Bis auf das Frühstück, das bei anderen 4 Sterne Hotels viel mehr zu bieten hat, ein gepflegtes und geschmackvoll gestalt
Pros:

Die Lage am Medienhafen mit unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rheinturm, der Rheinpromenade und der Altstadt ist wirklich sehr schön!
Hervorzuheben ist aber vor allem die unglaublich zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Freundlichkeit des Personals, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Service beim Frühstück!

Cons:

Einen Punktabzug gibt es für meinen Geschmack jedoch am Frühstücksbüfett, das für jemanden, der Wert auf eine gesunde, vielfältige oder pflanzenbasierte Ernährung nicht viel Auswahl übrig lässt. Statt gesunder Eiweißquellen gibt es Wurst und Speck, eine überschaubare Variation von Käse, ein scheußliches Rührei, aber weder Quark, noch Skyr oder Tofu. Dafür jede Menge zuckerhaltiger Teigwaren statt viel Obstauswahl. Zu empfehlen ist, sich beim Personal ein sehr gut zubereitetes Spiegelei zu bestellen.

Overall experience was positive but extra services are not to a 4star standard quality
Pros:

It was a clean and modern hotel with all the expected services from a 4 star hotel

Cons:

I’ve paid €25 per day for the ability to park a car in their garage which was out of service and every time I had to enter or exit with the car I had to physically walk around the block to let reception know and then walk back to the car to enter in the parking lot. Also the bathroom services are extremely poorly designed making the restroom very inconvenient to use

Pros:

I booked 3 rooms at Radisson Blu Media Harbour Hotel, and the positive points are as following:
1- Fast check-in / check-out
2- Reception staff were friendly and supportive, thanks to Ms. Gulshen.
3- The lobby is well clean and organized.
4- The location of the hotel.
5- Comfortable bed and clean rooms.
6- The air-condition is very good.
7- The high-speed Wifi.
8- The parking under the hotel good and clean.
9- Breakfast buffet was basic.
10- The snack bar in the hotel lobby.

Cons:

The negative points are as following:
1- Bedside tables were not properly cleaned and still had dust after housekeeping.
2- The water pressure from the handheld shower was weak, while the overhead shower had much better water pressure.
3- Parking ticket had to be validated daily due to a system issue, although I had paid for parking for my entire stay in advance.
