Pros:

We had an amazing stay at the property. It was very clean, spacious, the room was amazing. The staff is also very nice and helpful. During our stay, we’ve also reserved a massage in the spa and the team was very friendly. A special thanks to Kimena, Jenny, and Monica from the spa team, they were great!
I highly recommend this hotel because every tu ing was great!

Le buffet du soir n'était pas à mon goût mais celui de mon amie, l'hotel est excentrée, et parfois les femmes de ménages rentraient dans la chambre alors que je dormais.

Una estancia maravillosa en Tenerife
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue el ambiente durante las comidas, en un restaurante exterior con una terraza grande.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó fue encontrar cucarachas en la habitación. Además, en una ocasión quedó una cucaracha muerta en la ducha durante tres días y el personal de limpieza no la retiró, a pesar de haber tenido tiempo para hacerlo. Finalmente, tuve que avisar en recepción para que se solucionara. Considero que este aspecto debería cuidarse más, especialmente en un hotel de esta categoría.

Comodidade e qualidade do serviço
Pros:

Simpatia dos funcionários. Ambiente e decoração geral do hotel, estilo colonial. Serviços de limpeza. Comodidades do quarto. Menu do restaurante bastante diversificado.

Cons:

Acesso à praia dificultado pelo facto do hotel estar numa encosta íngreme não muito longe do mar mas que obriga a fazer um percurso penoso nas horas de maior calor. Na maior das vezes optámos por ir de carro mas era difícil estacionar ou então tivemos que paqar parking junto à praia.
