В целом отдых оставил приятные впечатления. Особенно хочется отметить работу сотрудников на ресепшене — заселение прошло быстро и профессионально, весь персонал был очень вежливым, доброжелательным и всегда готовым помочь.

Территория отеля очень красивая, ухоженная и чистая. Пляж также поддерживается в хорошем состоянии, море великолепное. Бары работают без нареканий, выбор напитков и закусок достаточный как для взрослых, так и для детей.

Питание понравилось. Меню разнообразное, блюда качественные, всегда можно найти что-то для себя и для ребёнка. Возможно, тем, кто отдыхает долго, ассортимент покажется немного однообразным, но в целом ресторан оставил хорошее впечатление.

Cons:

Есть несколько моментов, которые хотелось бы улучшить. Во-первых, зона бассейнов. Не всегда поддерживается идеальная чистота вокруг бассейна, а главная проблема — лежаки, которые с раннего утра занимают полотенцами. При этом многие из них остаются пустыми часами, а свободных мест для отдыхающих практически нет. Хотелось бы, чтобы администрация более внимательно контролировала эту ситуацию.
Самый большой недостаток — состояние номеров. Мы жили на четвёртом этаже, и номер явно нуждается в реновации. За две недели дважды пришлось вызывать сантехника: протекал умывальник, вода выливалась из ванны, а также постоянно капала вода из кондиционера. Ремонт приходилось ждать по несколько часов, а после его завершения в ванной комнате оставалась грязь, уборку также приходилось ждать отдельно. Складывается впечатление, что сантехника уже требует полной замены, а номерной фонд — капитального обновления.

С первого дня персонал был очень дружелюбен, мы приехали в 9. заселили сразу, так как наш номер уже был готов. Девочки на Ресепшен- супер. Спасибо за помощь, помогали по всем вопросам. Мини клуб тоже очень понравился. Детям было интересно. Всюду очень чисто, убирают сразу, территория очень зеленая, чистая, еда отличная. Море 10 баллов. Чистое прозрачное. Очень рады были что частично море было очищено от камней и был песок. Заход для детей был великолепен. Нам отдых очень понравился. Спасибо за все.

Cons:

Коктейли не очень были в барах. То ли не умели готовить то ли просто особо не хотели делать.

Территория огромная , природа красивая, зелено все. На территории есть все чтобы не выходить за пределы. Еда в ресторане очень вкусная, выбор огромен.

Cons:

Пляж - крупная галька, очень крупная. Хорошо бы было расчистить хотя бы для детей полосу на 3-4 метра .

Nagyon színvonalas szálloda, de zavaró lehet a beszűrődő zaj a tengerre néző szobákban .

Nagyon szép helyen van. Az ételek választéka hatalmas, A személyzet kedves. A tengerre néző szoba panorámája csodás. A kert gondosan ápolt. Tesztett a kései reggeli és érkezés napján hasznos volt a kései vacsorázás lehetősége is.

Cons:

A disco , amely minden nap 23.30-ig működött túl hangos. Lehetetlen mellette aludni a tengerre néző szobákban. A vendégek nagy része kisgyerekes család, csak kevesen eszik igénybe a bömbölő discót, a többséget nagyon zavarja a hangos zene.

Yemekleri mükemmel çeşitli ve lezzetli oteli hergün her saat baştan aşağı yıkıyolar. Bahçe peyzaj mis gibi tertemiz. Çimenlere düşen 3-5 yaprağı bile temizleyen ekip var. Yorucu bir otel değil herşey elinin altında. Otele 2. Kez gelişim kalitesinden hiç ödün vermemiş. Bir diğer konu amfideki gösteriler beachdekiler çok kaliteli uyduruk ekipler yok. Ormanın içi mis gibi alan.

Havuz kapasitesi biraz az. Ben havuzu çok sevmem zaten. Ama çok havuz kökenli müşteri iseniz memnun olmayabilirsiniz

Good, but not a 5* hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed the green territory and beautiful trees—it makes for a gorgeous setting. The beach is great, especially since they have proper shades over the loungers to keep you out of the direct sun. We stayed in a room facing the garden and mountains, and I highly recommend it! The view was fantastic, and it was completely shielded from the pool and party noise, making it very relaxing. The spa and massages were top-notch, and the food was generally really good, especially at the a-la-carte restaurants.

Cons:

Honestly, this felt much more like a 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star Ultra All-Inclusive (especially compared to other UAI resorts in Turkey). You can tell they cut corners—for example, room amenities are really poor (they don't even provide hair conditioner).

Even though it claims to be Ultra All-Inclusive, there is literally no food available between 6:00–7:00 PM and 9:00–11:00 PM. It’s fine once you settle into a routine, but if you arrive at the hotel during those hours, you’re just left hungry, which isn't a great welcome.

The service was definitely lacking. The staff generally seemed unhappy. The receptionist wasn't welcoming at all, check-in took forever because she kept getting distracted by phone calls and other guests, and it just left an unpleasant first impression. The waiters at the Patisserie always had gloomy, unhappy faces (it completely killed the vibe to go there), and the housekeeping staff just tossed our belongings around carelessly.

In spa, they allow children in the area, so instead of relaxing, you have kids running around, screaming, and splashing everywhere. It really needs to be an adults-only zone.

If you don't drink alcohol, the options are terrible. There’s almost no selection of good alcohol-free drinks—no proper mocktails, fresh lemonades, or 0% beer. All they had were super sweet juices packed with syrup, which aren't a decent substitute for a real cocktail.

Lastly, this is the only UAI hotel I’ve been to that didn't offer any free admission to the a-la-carte restaurants. It’s pretty standard to get at least 2 or 3 free entries during your stay, so I was really surprised that wasn't included here.
