Good location. Clean property.
Had lots of trouble checking in. Our reservation had been canceled by the hotel. Was on the phone with booking.com for almost an hour (waiting 30 minutes). In total, we waited 2 hours to be checked in. My family was tired and grumpy.

The bed was comfortable that's all
The elevator was stuck the bathroom light was blown out the breakfast was horrible and the black lady that cooks looks like a clown with all that makeup on her face it's nothing like the city bistro was the Holiday Inn Supposed To be great
The pool! And the staff, very friendly!
I didn’t like the idea of having to pay for breakfast (only because I’ve never stayed somewhere where breakfast wasn’t included, if it was served). I still paid though, we were hungry! Ha!
Location to the convention center, cleanliness, staff was professional
Premium price. Fresh linens were stacked on the bed but it was not made when we arrived. After a text communication with the staff, the bed was made while we were out to dinner.
