Pros:

Breakfast was very minimal. The lady working in the kitchen was very friendly and helpful.
Laundry was clean. Our room was not cleaned on the day we did not have a sign on the door. Just fresh linen was delivered. We took out our trash. We stayed 5 nights linens not changed once again there was one day we did not use the do not disturb sign. Room was also very dusty.
Gym hours were limited not mentioned in information at time of booking.

The door to my room was left open by housekeeping staff (propped by a towel) and left open all day until I returned to my room in the evening. I complained, and was told this had never happened before, and I was given a partial refund.

The staff are really the best part of this property. They were very receptive to whatever I needed it and as long as they had it to send, they brought it to me. I cleaned the room myself after moving in because I did see Hair, what appeared to be blood on the sink, And dirt and dust in various areas. But for the most part, it was a comfortable stay.

the beds were horribly uncomfortable tacos. we checked out 3 days early w/backaches and exhausted and were not refunded for the 3days!!

Not up to Wyndham standards
Pros:

Our tub filled up over halfway very quickly during a shower. We notified the desk and we were told later it had been fixed. That was not true, the next morning it was the same. Both beds were very creaky whenever anyone moved waking us up.
