Hotel molt bona relació qualitat-preu

L'habitació doble correcte per dues persones , té una taula amb dos tamborets per seure , la dutxa bastant espaiosa , tot i que el bany és menut ; la noia de recepció molt agradable , hi ha un centre comercial (Globus) al costat mateix de l'hotel i una benzinera , i a 5 min en cotxe hi ha un P+R per aparcar i anar a Köln en tramvia (18'04€ si ho compres a l'app KVB , bitllet de 24 hrs per fins a.5 persones) , i en 30 min arribes al centre. L'esmorçar correcte , però poc dolç , només magdalenes petites. Hotel molt net i agradable.

Cons:

Tan sols destacaria que facin pagar 5€ per dia per aparcar al pàrquing de l'hotel, però nosaltres vam aparcar a fora , al mateix carrer hi ha moltes empreses i es pot aparcar sense problemes (sempre que no siguin places privades o hi hagi una barrera per entrar-hi)

Diese B&B Hotel befindet sich in einem Industriegebiet, weg von lauter Innenstadt und es gibt für 5€/Nacht genügend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Wo anders zahlt man deutlich mehr. Es gibt auch eine Globus Tankstation da, ca. 2 min. mit dem Auto, fabelhaft. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr praktisch eingerichtet ohne großen Schnick Schnack, das hat mir gut gefallen, auch das wunderschöne Kölner Dom Foto auf der Wand. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt und man kann auch hier noch Bar zahlen. Die Rezeption ist tatsächlich 24st. besetzt und das Personal wirklich verfügbar. Für kleinen Hunger und Durst kann man an der Rezeption Chips, Schokolade, Wasser, Prosecco etc ... kaufen, allerdings für 3fachen Preis als im Supermarkt, der sowieso in der Nähe ist, allerdings hat er nachts nicht geöffnet, die Rezeption schon. Für 2 Nächte bezahlte ich 124€ + 10€ Parken und das am grauen Mittwoch grünem Donnerstag bis zum Karfreitag. Kann man nicht meckern...

Das Reinigungsteam war vormittags sehr laut und ich konnte nicht in Ruhe ausschlafen

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet waren wir kurz nach 6:00 Uhr, jedoch lagen keine Brötchen bereit. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter war der Meinung, dass er keine Brötchen vorbereiten müsse. Nachdem wir die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption darauf angesprochen hatten, wurden die Brötchen „aufgewärmt“. Leider waren sie innen noch gefroren. Zum Glück konnten wir sie selbstständig im Toaster fertig aufbacken.

Nach etwa einer halben Stunde hatten wir schließlich essbare Brötchen. Glücklicherweise waren wir bereits früh am Buffet, da wir um 7:00 Uhr los mussten. Aufgrund dieses Fauxpas entstand jedoch eine Verzögerung, sodass wir unser Frühstück unter Zeitdruck einnehmen mussten.

Außerdem waren sämtliche Beschilderungen – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch – komplett falsch angebracht. Laut den Schildern war das Beerenkompott als Schokomüsli ausgewiesen, der Käse als Beerenkompott, die Butter als Frischkäse und Salz/Pfeffer als Haferdrink.
