Me alojé un día y la experiencia fue muy buena. El hotel es precioso y cuida mucho los detalles. Desde la llegada, el servicio fue excelente: el botones me acompañó a la habitación y llevó mis maletas. La habitación era amplia y dejaron varios detalles como botellas de agua y, en el baño, albornoz, cepillo de dientes, zapatillas y otros extras que se agradecen.

Cons:

El desayuno estaba bien, aunque añadiría opciones más naturales y menos bollería procesada. Como punto menos positivo, mi habitación daba a un patio interior y no tenía luz natural.
Aun así, me ha gustado muchísimo la estancia y si vuelvo a Madrid, sin duda repetiría en este hotel.

Great spot near the main attractions
Pros:

Walking distance to most of the popular tourist sites. Nice big bathroom. Good breakfast at a reasonable price when included with the room.

Cons:

Windows opened to a very narrow courtyard so there is no view except into the windows directly across. Maybe you can upgrade to a room with a view, I didn't ask.
