Pros:

Everything was good. The breakfast was perfect with large selection, the room was always clean, the staff was very helpful all the time. There are four restaurants in the hotel, one is better than the other. What I liked the most was the lobby bar - not too expensive, super kind staff, large selection of drinks and food, and everything was always tasty. It was maybe the best lobby bar I have seen in my life. I was very very satisfied with the hotel, I would come again to this hotel if I come to Cyprus again.

Cons:

I liked everything. We had bad weather, and still the hotel could satisfy all our needs. The only thing than can be better if they had a little bit bigger gym.

I wish hotels would stop making bathrooms with glass walls/doors.
Pros:

The service was great and staff very friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were very clean. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. It was very quiet at night. The location is perfect, right on the main Protaras road and by Fig Tree Bay.

Cons:

One wall of the bathroom and the door was glass. This wasn’t shown in the pictures, if it had been I wouldn’t have booked it. I don’t really think this type of bathroom is acceptable for a 5-star hotel. The bathroom sink leaked underneath. The hinge of the bathroom door made a loud bang every time it was closed. Generally, there is some wear and tear that shows the hotel’s age.

We paid for an upgraded room with a sea view. It’s a shame the renovations are half-baked. It shows and it’s sloppy!!

Great location for walks on the beach, spacious hotel and lovely staff.
Pros:

The hotel is a well maintained older hotel with good open spaces. All the staff were wonderful and welcoming. We arrived for Orthodox Easter weekend and we had a great stay of goodies in the room - traditional goodies - tsoureki and flaounes and eggs both dyed and chocolate! So lovely. The hotel also offered transfers to the midnight service and served a special meal after midnight also traditional. The soup magiritsa was excellent!! All round a great stay.
