Sehr schönes Hotel, aber der Empfang leider unterirdisch

Sehr moderne durchdachte Zimmerausstattung, schöne Lage sehr nah am Rhein

Das Einchecken war an Unverschämtheit nicht zu überbieten.
Frau Gühlsen hat uns empfangen brach aber sofort ab weil eine andere Tätigkeit für Sie wichtiger war. Die Kollegin hat übernommen, ich hatte ein paar besondere Themen. Dann kam Frau G wieder und ich musste das ganze nochmals erklären. Frau G. unterbrach aber immer wieder das Einchecken ( Musste einer Mitarbeiterin was erklären, dann der zweiten Kollegin an der Theke helfen usw.) Als ich Frau G aufforderte endlich uns einzuchecken. Kam folgender Wortlaut: Wenn Sie mir so kommen werde ich Sie nicht einchecken.
Das ist mir in 40 Jahren Außendienst noch nicht vorgekommen. Wir waren 12 Stunden und 700 km unterwegs und dann sowas

Schickes Hotel im hippen Medienhafen
Pros:

Sehr stylisches Hotel- alles: Zimmer, Restaurantberreich, Eingang. Hotel liegt im Medienhafen, nicht direkt am Rhein.
Hotel ist ruhig, obwohl an Straße gelegen.
Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl.

Cons:

Parkhaus recht eng, besonders die Einfahrt und Ausfahrt.
