Kein netter Herr beim Empfang!!!!
Cons:

Ein sehr unfreundlicher Herr beim Empfang, kein guten Abend, überhaupt nichts, mussten ihn ansprechen, damit er erstmal mit uns gesprochen hat, sehr brummig, sorry sowas gehört nicht an den Empfang, der kann die Spülmaschine ausräumen oder irgendwas anderes machen, aber nicht mit Menschen in Kontakt kommen!!! Ein großes Vorbild Kassel - Industriegebiet, ein sehr netter, zuvorkommender Mann an der Rezeption!

Es ging.
Pros:

Frühstück ist in Ordnung und ausreichend. Das Zimmer ist klein aber sauber und modern gestaltet. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem.

Cons:

Ich war schon zum vierten mal dort, parken war immer kostenlos, doch nun plötzlich kostenpflichtig. Bei der Buchung wurde dies nicht kommuniziert.
Die Eingangstür war defekt und öffnete sich nicht. Nach mehrmaligen Klopfen an der Glastür kam ein wutentbrannter Rezeptionist und rief von innen, ob man denn das Schild nicht lesen könne. Es hing ein Papierzettel dort, man solle den Hintereingang benutzen. Es war bereits dunkel, der Zettel war nicht beleuchtet, sehr klein gedruckt und ich konnte das ohne Brille nicht lesen. Als ich mit meiner Kollegin zum Hintereingang hereinkam, wurden wir wieder sehr unfreundlich empfangen, ob wir denn nicht lesen könnten. Kein 'Guten Abend' oder 'Willkommen in unserem Haus', wie es sich für einen Rezeptionisten gehören würde. Ich reise viel und habe so etwas noch nicht erlebt. Meine mitreisende Kollegin und ich haben uns später noch draussen auf die Terrasse gesetzt, in dieser Zeit kam auch ein junger Mann zum Einchecken, er stand ebenfalls lange vor der verschlossenen Tür und hat wohl auch das Schild nicht gesehen. Wir haben ihm dann nach einiger Zeit gesagt, dass er den Hintereingang benutzen solle. Er hat sich bedankt. Meine mitreisende Kollegin hatter das Zimmer nebenan, dort ging die Heizung nicht, sie hatte kein warmes Wasser und konnte am Morgen nicht duschen. Nach Beschwerde am Morgen wurde sie von dem selben Herrn nur abgefertigt nach dem Motto, dies könne nicht sein. Nach dem Frühstück kam plötzlich wieder warmes Wasser. Alles in allem, der Aufenthalt war dieses mal nicht so schön und wir werden dieses Haus beim nächsten mal nicht mehr buchen.
