Pros:

Ich war schon oft in diesem Hotel, fühle mich dort sehr wohl. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Das Bett war bequem und die Lage gut

Cons:

Das Personal, vor allem eine Dame, mit der wir mehrmals zu tun hatten, war mit ihren Mitarbeiterinnen so unterirdisch unfreundlich und belehrend. Genauso auch zu den Gästen. Sie hatte eine Augenentzündung, was sie immer wieder betonte. Jedoch ist das kein Grund, so mit seinen Mitmenschen umzugehen. Sie war total überfordert, unfreundlich und unprofessionel. So möchte ich nicht behandelt werden in einem Hotel. Des Weiteren haben wir ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Betten gebucht, aber eins mit einem Doppelbett erhalten. Das Einchecken alleine hat 1.5 Stunden in Anspruch genommen. Diese Dame sollte wirklich nicht mit Kundenkontakt arbeiten. Das ist eine Frechheit.

Das Zimmer war unsauber. Die Bettdecke hatte Flecken und es hatte überall Haare im Bad und auf dem Boden von den Vorgängern. Die Kaffeemaschine war so verkalkt, dass wir sie nicht nutzen wollten. Sehr ecklig…

Als wäre das nicht genug, ist nicht mal Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Dies ist nur für Members im Preis inklusive. Unglaublich…

Wie dieses Hotel eine gute Bewertung haben kann, ist mir unklar…

Ausgezeichnete Lage innerhalb des Hafenbereichs. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und ruhig. Ausreichend viel Platz und ein sehr komfortable Box-Spring-Bett
