Very poor service
Pros:

I hurt my knee I am 69 and decided to order room service. Specifically asked for Tabasco when I ordered. Delivery did not include pepper as the pepper container was empty food was lukewarm warm. Very very disappointing. Ate a few spoonfuls in order to take diabetic medication.

Cons:

Гостиница не тянет больше 4* звезд - мебель и сантехника уставшие. Пора менять. Описание и фото перемешены двух отелей, которые находятся на одной территории - есть гостиница 5* и Palace 5* под темже названием. Это два разных уровня - в одно есть все другом ничего. Можно пойти в Spa Palace за 35 евро с персоны на два часа)). В цену гостиницы не входит ничего. Это не хорошо.

So stellt man sich ein Hotel vor wenn man nach Marroko geht. Das Gefühl von 1001 Nacht. Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. Sowohl aussen als auch innen. Top Service. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal. Jeder Wunsch wird einem Erfüllt. Wunderbares Frühstück. Ausgezeichnetes Essen. Einfach Toptoptop . Later checkout war nicht möglich da das Zimmer vergeben war. Trotzdem durften wir wlan und die ganze Hotelanlage bis zur Abreise nutzen inkl. Dusche im Spa Bereich

No way this is a 5 star hotel!!!!
Pros:

I have just spent four days at this hotel. There is no way on this planet that it is a five star it is so dreadfully rundown and I had no hot water for three days. The bathrooms are a disgrace chip tiles, crack tiles, bath enamel non-existent in places no hot water.. . The only good things were the posh restaurant with French cuisine and the sun lounges and the warm pool but it was not warm enough to use them.! definitely no more than three star plus hotel closing in June for major refurbishment which is very very long overdue. Do not go before then oryou will be very very disappointed.
