Pros:

Помогли занести вещи. Номер был чистый, были все нужные принадлежности в ванной и презент от отеля (вино). На территории живут кролики, гуси и черепашка. Ребенку очень понравилось. Есть мини-клуб с бассейном для самых маленьких. Много мест где можно поесть. У нас было два номера и по нашей просьбе дали номера рядом. Номера находились в отдельном корпусе, поэтому не было ничего слышно (идеально для семей с детьми). Еще до выдачи номеров выдали браслеты и разрешили пользоваться всеми услугами, но карточек на полотенца не дали, поэтому могли только пойти поесть. Горок немного, но для ребенка 4-х лет было более чем достаточно.

Cons:

Персонал не умеет общаться с людьми и даже при заселении девушки вели себя некорректно, смеялись и попросили отойти от стойки ресепшен фразой «присядьте уже пожалуйста!!!». Вторая ситуация была когда мы уточняли информацию о парке легенд. Спрашивали девушку с ресепшен как лучше купить билеты, может ей есть что посоветовать, на что она просто сказала: «я не знаю, можете и там билеты купить». На следующий день мы пришли на ресепшен чтобы попросить заказать нам такси до парка. Девушка сказала что они не сотрудничают с такси и предложила трансфер (за 35€ туда-обратно. Ехать примерно 8 км.), и сказала «можете попробовать вызвать убер или яндекс, но это будет стоить столько же». Конечно, такси в разы дешевле. Тут мы еще не понимали всей ситуации. Пытались вызвать такси через разные приложения, но все отменяли заказ. Девушка со стойки Guest Relations, зная ситуацию!, посоветовала нам с двумя детьми 4 года и 9 месяцев выйти ко въезду в отель и попробовать вызвать оттуда. Выйдя туда, мы увидели такси, и нам сразу сказали «мы вас не повезем, нам нельзя возить гостей из этого отеля, менеджер отеля запретил». Вариантов не было, вернулись и взяли трансфер. Было максимально неприятно. Видя, что у нас маленькие дети можно было бы сразу нормально объяснить ситуацию и мы бы сразу взяли трансфер, а не советовать то, что точно не получится.
В ресторане так же иногда был недружелюбный персонал.

Мы приехали чуть раньше, номер был не готов и комнаты для багажа были заняты, вещи оставили просто в холле.

В номере был плохо пропылесосен ковер и еще пару дней находили волосы предидущих жильцов. Сантехника старая. Из лейки струи были просто в разные стороны. Набор для бритья был использованный (бритва с волосами 🤮 и половина тюбика с кремом для бритья).

Основной ресторан выглядит как столовка в лагере. Во втором зале прям запах старья. Посуда иногда была не домытая. Баклава кончалась через час после начала ужина. Стульчики для детей очень старые и не всегда чистые.

General a fost ok, daca ar fi sa o iau de la capat nu as merge la SPA deloc si as cere schimbarea camerei din cauza AC
Pros:

Cel mai placut aspect legat de proprietate este ZONA VERDE extrem de generoasa. Avand in vedere temperaturile ridicate ,cu care majoritatea persoanelor care vin in Antalya nu sunt obisnuite, zona verde (copaci mari si mici/ bolta din flori sau plante/ gazon) ajuta foarte mult pentru confortul termic! Mancarea a fost foarte buna in general (este diversificata) - nu prea inteleg de ce gustul fructelor lipseste (ma asteptam sa fie ceva foarte gustos avand in vedere ca majoritatea fructelor se importa din Turcia- si gustul celor importate este mai bun decat al celor ce au fost servite la resort) Tot in referire la masa - au gratar exterior si totul este facut live. Pe tot parcursul zilei gasesti mancare la discretie in diferite zone din resort.
Zona de piscina - este ok ca si suprafata, au zone de adancime diferite, perfect si pentru copii! Cred ca trebuie implementat un sistem prin care sa nu fie lasate prosoapele (oferite de hotel de parcursul sejurului) pentru a bloca efectiv sezlongurile (pe plaja sau la
piscina) de catre persoane fara bun simt - care ocupa toata ziua locul si in realitate stau acolo probabil dimineata!

Cons:

Aerul condiționat din camera - a fost in realitate ventilator si NU aer conditionat (camera 1574) vara la tempereturi de peste 30 grade chiar si noaptea este aproape imposibil sa te odihnesti. Prietenii nostri au stat langa noi- ei nu au avut probleme cu aerul conditionat insa au avut probleme cu toaleta (la ei problema s a rezolvat pa un moment dat)
NU Va recomandat SPA- de ce?- am avut o programare la masajul specific turcesc (insotit de baia turceasca si scrub) prima parte a programarii s a desfasurat intr-un spatiu destinat atat pentru barbati cat si pentru femei (nu a fost separat “ca nu e loc”, la un moment dat ramai fara prosop/stergar, dupa baia turceasca si scrub - mergi catre camera de masaj (masajul propriu-zis a fost ok) unde totul pare frumos asezat si curat - insa dupa masaj intimp ce te dezmeticesti sa iesi constati ca nu se schimba niciun prosop si nimic din ce ai folosit tu (fata care mi a facut masaj a aranjat totul cu aceleasi prosoape chiar de fata cu mine) - ADICA probabil toate persoanele din ziua respectiva si poate si urmatoarea au folosit/ folosesc aceleasi prosoape ca si tine (dezgustator) din acest punct de vedere IGIENA ZERO - poti lua boli de piele foarte usor (situatia aceasta imi creeaza dubiu cu privire la igienizarea prosoapelor pe care le folosesti la
piscina, nu cred ca sunt spalate) la sfarsit dupa ce te schimbi vine cu un borcan si o pensula infipta in substanta din borcan si te intreaba daca vrei sa iti puna masca pe fata (asta e mai rau decat faptul ca nu schimba prosoapele) Aspectele mentionate nu sunt aduse la cunostinta in vederea ocolirii resortului ci doar pentru a lua deciziile in consecinta de cauza (mai ales cele care ar putea avea un impact asupra sanatatii)

Мне понравилось все! Особую благодарность хотела бы выразить Анне и Нелле (guest relations)!!! Они помогли решить мою проблему с питанием, учитывая мои потребности и желания! Это очень отзывчивые и прекрасные люди, всегда готовые помочь в любых вопросах и решающие все проблемы гостей! Отдельное спасибо повару главного ресторана Abdi Gundur- спасибо за очень вкусные ужины, которые Вы готовили для меня!!! Большое спасибо Луизе, которая работает на ресепшен- помогала во всем!!!

Cons:

В отеле есть СПА, можно сделать массаж, работает сауна и хамам. По поводу услуг СПА советую не оплачивать эти услуги заранее!!! В случае замены массажиста вас может ждать разочарование!

Unforgettable
Pros:

The all inclusive package was excellent, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner offering a huge variety of delicious food every day.
The hotel grounds are beautiful, with gardens, walking paths, pools, games, a private beach, and even rabbits, turtles, and ducks, which the kids loved.
There were plenty of activities and entertainment for both children and adults.
Considering everything that is included, the value for money is outstanding.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Antalya.

Pros:

Very friendly staff and well serviced and all inclusive with wonderful choices and timing served.
Reception and guest relation done there best to accommodate our needs and Memet very helpful with all guest relation team.

Очень рекомендую этот отель для семейного отдыха.
Pros:

Отдых 7 ночей удался!!! На ресепшене встретили тепло и с улыбкой, при заселении все пожелания учли , большое спасибо всему персоналу !!! Отличный песчаный пляж, великолепное море, чистые и большие бассейны, всегда находились свободные жезлонги и лежаки. Каждый день разнообразная анимационная программа. Территория утопает в зелени, еда разнообразная, напитки, в том числе алкоголь, очень качественные, персонал в ресторане постоянно и своевременно обслуживают отдыхающих. В общем отель: цена/качество на 10. Спасибо всему персоналу за предоставленный отличный отдых!

Pros:

Localisation par rapport à la plage super . Personnel très serviable et très sympathique. Vaste choix de nourriture et de services dans l’hôtel.
Superbe domaine et bien entretien, très agréable !

Cons:

Odeur de renfermé, d’humidité sur les moquettes des chambres.
Climatisation un peu ancienne dans les chambres je pense.

The best holiday destination with children.
Pros:

The green surroundings are beautiful, the hotel garden is fabulous. The club room was great. Everything was very close to the accommodation. The cleanliness, the cleaning was perfect. The food, service and the staff were impeccable.

I just want to say a huge thank you for all the staff during my time at the hotel, especially the chefs and Nulifar. I came with my mum and my brother who has downs syndrome and coeliac disease and since the minute we walked into the hotel Nulifar has been amazing, constantly helping us out and is such a lovely lady, so find and thoughtful. The chefs have been making gluten free food for my brother for every meal for the 10 days here and they have all gone out of their ways to do so especially when my brother was craving certain food! They are so friendly and nice. Nulifar and the chefs also areanged a special birthday treat for my brother! The location is great! Ideal for families and those people who want a chilled holiday. The food and drinks were great too. The entertainment staff were really nice and friendly with us; actually all the staff at the hotel were great. We had a room in one of the villas and that was nice and cozy. The pool was massive and had slides for those who have kids and lots of little parks for kids. The beach was decent too, some pebbles but also lots of sand. There is so much greenery and fruit trees. They even have rabbits, ducks, a turtle and hedgehog that we saw. Thank you everyone
