Perfect location, comfortable and friendly staff
Pros:

This hotel is just perfectly located near mtr and the hustle of Shinjuku. The bed is so comfortable and the bath on the terrasse is definitely a plus after a long walking day in Tokyo!
The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I recommend 100%

It actually ruined my first Japan stay!
Pros:

I know based in the website the other rooms look great. But ROOM 106 that I booked was a disaster!

Cons:

ROOM 106. I will only express my thoughts about this room as this was the room that I booked. Honestly, it ruined my stay in Japan. The bunk bed that was inside was a design failure! The walking/free space between the bunk bed and the wall heading to the toilet and bathroom were only a few centimetres. It was very, very uncomfortable and unsafe. If the bunk bed was designed to accommodate four people, well it failed! A single couple wouldn’t dare to say it’s okay for sure. The bunk bed should be taken down! For future customers/clients who will book this room by mistake!

Bon emplacement, pas très loin d'une rue très animée, la chambre est. propre et fonctionnelle. Un petit plus des boissons gratuites dans le minibar

Cons:

La réception ferme à 21 heures et certains taxis ne viennent pas devant l'hôtel car la rue est étroite

Pros:

Close to two lines, but quiet even though it's next to a busy street. My friend has a dust allergy and woke up itching all over. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and thoroughly cleaned the room the next day.

Cons:

The bidet wasn't working.

Have a fridge and a cooking stove. The hotel provided some free beers and tea for us to enjoy. Hotel staff stayed late to hand over the keys to us. very friendly and good value for money.

Cons:
