Perfect location for shopping and sight seeing.
Pros:

Amazing location, right in the Centre, perfect location for shopping and seeing the sights. The staff were fantastic, friendly and informative. Check in and out was seamless.

Cons:

The pillows weren’t great, that’s the only reason i gave them a 9, some nice feather pillows are what’s needed in a room of that standard.

Tout ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein centre. Le personnel est très gentil, attentionné et à l’écoute. La chambre était magnifique et, en plus, nous avons eu la belle surprise de bénéficier d’un surclassement. Une excellente expérience !

Warm, welcoming and wonderful
Pros:

The staff were all incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help you. The location is brilliant, very central but also peaceful. I slept wonderfully! We felt very taken care of.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low, but manageable
