A very nice place overall. The staff were extremely helpful in every way. Had a very interesting and good chat with Mehm
Pros:

Accessibility from rooms to any area very easy. All areas very clearly marked. Dining area is big. A lot of variety for food.

Cons:

They don’t have small pillows. All pillows are huge. We asked few members of staff to replace but they said they only have one size pillows. We had to use towels as pillows.

Um excelente hotel para passar umas férias em família.
Pros:

O espaço estava sempre super cuidado e tudo funcionava de forma fluído. Os funcionários sempre simpáticos e disponíveis. A alimentação era excelente, todos os dias com pratos diferentes e imensas opções. Um excelente hotel para férias em família.

Отель совершенно не тянет на 5 звёзд и не соответствует цене.
Pros:

1. Вне зависимости от времени заезда/выезда можно пользоваться ресторанами, бассейнами, пляжем. Это удобно при раннем заезде и позднем выезде: не нужно доплачивать за завтрак, ужин и т.д.

2. Территория небольшая, но в целом нормальная.

3. Уборка номеров ок.

4. Специалист (начальник?) car rental — оперативно помог разрулить вопрос с трансфером.

На этом плюсы всё 🙈

Cons:

Первое и главное: я сама плохо выбрала отель 🙃 Делала это в спешке и доверилась высоким отзывам. Это на случай, если кому-то вдруг захочется написать «ну а чего вы хотели, там же написано…» Целиком и полностью моя вина 😊

И тем не менее, впервые у меня было такое, что хотелось поскорее уехать — настолько не нравилось примерно ничего. Отель заявлен как 5 звёзд, но ощущения как от «трёшки»: возможно, в других корпусах номера лучше, но у меня в основном корпусе был номер с дизайном из нулевых, с двумя крошечными окнами и без балкона, даже самого крошечного, где можно было бы сушить вещи (представляете, что происходит с купальником, который толком не высыхает? 🙈). Речь не о каком-то дополнительном комфорте, а о базе для пляжного отдыха.

Основной ресторан больше напоминает столовую: еды много, выбор огромный, и почти всегда можно найти что-то съедобное, но и дизайн, и чистота столов, и обслуживание оставляют желать лучшего (часто столы просто не успевают нормально убирать, скатерти в крошках от предыдущих гостей + среди персонала встречаются прям персонажи 🙈).

Пляж — слёзы, но это скорее относится к Белеку в целом: тёмный песок, каменистый вход, огорожено довольно близко из-за того, что за буйками постоянно плавают катера. Что касается конкретно этого отеля, то шезлонги находятся под огромными навесами, и приходится лежать бок о бок с другими гостями (правда, privacy можно себе обеспечить за дополнительные деньги, арендовав пляжный домик).

Обслуживание в целом нормальное: убирают номера хорошо, персонал на ресепшн 50 на 50 — кто-то дружелюбный, кто-то не очень.

В общем, не ужас-ужас, но больше ни ногой)

Relaxing family getaway at a cosy Belek hotel.
Pros:

Hotel location was great, 40 mins from the airport and a 15 min walk to Belek for your shopping and chemist (if need be) needs.

Staff are super friendly and speak Russian/English, entertainment each night was solid with good acts and the food was also great and above-par for your standard all-inclusive fare (nightly specials, fresh grill, seafood, etc). Beachside restaurant for lunch was particularly good for salads, pizza, etc.

Bars were also ok with your usual all-inclusive cocktails and selection of wine/beer/soft-drinks

Pools were also decent and my son enjoyed the slides, though we spent most of our time at the beach.

Hotel itself is coming up to 30-yeard old, so while this isn't the brand spanking new shiny mega-hotel experience, this is a very cosy family hotel that's good for the money, considering the neighbouring price tag.

Overall we enjoyed our 7days here. :)

Cons:

Two areas for improvement that stick out are:
A Polish family that were basically the internet meme that occupied 10 sun loungers (with inflatables) while only 4 people were in/at the pool. When we arrived and moved the inflatable to get a sunbed for half an hour, 2 irate wives and 2 very square/orange husbands got up close and personal and started telling the story of how they have a big family and they _must_ have the space, even though other family members were elsewhere and they were in the wrong as there are plenty of signs not to camp. Trouble is Hotel staff seemed to not enforce this rule.

Second one is related to the hotel doctor/nurse that we were unlucky to visit twice during our stay. Main issue is that neither nurse that was in call spoke any English or Russian, even though those are the main hotel languages, and all was done through Google translate.

In addition, when on the first visit we just asked to check if our son had an inflamed throat (tonsillitis) we were advised to pay150 EUR for a 'specialist doctor's diagnosis' (so local pharmacy to the rescue there). Second visit was for when he split open his chin after tripping in the pool (no fault on the part of the hotel). Lifeguards were quick to react and get an antiseptic plaster on and off we went to the doctor's office again. Asked the nurse to steri-strip the small cut, but again were told we needed to 'go to hospital to check if we needed stitches'.

Short story, if you need any medical advice/attention, go to the Belek pharmacies first which are nearby, speak any language you need and can do small procedures and sort out medication at a much more reasonable cost.

الفندق رائع والاداره مهتمه بالضيوف وكان الاكل لذيذ ومتنوع وسناكات متنوعه والفندق نظيف وفيه الكثير من الفعاليات وعند خروجنا قدموا لنا هديه جميله كتذكار احببت ذلك❤️

Cons:

فقد تعرض لموقف كوني عربيه للعنصريه للبار الموجود بجانب المسبح فكان الموظف يرتدي عجلات باخذ الطلبات من الجميع الا انا لا يحضر طلبي عندما تكلمت معه قلت لماذا احضرت للجميع طلبهم الا انا سوف اشتكي عليك قال اذهبي للمدير قدمي شكوى انا غير مهتم لن احضر لك طلبك ويضحك ويتهزأ بي كوني عربيه اعتقد اسمه مردان كان شئ جدا بالمعامله ابلغت مدير البار بشكوى وكان رائع ومهتم بالموضوع اشكره جدااااااا فقط موقف واحد تعرضت له ااما باقي الموظفون كانوا جيدين جداا وخدمتهم رائعه

Decent hotel but I would like to see some improvements
Pros:

It has good facilities, in a decent state.
Great beach, an area for aerobics/yoga, enough places to eat & spend time

Cons:

It seemed like small things could have been better at times:
There was always lack of glasses near detox water tank in the main restaurant
It was often a quest to find clean cutlery as those were more replaced quick enough apparently

Aqua aerobics was a bit strange and repetitive (waswr by a Turkish lady)

activities for teenagers could have been more diverse; it didn't feel like there was a lot of engagement from the leader, at least not all the time

The beds were very hard. I am usually ok to sleep on harder beds but these were quite something

In our family room, there were not sockets or reading light for anyone except the master bedroom. This is very inconvenient.

Amazing experience. Would love to stay here again.
Pros:

Lot of facilities available for all age groups. It was conveniently located at the beach and not too far from the town. The staff were always welcoming and happy to help. It was an amazing stay without any stress. Everything seemed very clean and tidy and staff was always at work for convenience of the guests. As you can tell we are all very happy with our stay at Bel Conti Hotel and Resort.

Cons:

Archery and air rifle activities can be improved with more resources. But otherwise it was good to have these additional activities
