EUR 5 per person round trip), which I didn't know when we booked. I highly recommend pistachio gelato and cannoli from Novè, just around the corner from the hotel, off of Piazza Vittorio Emanuel II.

Cons:

Staff was professional but not super outgoing. But they did a fine job.

Il bagno piccolissimo con difficoltà di accesso al water. Una persona in sovrappeso non potrebbe usufruirne per via della suddivisione dello spazio. Doccia molto vecchia con box a soffietto, dava la sensazione di scarsa pulizia. Mancava una ventola per la pulizia dell’aria, naturalmente senza finestra. La camera insisteva su un terrazzino comune ad altre 2 camere di conseguenza eravamo costretti a vivere all’interno della stanza con le tapparelle abbassate per mantenere la privacy. Al di fuori erano presenti due ragazzi distesi a terra.

Me encantó todo!!!
El hotel es divino, situado en plena Corso Humberto.
Las instalaciones una maravilla. El personal super amable. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y dan super buenos consejos.
La terraza donde sirven el desayuno es espectacular.
El desayuno es excelente.
Realmente un disfrute!!! Felicitaciones al hotel!!!

Poor acoustics and staff unwilling to understand issues. Suggest you stay elsewhere.
Cons:

Very poor acoustics between rooms. You won’t know what sort of room you’ve been assigned, but many rooms only have sliding doors between rooms, so it’s like living with another family.

Cons:

Great location but let down by management and administration.

Don’t stay on the ground floor, you will hear all the noise in reception as there is no acoustic treatment.

Also the rooms aren’t separated properly and many only have sliding doors separating them.

Despite knowing this, the manager refused to do anything about our room.

Very poor by Hotel Isabella.Would not go back again. Loved Taormina but we were made to feel like second class citizens
Cons:

Many rooms are connected by only a sliding door, so there is no privacy. We stayed in a room with another family next door and it was literally like we were living with them. Despite this and making a recoding of the noise and visiting our room, the staff refused to offer any discount or compensation. Also staying on the ground floor is terrible. There is no acoustic treatment on the doors and all noises from reception can be heard. It was a very poor experience. There are many other options in Taormina. I would suggest you look elsewhere for your stay.
