Pros:

Nagyon rendben volt a recepció! Irtózatosan korrekt, normális személyzet!

Cons:

Normál 3*os ellátás, de a labszagú szoba az fájt. Ilett volna szellőztetni az előző vendég után. Amúgy rendben volt, csak a labszagú szoba volt gáz... De az nagyon... 😉

Pros:

Eate curat, personal amiabil , locatie buna.

Cons:

Micul dejun săsrăcăcios, putin variat. Nu se completează produsele epuizate. Nici pe departe nu se poate vorbi de ”mic dejun fabulos”, cum se mentioneaza pe site-ul hotelului.
Paturile nu sunt confortabile.

Comfortable, clean, very well run and great if you want to be a little way outside the city.
Pros:

I liked that Jonny, the manager on duty when I arrived very kindly offered me a room on the quieter side of the hotel, which I appreciated. His English is very good and I enjoyed chatting with him. The breakfast was very nice - lots of items available including fresh fruit. I'm a vegetarian, so I ate a lot of eggs! I liked that the hotel is staffed 24 hrs. I had a nice view of someone's lovely garden from my room which I enjoyed. It's a peaceful neighbourhood, with excellent tram links to the metro and the city just a short walk away.

Cons:

I didn't like that smoking is allowed on the room balcony (as I was informed by one of the managers), so when I had my balcony door open I could smell cigarette smoke coming from the balcony next to mine. Also, suggested improvement: buy a toaster that holds 4 slices of bread! And it would be good if brown bread is available every day.
