Cons:

cleaning of the room, there was not cartoons channels on tv. the cleaning guys entered in the room whithout permission. also there was not internet acces in the room, only in the reception area.

Es war der schlechteste Urlaub, den wir je hatten.
Die Betten waren nicht bequem und sehr klein.
Die Zimmerreinigung wurde nur oberflächlich durchgeführt.
Das Essen war qualitativ schlecht und zum Teil kalt (z.B. Pommes oder auch gebratenes Gehacktes im Brötchen). Andere Gäste haben direkt aus dem Buffet probiert (unhygienisch).
Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht nutzbar, da die Türe mit Code verschlossen war - einziges Angebot der Rezeption, einen überteuerten Safe an der Rezeption zu buchen.
Einige Türen konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden (zur Toilette & zum Bad).
Die Toilettenspülung war defekt und ist sehr laut „nachgelaufen“.
Wir haben Ratten auf der Anlage gesehen.
Zwei von fünf Personen haben einen Magen-Darm-Infekt bekommen.
Die Hygiene insgesamt war sehr schlecht.
Für kleine Zusatzleistungen wurde direkt eine Gebühr fällig.
Die Infrastruktur um das Hotel herum, inklusive dem Weg zum Strand, war schlecht: viele gebrochene Gehwegplatten, gebrochene Gehsteige mit Stolpergefahr, …
Streunende Hunde auf den Straßen.
Überteuerte Speisen und Getränke am Strand.

Statiunea Albena e rupta din povesti.Hotelul desi e de 3 stele compenseaza prin tot ceea ce ofera: aqua parc, piscina, plaja privata bar si restaurant pe plaja, sezlonguri si umbrele pt absolut toata lumea. Mancare diversa, nu sofisticata ca la 5 stele dar e o mancare normala si ai de unde alege. Personal foarte amabil. Recomand pentru familii. Nu aveti astepari sa platiti 3 stele si gasiti 5 stele, dar chiar si asa de 3 stele cum e o sa fiti incantati si multumiti. Merita!!!

Am plătit o groază de bani pentru un sejur care nu a meritat deloc. Serviciile sunt slabe, raportul calitate-preț este extrem de dezamăgitor, iar condițiile nu corespund deloc cu ceea ce promovează hotelul. Am plecat cu impresia că am dat banii degeaba.
Nu recomand acest hotel – în Albena sunt multe alte opțiuni mai bune, unde primești ceea ce plătești.

Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany. Chętnie wrócimy ponownie.
Pros:

Na śniadanie, obiad czy kolację każdy coś znalazł dla siebie. Duża różnorodność posiłków. Dobra lokalizacja restauracji. Blisko Aqua Park. Przy basenach bar i na plaży również. Plaża ogromna, piaszczysta. Przy wejściu prysznice i place zabaw, a bliżej brzegu dostępne leżaki z parasolami.

Cons:

Personel sprzątający mógłby bardziej zwrócić uwagę na porządek pod łóżkami i meblami podczas sprzątania. Trochę brakowało animacji przy basenach i dobrej muzyki.

Un sejur așa cum l-am dorit, liniștit și relaxat!

Hotelul se afla într-o zona liniștită, curată, am apreciat Aquaparcul , dar este aglomerat ar tb să te duci din timp dacă vrei să găsești sezloange , pentru plajă au autobuze dedicate care te lasă fix pe plajă și un bonus sunt sezloangele gratuite unde sigur găsești loc, plajă curată , marea la fel, au și restaurant pe plajă ceea ce este un plus pentru ca nu tb să te plimbi până la hotel , mâncarea destul de diversificată , ai ce să mănânci , se vede ca își dau silința , noi am avut și pește și creveți ( dar nu am prins ca au avut grijă câțiva turiști să și umple farfuriile fără a mai lăsa ceva prin tava). Piscină la hotel era curățată în fiecare dimineață. Am avut aer condiționat în cameră dar nu am avut frigider, dar ne am descurcat.Domnul manager și personalul foarte atenți și drăguți cu turiștii.Au grijă să te informeze cu toate detaliile.

Un sejur dezamăgitor
Pros:

Doar stațiunea Albena, care este îngrijtă și frumoasă!

Cons:

Au fost grave probleme în legătură cu locul în care am fost cazați, pe care nu le-am sesizat la început ci pe parcursul sejurului. Mai precis, în exteriorul corpului principal, sunt vile, în care nu se face curățenie, cu multă umezeală, sunt pline de insecte ce intră fără probleme pe sub ușa exterioară, care are spațiu liber pe unde încape o palmă.
Noi am stat în vila 5 și am fost mușcați pe corp de ploșnițe de pat și atașez și poze doveditoare ca să vedeți în ce hal ne-am întors acasă!
Mâncarea a fost de o calitate slabă și insuficientă cantitativ, pentru numărul mare de turiști. În repetate rânduri au rămas fără minimul necesar, inadmisibil la un hotel de 3 stele. Băuturile de la dozatoare precum: sucurile, cafea, ceai au fost de slabă calitate, fiind preparate la automate cu băuturi instant .
Nu doresc nimănui asemenea concediu!

The food was varied and tasty, the sea was warm and the beach was wide and comfortable, the room was nice (except the number of hangers as there were only two). The reception manager Beloslava was very helpful and attentive to our needs:)

Cons:

The room service staff would knock on the door and open it straight away, the absence of a hairdryer in the room, although I received it in two days.

Pros:

I was in Albena for the first time. Quiet location, lots of greenery. Very clear parking system. Lots of parking spaces. Tasty and plentiful food. Beach quite far for families with children. Cleanliness in the room. Friendly staff. I noticed Miss Beloslava. Friendly and dedicated. She explained everything to us in a few minutes. After that, we felt at home. We will come back.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that the hotel doesn't have security. On two nights someone made noise after a late hour.

Für Familien sehr geeignet
Pros:

Ein schönes Hotel für Familien Vorallem mit dem Aqua Park. 15 min zum Fuß ist der Strand der sehr schön ist. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zur partymeile wo das Nachtleben beginnt und man feiern kann bis zu den Morgenstunden.

Obiekt jest bardzo duży mozna było korzystać ze wszystkich atrakcji i ta plaża jest naprawdę rewelacyjna najlepsza i najładniejsza jaką widzieliśmy w Bułgarii.
