Grote slaapkamers gekregen na een upgrade.
Grote bedden die overigens erg over de vloer kraken.
Fijne airco, vooral in augustus erg aangenaam.

Il fatto che disponga di un parcheggio interno.
Lo staff sempre molto gentile.
La pulizia delle camere. Orari di check in e check out adeguati.

Cons:

Migliorabile la colazione. Le uova sode erano gelate, il prosciutto cotto commerciale. Buoni il resto dei prodotti.
La posizione è comoda per spostarsi in auto ma distante per raggiungere il centro a piedi.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt und besonders die Lage sowie der Ausblick waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Leider entsprach das Frühstück aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels. Das Rührei wirkte mehrfach aufgewärmt, frisches Gemüse fehlte weitgehend und die Croissants waren häufig trocken. Auch das Restaurant konnte unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllen. Wir hoffen, dass das Hotel diese Punkte verbessert, denn die Lage hätte es verdient.

Grosses Zimmer mit guter Verdunlubg und Klimaanlage

Personal maximal unmotiviert, Restaurant furchtbar, hatte die ganze Nacht Magenkrämpfe, frisieren WmFisch offensichtlich alt, überteuert, Kellner ohne Bebehmen, deckt die Tische mit viel Lärm während man isst ein.
deckchair aber keine Auflagen, keine Sonnenschirme, keine Hilfe mit Gepäck, nur mit Auto zu erreichen, sehe wegen Straßen, die beidseitig befahren werden.

Pros:

Stayed here twice using it as an airport hotel at start and end of holiday.
Good sized rooms with 2 double beds and a balcony with a view towards Vesuvius though mostly hidden by a tree.
The immediate area and the hotel gardens feel relaxing.
Staff were helpful.
24 hour reception which was really useful as due to delays we arrived at 1am.
Carpark is onsite and free though be aware you leave your car keys at reception and as the Carpark is small cars are moved by staff when necessary. Wasn't a problem though.
Good value for Naples.

Cons:

Hard to find even with satnav. More prominent hotel signs needed.
Its a hotel halfway between the airport and city. It is on the flight path so regularly planes flyover and are quite loud. Seemed to start at 6am but muted inside noise with windows closed. It did however spoil the ambience of breakfast on the terrace and using the roof terrace/gardens.
Its a 20 minute steep downhill walk into old Naples. Walk back would double that as steep uphill. Also wouldn't attempt to do the walk after dark. Taxi return €20 for a 10 min drive.
We asked if we could leave the car after checking out but only given a 2hr extension so we had to drive into Naples and park. Something we were trying to avoid as driving in Naples is not a good experience.
Breakfast ok.
