Il servizio ristorante é di altissimo livello, cosí come il personale del servizio ristorante. Molto bene anche Reception, Spa, e attività Yoga all’aperto.
Il letto é scomodo e il servizio di housekeeping (pulizia delle camere) totalmente inadeguato. Inoltre la manutenzione generale delle camere é completamente assente. Nel giro di una settimana hanno ripristinato due volte l’impianto aria condizionata che gocciolava dal soffitto, il sifone sotto al lavandino gocciolava. Le sdraio in legno del balconi inutilizzabili poiché sfondate.

Incredibly nice and helpful service in particular Georgio and sports team !! Amazing location , absolutely stunning ! Isolated beach at the end of a secluded ismus of land going into the sea. Beautiful gardens well maintained, lots of space and lots of towels. Sports activities yoga, walk, fitness of very good level. Beautiful buffet with grilled meat and fish. They manage gluten very carefully by serving safe gluten free industrial package gluten free with loads of choices. Amazing spa with beautiful massage pool. Great fitness room. Great live music every single evening, lovely well dressed evenings dinners. Perfect relaxing atmosphere.great lunch options on site as well. No need to leave paradise!
Some minor improvements could be made
At reception on first day, explaining better the activities and perhaps improving bed quality and noise of AC, but just like every hotel! Note that the beach has some rocks not just sand. Nautical equipment to be rented inflatable paddles, kayaks.

La vista es increíble, las habitaciones e instalaciones del complejo están bien
El servicio de comida es muy malo. El bufete tanto para el desayuno como la cena son de mala calidad y el único restaurante que tiene para la cena tiene un menú muy extraño y malo. La playa no es 100% de arena, tiene piedras para entrar pero se puede usar
Hotel para familias muchos chicos ruidos falta de educación. Playa chica pura piedra y además de cobrar caro te pedían pagar las reposteras de Primera línea y no había nunca las de atrás TV viejos sin aplicaciones

The hotel grounds are beautiful, and the location is fantastic. You can feel that the rooms could use some renovation to fully match a 5-star standard. However, the outstanding service provided by the staff more than makes up for it.

- Plusieurs lieux de baignades proches avec un excellent service.
- Personnel avenant et très disponible, parlant plusieurs langues.
- La conciergerie propose divers possibilités d’excursions (en bateau ou en voiture), mais à des prix déraisonnables, souvent le triple ou le quadruple de ce que l’on peut organiser de son côté.
- Le système de transfert (aéroport-hôtel ou hôtel-ville) est très bien, mais là aussi à un prix qui est trois fois celui d’un taxi.
