Ich bin von diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht.

Ich habe bereits einen Monat im Voraus über Booking ein barrierefreies Zimmer für Rollstuhlfahrer (PMR) reserviert. Als ich im Hotel ankam, teilte man mir mit, dass diese Reservierung angeblich nicht vorliege, und ich erhielt stattdessen ein normales Zimmer.

Ich erklärte dem Personal, dass ich mit meinem Rollstuhl nicht einmal ins Badezimmer gelangen konnte. Man behauptete, mein Wunsch nach einem barrierefreien Zimmer sei nicht registriert worden – obwohl er eindeutig in meiner Booking-Reservierung vermerkt war. Mein Ehemann hatte sogar vor unserer Anreise telefonisch die Hotelzentrale kontaktiert, um noch einmal ausdrücklich auf die Notwendigkeit eines barrierefreien Zimmers hinzuweisen.

Trotzdem musste ich die erste Nacht in einem ungeeigneten Zimmer verbringen und hatte große Schwierigkeiten, die Toilette zu benutzen. Erst am zweiten, dritten und vierten Tag erhielt ich ein barrierefreies Zimmer. Danach wurde ich für den fünften und sechsten Tag erneut in ein normales Zimmer verlegt.

Für ein Hotel ist ein solcher Umgang mit einem Gast im Rollstuhl inakzeptabel. Eine bestätigte Reservierung für ein barrierefreies Zimmer sollte respektiert werden. Ich teile diese Erfahrung, damit andere Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität wissen, womit sie hier rechnen müssen.

Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in Ruhe genießen.
Pros:

Die allgemeine Organisation sowie die gepflegten Einrichtungen. Die gepflegte Umgebung und die entspannte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Keine wesentlichen Punkte. Bis auf das Frühstück, da sollte doch schon für den Preis mal etwas aufgepeppt werden.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war echt angenehm.

Bequemes Bett. Gute Klimaanlage.Sauberkeit.Relativ ruhige Lage in Industriegebiet. Check-out 12 Uhr.

Cons:

Betten sehr schmal. Kopfkissen weiche Knäuel. Parkplatzsituation katastrophal. Für jedes Zimmer muß von einem Auto ausgegangen werden. Parplatz kostet 10 Euro/Tag und ist viiiiiel zu klein. Wir werden hier nicht mehr buchen.

Gute Lage aber Mängel.
Pros:

Die Lage und Anbindung zu Berlin ist gut.

Cons:

Die Duschtür war zu schmal für den Duscheingang, sodass das Wasser sich im Bad verteilte.
Das Parken ist zu teuer. Zum anderen werden mehr Parkkarten abgegeben als Plätze vorhanden sind.
Ich kam spät aus Berlin zurück und fand keinen Parkplatz mehr.
