Why would you spend your time in Gran Canaria at any other hotel?
Pros:

As ever, a great stay at Gold. Why would we go nowhere else. Staff, rooms, food and facilities are top notch. We will be back

Lovely hotel, abusive and rude hotel manager
Pros:

Great location, good food on site

Cons:

Very rude hotel manager that caused a scene in front of other guests at the pool. His accusations were about other people staying, not us and refused to apologise when shown evidence of his mistake. He ruined our holiday and thoroughly embarrassed us

Zeer goed hotel met enkele kleine puntjes
Pros:

Ontbijt en tijden, zwembad, jacuzzi en de ligging. Zwembadhanddoeken via het hotel. Elke dag schone handdoeken op de kamer en cleaning.

Cons:

Expresso koffieapparaat op de foto, deze was niet aanwezig op de kamer (stond filterkoffie apparaar) en moest 15 euro voor bijbetaald worden, dit terwijl je al fors betaald voor het hotel zelf. Dat viel ons tegen. Verder is de kluis bij andere hotels inmiddels gratis. Hier moest ook 4 euro per dag betaald worden, wat erg veel is. Ruimte bij wasbak en toilet was bij onze kamer wat krap maar verder prima in orde.

Amazing hotel, would come back
Pros:

The staff, the breakfast, the pools, overall the whole vibe was amazing!!

The toilet had some flushing problems, but this was minor.

Pros:

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel. C'est un hôtel à taille humaine, pas besoin de marcher plusieurs minutes pour se rendre quelque part. Le personnel était très agréable, et les services tous de qualité. La salle de sport est petite, mais avec du bon équipement et en état de marche. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner était très bien et disponible jusqu'à midi! Pour finir, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est fantastique.

Great location for beach and nightlife.
Pros:

Staff there are amazing, real service with a smile.
Nice touches like complimentary wine bottle in the room and free drinks evening to welcome new guests.
Great location and tasty selection of food at the breakfast buffet (also the extended hours of the breakfast is very nice, particularly when you have had a late night before).
Availability of parking bays at no extra cost was also very nice.

Cons:

Some maintenance required in the room I had, water would drip from roof above sink after having a shower. Hand shower did not work.
May be the time of year, but there were several cockroaches around (not in my room though).
