Pros:

Hotel located centrally. The staff is very professional and helpful.

Cons:

Although our room was very lovely, it was a bit dark. It would have helped if the shutter outside our window had remained completely open. Minor, but bothersome.

Cons:

По причине не погоды в Стамбуле мы не смогли добратся в намеченные даты с 08.01 по 11.01. Попросили менеджера отеля переместить даты проживания, на что был получен ответ, что это возможно. По факту прибытия в отель нам было отказано в грубой форме. Сотрудника на ресепшен звали Вадим

Comfy and very good location
Pros:

The location, the cleanliness and the staff were the highlights of this hotel. The beds and the mattress were also very comfortable and we slept very well. We felt well in the hotel. The general impression is positive.

Cons:

Guests need to put up a sign to have their room made if they want it done before 4 or 5 pm. We needed to change two elevators to get to our room and walk quite a distance. I was not thrilled with the fact that our window was high up and we could not see much outside. There was no common area to sit except at the bar but you could sit there without having a drink. It was comfortable and nice.

Προσωπικά τα βρήκα όλα απο πάρα πολυ καλά έως εξαιρετικά: η τοποθεσία, είσαι στο κέντρο της πόλης σε έναν πανέμορφο δρόμο, η διακόσμηση των δωματίων και γενικότερα των χωρών, η καθαριότητα και το ευγενέστατο προσωπικό!

sehr sehr lautes Zimmer durch Strassenlärm (schlagender Tür beim Nachbarn jede 30 Sekunden) und Reinigungskräfte
