Die Lage des Hotels auf dem Hügel ist sehr schön. Das Auto stand sicher im geschlossenen Parkplatz. Die Reception war immer offen uns sehr hilfsbereit. Für ein 4 Sterne Haus hätte ich mir bei der Ausstattung etwas mehr erwartet. Zimmer und Haus waren ok aber nichts extra besonderes. Von allem gab es im Zimmer etwas wenig. Familienzimmer, 3 Kleiderbügel , in einem kleinen Schrank....Auf Nachfrage hab ich mehr bekommen. Alles was man nachgefragt hat wurde gleich verbessert, das war toll.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet war sehr mager, meist halb leer und ich hätte mir bei 4 Sternen und extra bezahltem Frühstück weit mehr erwartet. Das Personal war im Service freundlich aber leider nicht sehr professionell.

Ottima e piacevole struttura, bella posizione e piacevole lo spazio esterno. Camera ampia e ben attrezzata, molto pulita. Comodo il parcheggio interno. Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il ristorante interno all' hotel, se pur con personale gentile, non ha un buon servizio. Tempi di attesa lunghi nonostante cena alla carta e 5 tavoli in tutto. 1 ora di attesa per una pasta. Aperitivo alle 12, soltanto noi, 30 minuti di attesa per due Calici Senza nemmeno una nocciolina. Peccato.

Lehangoló. Régen egy jó hotel lehetett.
Pros:

A recepciós elképesztő kedves volt.

Cons:

Egyszer megépítették, de költeni kellene rá. Elavult az egész. Kifeküdt matrac, régmúlt berendezés, régi redőnyök. Ráférne egy alapos felújítás.
A reggeli lehangoló volt. A személyzet aki a reggelit intézte, egy cappuccinót nem tudott elkészíteni.

Super locatie met schitterend uitzicht over de stad
Pros:

Prachtig uitzicht over de stad. In een half uur liepen we naar de oude binnenstad. Dit is een hele leuke wandeling. Mooie kamer met 2 fijne bedden. Lunch was goed in het restaurant. Ontbijt (glutenvrij) ook prima.

Cons:

In de badkamer ging een rioollucht. De kamer was voor ons te warm.

Très joli établissement en hauteurs de Naples. L'équipement, la propreté, le service ont dépassé mes espérences. La place de parking mise à diposition gratuitement était plus d'appréciable. Au check-in on m'a accordé une chambre supérieure à ce que j'ai réservé et sans cout supplémentaire. La literie est d'un comfort incroyable. Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel! Je reviendrai.
