バスルームが下水のにおいが常にする
一見きれいそうだが、細かい所の掃除が行き届いてない

Good enough.
Pros:

Convenient to Hakata Station. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good Wi-Fi.

Cons:

Room was small (normal for Japan). No lobby, no space. Everything felt tight. Ok for sleeping, bathroom, shower but nothing else. We chose this based on trying to be budget minded. I think if we returned we would pay more and stay at Super Hotel Premier.

Everything felt tight. Room, bathroom, lobby were all tight (Japan size). Good for sleeping and bathroom but nothing else.
