Cons:

In de straat zijn veel zwervers. Niet echt winkels in de buurt. Minimaal 15 met ov om op een bekende plek te zijn. Erg ver van olympiastadion.

Das Frühstück war gut und lecker. Das Perspnal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr groß aber ausreichend und sauber. Die Betten waren super! Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, U-Bahn-Station ein paar Schritte entfernt. Wenn möglich, einen Platz in der Tiefgarage dazu buchen (20,00 EUR/Nacht). Parkplätze sind ansonsten schwer zu finden.

Gewohnte MotelOne Qualität die in Preis-/ Leistung stimmig ist

Cons:

Es fehlt leider immer mehr an gut geschulten Personal die als Vermittler des ersten Eindruck des Unternehmens hilflos und mit einer Egal Einstellung mit den Gästen und deren Kritiken umgehen. Einen völlig missglückten Check In ( 3 Versuche und jedesmal waren die Zimmer nicht fertig) der sich bis 15:30 hinzieht mit dieser „ist mir doch egal, Ich arbeite sonst in einem anderen Haus“ Mentalität zu kommentieren ist alles andere als Gastfreundschaft

Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir hatten eine nette Begegnung mit zwei Angestellten von der Rezeption. Er hieß Francesco und sie Youdi. Beide waren sehr kompetent, ausgesprochen freundlich und mit viel Charm authentisch. Sie könnten all unsere Fragen rund um das Hotel und Berlin beantworten, haben noch Tipps und hatten ein gutes Gespür für Dinge und Orte für die wir uns interessieren könnten.
