Ein Durchschnittshotel!
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, gute Betten, sauberes Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in der Auswahl durchschnittlich, aber hinreichend. Das Personal könnte sich definitiv mehr um Freundlichkeit und Kundenorientierung bemühen (Die Nachfrage nach frischen Handtüchern (Zimmerreinigung gab es nur nach Anmeldung am Vortag) endete in "Bringen Sie Ihre Handtücher zur Rezeption. Dann erhalten Sie neue. Eigentlich hätten Sie das am Vortag anmelden müssen". Die Verabschiedung nach dem Auschecken war mit dem Überreichen der Rechnung beendet. Für ältere Leute dürften die nicht mehr zeitgemäßen Badezimmer mit einer schmalen Badewanne mit hoher Wand nach dem Duschen beim Verlassen eine Hürde darstellen.

Enttäuschend, Preis Leistungsverhältnis, sehr kleines Bad, lautes Zimmer durch rauschen der Heizung und Lüftung

Wasserkocher im Zimmer, Dame am Empfang war freundlich beim check-in

Cons:

Bad: es ist unmöglich zu duschen, ohne das Bad zu überschwemmen. Tür ging nur schwer zu schließen und nicht zu öffnen, wenn man auf der Toilette saß. Das Bad war extrem klein für eine Junior Suite. Die Lüftung im Bad war sehr laut und weckte nachts alle, lief lange nach. Aus der Dusche kam schwarzes Wasser.
Betten zu weich.
Heizung rauschte die komplette Nacht , obwohl sie ausgestellt war.
Der Fernseher hing schief.
Insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Bad zu klein, zu kalt.
Preis für Junior Suite mit diesen Mängeln viel zu hoch.
Bei Buchung wurde nicht auf defekte Sauna hingewiesen! Erst nach Anfrage der Nutzung zur Sauna, wurde mitgeteilt, dass diese defekt ist. Auch auf der Internetseite stand dazu nichts. Nach Meldung dieser fehlenden Information, wurde umgehend auf booking darüber informiert.
Frühstück eher mäßig.

Weiß nicht, ob ich das Hotel nochmal auswählen würde, eher nicht.
Pros:

Sehr gut gefallen hat mir die Lage mit Anschluß an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und die schöne Aussicht.
Das Frühstück war nicht überwältigend, aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Die Geruchsbelästigung in der letzten Etage, wo sich unser Zimmer befand, war krass.
Das kam vom Abwasserrohr und dem drückendem Wetter, wie man es uns in der Rezeption erklärte.

Das im Hôtel befindliche Restaurant war wegen Krankheit geschlossen. Das an einem Adventswochenende in Dresden. Ist schon ein Armutszeugnis.

Außerdem 15,00 € Parkgebühr für eine Nacht und dann noch 6% Übernachtungssteuer auf den Gesamtpreis sind schon ziemlich heftig.
