Magnifique séjour! Calme, relaxant, au milieu de la nature. Personnel parfait, attentionné, souriant… Bonne nourriture et nombreuses activités à faire : bords Watch in, snorkeling, mangrove tour, dauphins à Lovina…. On reviendra surement pour faire de la plongée et se reposer !

We were in the area for a ceremony, hence we only stayed one night. We chose the hotel due it's location mainly, and we were very pleased with our choice.

It is a fantastic hotel, big gardens and a great location next to the bay.

As we only stayed 1 night, we were in a Kura Kura Room No1. There was no privacy in this room as there was a footpath to sunbeds very close to the window. Other rooms and suites had more privacy.

The food and service at the restaurant was good, although we found that 2 different fish dishes, the fish was average, and we have had better in the area. Other dishes, including Breakfast was very good.

Poll was excellent, looking out over the bay. In the morning and early afternoon it was not very busy, plenty of shade if needed. Pool service was also good. In the late afternoon, the pool area was quite busy, and the number of sunbeds is limited.

Overall we shall visit again, stay a little longer and probably stay in a Bay View Villa

The Bay view Suite was really spectacular. Als thera are s lot of activities to do an very helpful staff. The Restaurant is exzellent. The whole resort is a wonderful quiet destination which we really recommend.

Beautiful location and excellent service from staff. We stayed in one of the lumbungs which was wonderful so quiet, spacious and comfortable. Slept so well. The food was excellent and the infinity pool overlooking the bay was beautiful. Lots of activities to do... couldn't fault.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Comfortable bed/bedding. Staff available and willing to assist. Monkey control. Rather spending but well organized. Insects reasonable under control except in the pool area. A fan on porch would be great for stagnant evenings. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

DO NOT GO IN RAINY SEASON with garden suite. The bathroom is totally open to the elements, only half a roof. Mosquito heaven when you go to the bathroom and one time a spider bit me.

DO NOT GO IN RAINY SEASON. We had a garden suite, which means the bathroom is exposed, partly no roof. Mosquito heaven. And even got bit by a spider going to the bathroom during the night. Beds are comfortable, mosquito netting. The food is OK. Breakfast was a buffet. It is a walk to any other restaurants, one only walkable. Went there, had an excellent meal for half the price of restaurant on property.

Very relaxing spot, overlooking the bay and the opposite coastline. Stayed in a "Standard Cottage" that exceeded my expectations - the outside shower is a nice, rustic, touch. Staff were excellent and I enjoyed all meals I had here. If you're looking for somewhere quiet amd out of the way, and a diver (or snorkeller), I would recommend considering here.

Genuinely one of the best places I’ve stayed anywhere in the world. Loved the tranquillity of this resort and the amazing top floor Bayview room. The location will live long in my memory for sure.
Great staff, amazing infinity pool and stunning views of the West Bali and Java volcanoes.
This is a relaxing location as there is nothing really walkable in the surroundings. We took a great snorkelling trip to Menjangqn island and the beautiful coral reefs.
Food was good and inexpensive but breakfast lacked imagination. Otherwise the resort was spotless and teeming with wildlife.

We stayed at Naya Gawana for four nights. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and attentive. The accommodation was beautiful and the food excellent. This is a great place to enjoy easy access to the dive sites in the area. The staff took care of everything, just jump on board the boat and head out. Not crowded like some other places in Bali, very layed back

We have literally left the hotel and I couldn't wait to write a review. It is our first time in Bali and our expectations are continually being surpassed.
I had some correspondence with the staff at Naya Gawana as it was our 29th wedding anniversary whilst staying. Emails were prompt and very helpful.
The attention to detail is sublime. Everything from the emails to arrival, as well as the continual efforts by the staff and management whilst you are there.
We would recommend the mangrove tour, which has been recently revised to support the local community. It was beyond words. The guide was amazing. We saw deer, heron, egret and many kingfisher diving and catching fish. The tour concluded at sunset drinking hot ginger tea on a traditional Bali boat.

We also booked the romantic meal on the jetty. Such a labelled event in the UK would probably lead to disappointment. Falling far short of the mind's eye.
We can honestly say it was one of the most truly wonderful experiences of our life. The jetty was decorated and prepared. We had three staff attending to our needs. There were flower decorations and traditional Bali music played by an accomplished member of staff. For over two hours we were treated like royalty. A night we shall not forget.
The attention to detail was incredible. Staff discretely checked with us throughout the day. The manager came to check personally and spoke with us throughout our stay.
We can't thank the staff enough for their attention to detail, their friendliness and the dedication to us to ensure we had a great time.
All that and an infinity pool, great food in the restaurant and sited in a national park, surrounded by mangrove.

We were very keen to snorkel the beautiful Menjangan Island reefs again from two years ago and we are glad to have picked this resort. Their dive shop arranged the snorkeling trips directly from their jetty. We stayed at the Mangrove suite which featured a large outdoor bathroom with a private lounge pool. The staff were friendly and attentive. The resort had a great 35 meter pool and a hot spa overlooking the bay, perfect for relaxation.

Immersa nel verde ed a pochi metri dall'acqua. Pontile privato. Spa. Ottimo servizio ristorante con buona e varia scelta di menù. Buona cantina vini.

Sehr schöne Anlage und Pool. Einfaches Frühstück und bequeme Zimmer mit außenliegendem Bad.
