Cons:

According to the reservation, check-in at the hotel started at 3:00 PM. We arrived at the hotel at 4:15 PM. The doors were closed and two couples tried to check in at the hotel using the check-in machine next to the front door. Neither couple was successful and went to look for a new hotel. We were also unable to check in. Finally, around 5:00 PM - 5:15 PM, two women with a dog arrived and entered the hotel without paying attention to us. When we asked if they were hotel employees, they answered cheekily that yes and that they would open the reception in about 10 minutes. When asked why the reception was not open at 3:00 PM, they again answered very rudely, that don't you know that it's a holiday in Germany right now!!!!!

Laut Reservierung begann der Check-in im Hotel um 15:00 Uhr. Wir kamen um 16:15 Uhr an. Die Türen waren geschlossen, und zwei Paare versuchten, am Check-in-Automaten neben dem Eingang einzuchecken. Beide Paare hatten keinen Erfolg und suchten sich ein anderes Hotel. Auch wir konnten nicht einchecken. Schließlich, gegen 17:00–17:15 Uhr, kamen zwei Frauen mit einem Hund und betraten das Hotel, ohne uns zu beachten. Auf unsere Frage, ob sie Hotelangestellte seien, antworteten sie frech mit Ja und dass sie die Rezeption in etwa zehn Minuten öffnen würden. Auf die Frage, warum die Rezeption um 15:00 Uhr noch nicht geöffnet war, antworteten sie erneut sehr unhöflich: „Wissen Sie denn nicht, dass in Deutschland gerade Feiertag ist?

Poloha těsně u dálničního obchvatu Mnichova ideální pro přespání během delší cesty. Vstup na kód, mají self check-in, ale při našem příjezdu ve 22:30 byla ještě k dispozici živá recepční. Hotel se nachází v průmyslové zóně mimo obytnou zástavbu Putzbrunnu, ale nepůsobí to tu nijak tísnivě ani nebezpečně. A je to pohodlný hotelový pokoj, ne žádné plastové králíkárny jako u některých dálnic.

Měli jsme obavy o parkování (se střešním nosičem na lyže bychom se nevešli do podzemních garáží), nakonec bez problémů na parkovacím místě přímo před vchodem do hotelu (za příplatek 6 eur), zřejmě by to šlo i na ulici.

Cons:

V pokoji bylo velmi teplo a dost jsme bojovali s tím přijít na to, jak ztlumit topení. Moc se to nepovedlo. Sice šlo otevřít okno, ale neměli jsme dobrý pocit z plýtvání.

Pobyt w hotelu był powodowany przerwą w podróży, potrzebowaliśmy odpoczynku, który dostaliśmy.
