Excellent stay and location in the heart of Venice
Pros:

The location is unbeatable, literally just steps away from St. Mark's Square. The suite was very spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated in a classic Venetian style. Having a fully equipped kitchen provided great independence, and the view of the canal was magical. The staff was also incredibly polite and helpful especially Samuele!

Cons:

Mattresses were not up to the quality level they should be. They lacked proper comfort and support.

Άνετο κατάλυμα με ασανσέρ σε ιδανική τοποθεσία!!!
Pros:

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε άριστη τοποθεσία, σχεδόν πάνω στην πλατεία του Αγίου Μάρκου, και διαθέτει ασανσέρ, πράγμα σπάνιο για το κέντρο της Βενετίας. Οι χώροι είναι εξαιρετικά άνετοι, πρόκειται για διαμερίσματα, όχι για δωμάτια, με όλες τις παροχές που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Τα 2 μπάνια και το ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο με το μεγάλο, άνετο κρεβάτι πρόσθεσαν άνεση στη διαμονή μας. Το διαμέρισμά μας (223) έβλεπε στο στενό που ξεκινά από τον Πύργο του Ρολογιού και, παρόλο που το σημείο ήταν τόσο κεντρικό, δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κανένα πρόβλημα με τον θόρυβο. Δεν χρειαστήκαμε κλιματισμό, αν και οι θερμοκρασίες την περίοδο που πήγαμε (18-21 Ιουνίου) ήταν γύρω στους 30 βαθμούς την ημέρα. Ίσως να παίζει ρόλο και ο προσανατολισμός τους δωματίου. Αν βρεθώ ξανά στη Βενετία θα είναι σίγουρα η επιλογή μου για διαμονή.

Cons:

Όταν φτάσαμε εντοπίσαμε μία αστοχία αναφορικά με την καθαριότητα της τουαλέτας. Παρόλο που ήταν 22:00 το βράδυ, έσπευσαν να αποκαταστήσουν το θέμα και όταν πια γυρίσαμε από τη βραδινή μας βόλτα ήταν όλα πεντακάθαρα. Το στρώμα του καναπέ που γινόταν κρεβάτι στο καθιστικό ήταν απίστευτα άβολο, με σίδερα που ενοχλούσαν πολύ όταν ξάπλωνες. Ήταν το πιο αταίριαστο και βασανιστικό στοιχείο στην κατά τα άλλα υπέροχη διαμονή μας και πιστεύω ότι θα έπρεπε να υπάρξει κάποια μέριμνα γι' αυτό, δεδομένου ότι το αναφέρουν τόσοι επισκέπτες. Υπήρχε ενημέρωση πριν την κράτηση ότι δεν γίνεται καθαρισμός του δωματίου, ωστόσο ένα άδειασμα μόνο στα καλαθάκια της τουαλέτας δε θεωρώ ότι θα ήταν δύσκολο να γίνει! Είναι θέμα δευτερολέπτων, που θα προσέθετε όμως πολλαπλάσια στη συνολική αίσθηση διαμονής. Τέλος, θα διευκόλυνε πολύ να δινόταν ένα δεύτερο κλειδί.
