Pros:

Importa destacar a excelente localização do hotel, a existência de estacionamento, o pequeno-almoço e o restaurante do Hotel.

Cons:

Nada a destacar. Apenas como ponto a melhorar: seria comunicarem (email ou mensagem), na Semana Santa, os eventos (e horários) que cortam a rua perpendicular que dá acesso ao Hotel e impede a chegada por carro.

Ich bin nun das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen und bin jedesmal aufs Neue überzeugt! Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit und vorallem aufmerksam! Ich hatte auch selten in Spanien so ein gutes Frühstück und Essen im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sowieso immer sehr sehr gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts! Ich freue mich schon aufs. Nächste mal.

Die Lage ist sehr gut – in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt. Das Hotel ist modern und sehr sauber, jedoch auch preislich im oberen Segment angesiedelt.

Cons:

Wir haben das Hotel unter anderem wegen des vorhandenen Parkhauses gebucht. Leider gab es im Vorfeld keine Information darüber, dass an unserem Anreisetag aufgrund von Prozessionen jede Zufahrt zum Hotel bzw. in die unmittelbare Umgebung gesperrt war. Dadurch kam es zu erheblichem Verkehrschaos und langen Staus in Sevilla in dem wir Stunden verbrachten.

Erst spät in der Nacht fanden wir schließlich einen freien Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage und mussten den restlichen Weg zu Fuß zum Hotel zurücklegen. Uns war bewusst, dass Prozessionen stattfinden, jedoch nicht, dass an diesem Tag eine Anreise zum Hotel gar nicht möglich sein würde. An den folgenden Tagen stellte sich die Situation wieder normal dar.

Ein entsprechender Hinweis als Service für Urlauber wäre sehr wünschenswert gewesen und hätte die Situation deutlich erleichtert – insbesondere bei dieser Preisklasse kann ein solcher Service erwartet werden.
