Decent stay
Pros:

The property was clean and it was a good price for the level of hotel that is on.. the pool didn’t really look clean and inviting. However, overall, the hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the day.

Cons:

The hotel staff could have been friendlier. I also didn’t like the fact that they held my security deposit on my credit card for over 2 weeks. And I had to keep calling them to remind them to release the hold on my credit card.

In the future, I would stay at this facility only if it is the only one available.
Pros:

I liked the gym, laundry, bathroom and location. The bar tender was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was entirely too soft. The heat/air system was totally awful. The room would get cold for me, and it took forever to warm up and when it did the heat would automatically change to blowing out cold air after a while. I reported this issue to the staff several times and it was not corrected. The room did not have a clock and only one chair. I had to ask for an ironing board and blanket. Some of the front desk staff wasn't so forthcoming with information and not the friendliness. I didn't find out that the cafeteria offered complimentary coffee until the fourth day of my seven days stay. Most of my attempts to talk to the front desk staff was prevented because they were on the telephone. I didn't try the breakfast because it was less than appealing.
