Booking.com Shenanigans...
Pros:

Location was the only redeemable quality.

Cons:

Booking.com clearly stated that there is AC available, but it was untrue. It was very hot in the room. The staff said it's winter season so it's off. It was 24C in the room. Booking.com said deal with hotel and hotel said deal with booking.com. Highly advisable not to book with booking.com because you will be in a limbo trying to get help. The property nor booking.com wants to take the blame. The beds were very uncomfortable and the photos are heavily edited. It looks spectacular in photos but once inside feels rundown and strange. Look for other hotels in the area. Location was good.

Rengøring af værelse lidt sjusket i kanterne, kun 1 lænestol, ingen make up stol trods plads lavet til det. Ingen ekstra tæppe / dyne på værelse. Aircondition virkede ikke

Con quello che si spende per la camera, non avere il cappuccino incluso nella colazione é un po’ deludente. Camere buie, senza una scrivania: ok per le vacanze ma decisamente non vanno bene per viaggi di lavoro.

Great city hotel
Pros:

We booked this hotel as an emergency overnight stay as my father had been hospitalised nearby. The property was located near the hospital, the rooms are basic but the beds are very comfortable. Once my dad was discharged from the hospital the staff were very understanding and helpful in getting him into an accessible room. The staff at this hotel are great!
