Great location and very big apartment

The property is in very poor condition

Overpriced for what it is, even for Marbella. The rooms are dated, worn out and is in urgent need for repairs (lights, broken furniture) in the short-term and a full modernization in the medium-term. No amenities. I only stayed here because my initial booking had to cancel - and I will never return.

I tried to explain that my elderly parents couldn’t go up and down that many steps all over the property. The front desk, Chris didn’t even showed empathy. The AC was also not working and everything smelled old and mildew. We left the same night and will dispute the full 3 day stay that I paid for

Smelled like cigar smoke, no toilet paper, dirty or cleaning products for the kitchen.

Chris and his team took care of all things quickly and where great to deal with

We know the block well having lived nearby all the staff very helpful we were upgraded from an apartment to a two bed townhouse nice surprise we would definitely return

Great apartment, location was perfect for where we wanted to be. I will definitely be staying here again.

House of horrors concerning cleaniness!
The apartment had not been cleaned for a very long time, thus there were spiderwebs (with the dead insects included) and a terrible smell to stagnant black water... if your do not mind some deep household cleaning work upon arrival, this property may be for you

Trip taken during Covid lockdown w/5 family members. Good location, Clean Room and had full kitchen equipment. not happy about paying for parking but only 5Euro per day. Overall well worth the money.

Lovely well equipped town house with two bedrooms and lots of outside space. We were right next to the children’s play area which was perfect. Stayed in a ground floor apartment last year and both were really well equipped for cooking and had a dishwasher with 2 tablets provided. Complex is kept really clean and smart and feels secure. Worth noting that due to the marble staircase I would avoid a town house with very young children. Having said that it was perfect for us and we will definitely return.

The property on the whole was very good. The grounds were very nice and well cared for, with 3 pools to choose from.
The communication from Chris was excellent too.
I was not impressed that they charged 20 euros to book a taxi for us! Next time I will arrange my own.

Great place was absolutely love and great value for money. Will be returning again 100%. Italian receptionist from Napoli very helpful. Can’t recommend it enough.

Good location, nice restaurant's Bar's and local supermarket all within walking distance.

Good location and facilities. Really well equipped and very clean. Resort very well looked after. Plenty of restaurants near by. Only negative was ‘heated’ cover pool was still very cold!

Very spacious accommodation , lots of steps to get to the apartment tho

Location is reasonable to walk to local shops and down to port area if you are don't mind a few hills. Complex is quiet and well set out around a number of pool areas. Apartment was ok but bed in main bedroom was uncomfortable and we slept in the single beds in 2nd bedroom, also the sofa had seen better days. Extra costs for parking in complex and use of safe in apartment.

Apartment was well equipped and basically OK. We were supposed to have received a clean in our time there, but didn't! Noise was supposed to be kept to a minimum after a certain time of night, but wasn't and wasn't monitored! Overall tho, you get what you pay for!!

In general a good place to stay if you just want to swim with the kids. Good grounds and pool and a few restaurants and bars near but beyond that pretty you need a car.
