I do not recommend
Pros:

quietly, birds were singing outside the window in the morning. I do not think that this is the merit of the hotel. everything else is a failure

Cons:

We stayed here for one night after a long journey, having booked last minute. The check-in experience was already frustrating — our reservation wasn't showing in their system, and despite showing the confirmation on my phone, we had to wait while the issue was resolved.

When I asked about parking, I was told it was free on the street or €18 in the garage. What the staff failed to mention — and this felt like a significant oversight — is that the street parking immediately outside the hotel is paid. We only discovered this the next morning with an unpleasant surprise waiting for us. A clearer explanation of where exactly the free parking is located would have taken 30 seconds and saved us the trouble.

The most serious issue, however, was what happened at 8:30 AM. Someone entered our room without knocking — no warning, no announcement, nothing. I had to shout loudly before the person turned and left. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a 4-star property. Guests have a right to privacy and basic security in their room.

Not the birthday we had in mind. We will not be returning.

Excellent last minute stay
Pros:

Booked this hotel on very last minute as I was too tired to drive further and it had convenient location close to a higway. Upon my arrival around 1:00AM, there was still plenty of parking space, I had fast and efficient checkin on reception and within 15min I was lying on a bed in freshly aired and prepared room. I appreciate this level of service a lot and next time I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Pros:

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel, trotzdem kann man mit dem Bus, die Haltestelle ist gleich gegenüber, sehr sicher die Innenstadt erreichen. Frühstück ist sehr gut, Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich.

Ein sehr gelungener Kurztrip
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine top Lage ruhig und man kommt mit dem Bus überall hin.Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hotel.👍Das Frühstück war sehr gut alles was man braucht.Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Man hätte nichts besser machen können,vieleicht dir Parkgebühr weg lassen oder weniger

Zufrieden wie auch beim ersten mal meines Aufenthaltes im Dezember
Pros:

Ich fände es wichtig, wenn man im Zimmer einen Garderobenhaken hätte, um Jacken aufzuhängen.
Das ist immer etwas umständlich, da die Bügel für die anderen Sachen etwas wenig sind.
Ich war allein, aber wenn man zu zweit das Zimmer nutzt ist es dann doch etwas spärlich mit Bügel.

Die Zimmer im Hotel sind gut ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück findet zeitig statt und das Personal ist überwiegend höflich und zuvorkommend.
Parkplatz und Tiefgarage sind vorhanden.
Durch ein besonderes Angebot von Booking.com haben wir 25% vom Preis gespart bei unserer Geschäftsreise.

Cons:

Nun das aber: Es werden zusätzliche Kosten berechnet, die mit eingerechnet werden müssen.
Der Parkplatz kostet satte 15€ pro Nacht. Eine Beherbergungssteuer ,von im Schnitt 5€ pro Nacht kommt ebenfalls dazu.
Das Hotel wird auch gern von Reisebussen angefahren, was für Gedränge und Unruhe im Frühstücksraum führt.
Im Bad hängt noch ein Duschvorhang, was absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß sei sollte für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie.
Wen dies alles nicht stört, wird entspannte und ruhige Nächte verbringen !!!

Für einen Kurztrip nach Dresden empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Grünen. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Frühstück sehr gut.
