Personal sehr nett, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt.
Pros:

Lunchpaket bestellt und auch bekommen, danke dafür.

Cons:

Mehr Auswahl bei der Wurst, mehr Obst nicht nur Äpfel. Ein Hocker im Zimmer würde helfen, dann muss man sich nicht immer auf das Bett setzten.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön geräumig.

Cons:

Der Teppich Boden im Zimmer war alt und dreckige Flecken drauf . Der Teppich Boden im Flur war völlig verdreckt und fleckig und alt. Parken war schwierig, da der Parkplatz immer besetzt war. Das Parkhaus nebenan war teuer. Es gab keine Sondertarife für Hotelgäste

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Frühstück nur für "Normal-Esser" geeignet.
Cons:

Für "Normal-Esser" war das Frühstück sicher in Ordnung. Für Vegetarier mit Kuhmilch-Unverträglichkeit gab es leider nichts, keine vegetarischen Brotaufstriche und nur Kuhmilchkäse. Das glutenfreie Brot schmeckte nicht. Die Schildchen am Frühstücksbüffet waren ständig vertauscht. Im Obstsalat befand sich gekochtes Obst aus der Dose.

Die Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer ließ leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Unter dem Bett befand sich leider viel Dreck. Die Fensterrahmen innen waren schmutzig, auf Display und Schalter für die Heizung hatten die vorherigen Gäste ihre Rückstände (Creme, Lotion an den Fingern?) hinterlassen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man zum ZDF mit dem Auto fahren möchte, was zu empfehlen ist. Für die Innenstadt haben wir den Bus genutzt. Das Frühstück war ok.
