The staff was very friendly and courteous. They even had suggestions as to best places to eat while in spring, Tx.

There was nothing I didn't like. The staff were great the room was clean. Parking was available.

It was alright. Just needed a place to sleep passing through.
Pros:

Comfortable AC and bed.

Cons:

First room I was given hadn't been cleaned yet. So bad first impression. Second room was better but the bed and couch looked a little scuffed up. But nothing concerning. At least it was clean.

Good place to stay if you need to be in this area
Pros:

Room was always clean and they did had the supplies they claimed to. It’s close to a HEB (supermarket), a 5 minutes walk.

Cons:

Sometimes there were some loud people outside but it wouldn’t last for too long
And not about the hotel, but Houston public transportation system sucks. In this area if you don’t have a car you can’t go any places. You can walk to nearby places but know that there are no sidewalks at all
