Great location, very central but very calm and quiet. Beautiful Retro-Miami vibes of the design.
Pros:

The breakfast setting was wonderfully located near the pool area and gives 'retro' Miami vibes. The room was spacious and it felt like a little apartment. spacious bathroom with big shower and separate bath tub. Eventhough located in the center of Playa del Ingles, it was very quite and calm.

Un hotel nada lujoso que te hacía sentir de lujo
Pros:

En primer lugar la amabilidad de todo el personal
En segundo lugar la paz y tranquilidad del hotel….los huéspedes eran todos muy educados
En tercer lugar la decoraciòn del hotel….que compensaba que tenía sus años y muchas manos de pintura.

Cons:

El café del desayuno…..creo que se podría mejorar la experiencia si el café fuese rico

Beautiful and comfortable stay
Pros:

Big, comfortable room with a great buffet breakfast and lovely pool area to lounge. The staff were very professional and kind and were able to facilitate a late check-out.

Cons:

Whwj booking this property I was told it included a free airport transfer. It was not made clear that this free transfer had to be booked at least 24hr before the check-in, and I lost the offer. Allegedly this was to facilitate organising the transfer in advance, but even on the day of check-in it was possible to reserve the exact same transfer, but not free. I'm not sure if this is under the control of the hotel or Booking but I mention it here in case it can be reviewed by either

Non so precisamente ma saranno almeno 12/15 volte che soggiorniamo al gold anche per periodi di 15 giorni, mi spiace

Colazione molto buona con tanta scelta e prodotti selezionati freschi

Cons:

Il nostro volo è arrivato a GC alle ore 09:00 alle ore 09:40 eravamo in hotel nonostante avessimo contattato la struttura per tempo per avere il check in prima delle ore 14:00 abbiamo dovuto attendere. La domenica di arrivo abbiamo chiesto di poter fare colazione e ci è stato detto che il primo giorno non era compresa ma a pagamento nonostante abbiamo spiegano che l’ultimo giorno noi non avremmo potuto usufruire della colazione in quanto siamo partiti dall’hotel alle ore 06:45 per abbiamo pagato una colazione x due che non abbiamo potuto usufruire quando potevamo benissimo lasciarci fare la colazione senza pagare il giorno della arrivo. Poca flessibilità.

Comfortable in a great location but the rooms could do with some modernising.
Pros:

Great location in Playa del Ingles between the beach and Yumbo. We had a room on the eighth floor with a great view and privacy. The pool area is very nice and generally quiet (in terms of there’s no loud music playing!). The breakfast buffet is also very good and staff are very attentive and available 24x7.

Cons:

The room was comfortable and clean but a little dated. The bathroom is half open to the rest of the room, although the toilet and shower is separate. This meant a lot of doors to navigate to get to the toilet. If the bathroom were completely walled off to the rest of the room then a proper wardrobe could be installed, instead there’s just a rail to hang clothes. The hair dryer was low down under the sink and plugged in with its cable through an anti-theft device which meant we had to kneel down to use it! The gym is good but very small, can only get two people in at a time.

Great choice for Gran Canaria holiday
Pros:

The vibe was amazing. The decor and colour motif was so summery and vibrant. The room was huge and perfectly laid out. It had a balcony, a kitchen and a huge couch. The hotel's location was perfect. There was a convenience store beside it, the Yumbo Centre was only a few minutes walk, and the playa del ingles and sand dunes were close by too. The staff were amazing, polite and helpful. The breakfast was always fresh and had a good variety to choose from.

Cons:

We got 2 single beds that kept moving apart. We would've preferred 1 double bed.
