Un hôtel parfait pour dormir et visiter Madrid (côté cour et patio).
Pros:

La chambre, située côté cour et patio, est très calme, on n'entend pas du tout la circulation. La règle est de ne pas faire de bruit dans les couloirs, elle est respectée. La climatisation ne fait pas de bruit.
Le lit est super confortable.
L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Madrid, proche du métro, proche des principaux sites.

Cons:

Accueil plutôt froid et très impersonnel. Contraste avec la cordialité espagnole.
Je n'ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner, beaucoup trop cher ! (19€) J'ai préféré petit-déjeuner dans les cafés aux alentours, pour un peu moins de 5€ (2 cafés américano et 1 croissant ou des tartines).

Pros:

L.hotel ha un atmosfera magica e elegante, il personale sorridente e professionale. La camera spaziosa e pulitissima. La colazione con buffet ricco e vario, sia di dolci che salato. Posizione tranquilla vicino a vari ristoranti e facile per muoversi a piedi.
