The concept, the story, the feel, the location, the staff, the room, everything was so exceptional.
Wouldn’t have much to say about this. Probably just the restaurant menu can be improved
フェリーターミナルが近い。見晴らしが良い。船に興味のある人にはオールドシップの中の清潔で新しく素敵にリフォームされた部屋、最高だと思います。
スタッフみんな笑顔で一生懸命やってくれているのは感じられたがいろいろ行き届いていない部分があった。

Other then that was superb
The hotel is unique, clean and nostalgic.
I like the location - very close to the BBT ferry terminal thus it didn't take us time to travel. When we reached, there was someone from the hotel waiting to take us to the hotel even though we hadn't planned for it. It was a nice surprise and we loved it. The hotel has a free historic tour to tour the ship (which is also the hotel) - a unique experience for us to take a look into the 100 years heritage of the ship itself. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and nicely prepared, with all the amenities we need. We love the view from our cabin window - directly to the sea, just like we were sailing on the ocean (without the seasickness). We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the infinity view to the sea - it was great to watch the sunset from the pool, we can even spotted the heavy rain dark clouds in Singapore far away. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who travel to Bintan the first time like our family, where you can enjoy the resorts area with a reasonable price - a really good value-for-money acommodation.
The breakfast buffet was not that great with limited options, compared to the 5-star of this hotel. Maybe because we came during December - the low season when there were not a big crowd. I believe that during peak season or busier times, the buffet will be much better.

가족여행으로 패밀리룸을 예약했는데, 넓고 좋았습니다.
발코니도 있고, 밖에서 바라보는 뷰가 너무 좋았습니다.
숙박기간동안 투숙객이 많이 없었는데, 오히려 수영장이용도 한가해서 좋았습니다.
숙소에 대한 아쉬움보다는 위치가 페리근처이다보니, 빈탄에서 다른 액티비티를 하기엔 거리가 조금 있습니다.
다만, 맹그로브 투어나 트레저베이가 가까운 점은 좋습니다.
투숙객이 많지 않아서 Pool Bar를 운영하지 않는 것은 아쉬웠습니다.
Enjoyed the unique atmosphere of this ship converted to a hotel.. Staff was amazing, as was the food. Big breakfast buffet included with our room. Lovely infinity pool looking out over the ocean. Nice places to sit and relax.
The bed was a bit firmer than we prefer, but we slept well. There is no town nearby, so this is a place to just rest and relax in nice surroundings.
Amazing location, very unique hotel design. Couldn't wish for better staff really went out of their way to make it a really great stay. The owner Mr Law was present at the hotel most of our stay and was extremely accommodating and full of recommendations for dishes to try at the restaurant.

There is no main course buffet and we were told to order but only 1 per pax. Mind you if buffet we are able to take as many as we wish.
There is no room service for food :(
