Pros:

Everything! Comfortable, great location if you want to visit main museums , walking distance everywhere. Very friendly staff !

A perfect 4 star hotel for a stay in Madrid. We loved it ❤️
Pros:

The hotel was stunning. A really good quality 4 star hotel with a beautiful entrance, bar area, stunning bedrooms and such a central location. The staff are really helpful and recommended a fabulous tapas bar for lunch whilst we waited to check in.

We would very highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing- all fabulous.
