部屋が綺麗。

Cons:

浴室と客室内廊下に段差があり、転倒しやすい。
部屋に歯ブラシ等が無い。1階エレベーター前にあるが、他のホテルを使ったことがあると、まさか部屋に歯ブラシ等のアメニティ品が無いとは思わないのではないか。

ゲストに寄り添ってくれたホテル
Pros:

フロントが無くチェックインが不安でしたが、問題なかった、気軽にチェックイン出来これからの時代はいいと思います。
スタッフも大変親切で助かりました。
また部屋も清潔感がありました
アメニティも良い製品で⭕️です
色々メールで問い合わせしたりしましたが返信がありがたかったです
次回もこちらでと思い、知り合いにも勧めたいです

Pros:

1. The locaton is relatively close to Hakata Station.
2. The self-check-in and check-out procedures are smooth.
3. The room is decently clean.
4. In some rooms(unfortunately, not all the rooms), there is a steel handrail installed on the wall in the bathtub, which helps ensure the safety when taking a bath or showering.

Cons:

The bathroom has been raised,requring the users to step up to enter and step down to exit. This design has posed a tripping hazard when using the bathroom, especially for the elderly, people with disabilities and young children.
Additionally, the bathroom door is not a folding one, which makes the space feel even more cramped.

Also, they just provide 2 bottles of water in the room, regardless how long guests stay. While this practice is more eco-friendly indeed, they sound have reminded guests about it in advance.
