Service leider eine große Enttäuschung
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig, aber keineswegs besonders.

Cons:

Durch einen Fehler während des Buchungsvorgangs auf Booking.com entstanden zwei identische, nicht stornierbare Buchungen für denselben Zeitraum, die beide vollständig abgebucht wurden. Obwohl der Fehler während der Buchung auftrat, zeigten weder das Hotel noch Booking.com auch nur ansatzweise Kulanz. Ich habe mehrfach telefonisch und schriftlich Kontakt aufgenommen und insgesamt Stunden in Warteschleifen verbracht. Statt einer Lösung wurde ich von einer Telefonnummer zur nächsten weiterverwiesen – am Ende sogar an eine Nummer, die gar nicht existiert. Kundenservice sieht für mich anders aus.

Der Aufenthalt selbst war bestenfalls durchschnittlich. Bereits der Check-in zog sich unnötig in die Länge, obwohl mehrere Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption anwesend waren.

Entscheidend ist für mich jedoch der Umgang mit Problemen. Wer bei einer offensichtlichen Doppelbuchung keinerlei Entgegenkommen zeigt und Kunden stattdessen im Kreis schickt, hat mich als Gast verloren. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen und kann es aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

De locatie is perfect. Je zit snel weer op de snelweg. Perfecte kamers en prachtige badkamer. Zeer schoon.

Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The housekeeping team were also excellent, especially Tatiana, who went out of her way to help us.
We arrived during the 42°C heatwave. The air conditioning in our first room wasn't working at all, but reception quickly moved us to another room. After Tatiana recommended a room with better air conditioning, reception happily moved us again, and we slept comfortably for the rest of our stay. I also really appreciated the complimentary late check-out, as our flight wasn't until 9 p.m.
The location is convenient, with Burger King, McDonald's, and a shopping centre right next to the hotel. The public transport is only 5-10 mins walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was the lack of drinks. There was no bottled water for sale, the bar was always closed, and even the vending machine had no beer on Sunday night. Keeping the bar open in the evenings or stocking the vending machine better would make a big difference.
Overall, the excellent customer service made our stay enjoyable
