Nice, but missing details that matter
Pros:

the place was beautiful, clean, clear, the room was big, the bed comfortable, the only missing thing was an extra towel each day, we only got one and the phone was not working to call reception, also it was really hot, some free water in reception would had being nice, since we didnt had a frigde either which was listed on the description

Cons:

only one towel a day for two guests is not the level of the hotel we were waiting for and not having a fridge was also not something we expected and not furniture in the toilette.

Wonderful stay, excellent value, and super comfortable beds.
Pros:

The reception staff were welcoming, accommodating, and super friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the linens was exceptional.

Well located and the perfect stay
Pros:

Love the friendly service! We had a spacious room on the top floor. We were also able to arrange a latte check-out.
The hotel is well located with lots of restaurants nearby, and a 15 min walk to the Altstadt.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. Just too many decaf pods and not enough high octane :)

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Literie confortable. Douche spacieuse.

Cons:

Le check-in très long, le personnel désagréable, pas de possibilité d’avoir une place de parking et pas de thermostat réglable dans la chambre donc nous avons eu très chaud. Aussi les rideaux laissent passer la lumière donc réveil au petit matin forcé.

Mooie grote hoekkamer met uitzicht op de binnentuin. Goede bedden. Waterkoker op de kamer. Gratis flessen water op de kamer. Vriendelijk personeel (achter de receptie). Perfecte ligging, op loopafstand van het centrum. Diverse restaurants in de buurt. Bakker op de hoek.
