Horrendous, distasteful and unacceptable.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate; however, the kitchen staff, namely Ashley and other front entrance kitchen staff (an older African American darkened complexion woman) were extremely rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and ruin my stay at the hotel. I intent to lodge a lengthy complaint to Holiday Inns corporate offices as well as a tasteful review on social media informing recurring and future hotel guest of my horrific experience which dramatized me and my family. We were applauded by kitchen staff rude tone, lack hospitality, verbally abusive interaction and disrespect shown to me and my family.

Customer service is the backbone of every business. Happy customers become loyal customers who return to your business. My experience was terrible due to the breakfast kitchen staff, which will definitely deter my return to this establishment.
