Great for families with kids!
Pros:

Cleanliness, staff attitude and smile, service, food quality is top, beautiful facilities

Cons:

There is only 1 thing: no free access to potable water for guests. This is high standard hotel located in hot climate and I feel this is really upsetting that guests need to purchase enourmous amounts of water along the day and for the dinner as well.
I find this as basic need that should be secured. I rather have no live music every night at dinner but free drinkable water access around

We expected much better room quality and customer service to get it sorted faster.
Pros:

Overall the property was nice and well equipped.

Cons:

The AC did not work in our first room. We had to visit with the front desk 5 times before we were moved to a new room. The new room then had ants all over, and we had to call the front desk for someone to come and spray to remove them. For the cost of a villa, I would have never expected either of these types of things to happen, and the amount of time spent trying to get it sorted.

Lokalita i Hotel byly skvělé. Jídlo bylo přímo úchvatné. Personál až na výjimky ochotný a milý. Moře bylo dokonalé.

Cons:

Po příjezdu jme dostali pokoje, které nesplňovaly objednávku. Řešení tohoto problému nás připravilo o jeden den. Při první večeři, jsme byli hrubě vykázáni od stolu (byl prý rezervován) - špatné vysvětlení pravidel při příjezdu.

Best Trip ever for a Family with a four year old !
Pros:

Somptueux endroit ! Le personnel est exceptionnellement professionnel. Toute la famille s’est sentie accueillie et dorlotée pendant l’ensemble du séjour. Les options d’animation pour les enfants ont été immensément appréciées, aussi bien par enfant que parents. Le restaurant était parfait : la grande variété de choix est à saluer. Plusieurs options possibles à chaque repas, et le tout de qualité 5 étoiles. Tout était frais et savoureux. Les options culinaire pour les enfants ont aussi été pensées avec soin et très appréciées de notre enfant (4 ans). Les jus de légumes et de fruits frais au petit déjeuner étaient top !

Cons:

Seuls points qui pourraient être améliorés : matériel de sport (salle de fitness) et le terrain de tennis pourraient être upgradés. Pas mauvais mais pourraient être améliorés.

E’ il terzo anno che facciamo esperienza del Falkensteiner Resort Capo Boi, e nuovamente non possiamo che confermare la nostra soddisfazione e immenso piacere nel tornare e abitare un luogo così speciale
L’estetica, la pulizia e la raffinatezza del posto e degli spazi sono uniche
Ma questo luogo non sarebbe ciò che è senza il personale, con il suo sorriso, la costante attenzione e cura al dettaglio
Dal grande Michele e il suo team del ristorante Artigiani in cui abbiamo goduto di professionalità e piacevole partecipazione, a Graziella e la sua meravigliosa SPA, ai ragazzi della spiaggia, e in particolare a Mauro del bar Sudoki, e il suo team, per la competenza e per una presenza tutta speciale

Tak tenhle hotel určitě ne! Za peníze, které stojí pobyt, to ani zdaleka neodpovídá očekávání. Lehátka, bazény i podlahy byly špinavé, jídlo průměrné a animační program pro děti naprostá katastrofa. Aktivity byly slabé, nezajímavé a rozhodně neodpovídaly tomu, co hotel prezentuje. Poměr cena/výkon je podle nás tragický. Za noc bych si dokázal představit maximálně 5 tisíc korun, ale rozhodně ne 20 tisíc. Nechápu, proč je potřeba dělat hotelu takovou reklamu a lákat sem lidi, když je realita úplně jiná. Člověk přijede s velkým očekáváním a odjíždí zklamaný. Bohužel fotky i propagace slibují mnohem víc, než hotel ve skutečnosti nabízí. Za nás velké zklamání. 😔👎🏻 Jo a zapomněl jsem zmínit tu úžasnou pláž plnou kamenů a bordelu. Vodu k pití, co vám tady podávají k večeři, platíte 5,50 €, a za malinkatý kopeček zmrzliny pro děti 2,50 €. A na snídani čekáte na vajíčka i 45 minut… 🤦‍♂️

Really beautiful place for a family with young kids

Bugs, water leaks, and no hot water
Pros:

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. We were supposed to stay three nights, but we only stayed one. There was no "lateral sea view" from the room as we paid for. There was no hot water to shower with. The bathroom was dirty. There was a leak in the ceiling and water coming into the room. There were bugs and mosquitos inside. The patio was unusable because it was infested with ants. I asked for a refund for the nights that we would not stay in the room, and still have not heard back from the manager five days later.

Wegen der Geräusche und kurze Nächte würde ich das Hotel nicht wieder buchen
Pros:

Das Essen war gut, reichhaltig, es gab viele Gerichte Vegan und laktosefrei. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, sowohl an der Rezeption, wie auch im Restaurant. Die Sauberkeit war soweit auch gut. Der Strand war mäßig, bedingt durch die Berge an Meerpflanzen, die womöglich bei einem Sturm einige Tage davor, angeschwemmt waren. Jedoch wurde dies in den 10 Tagen, die wir dort waren, nicht gesäubert. Es war nicht leicht eine Stelle zu finden um dort ins Wasser zu gehen.
Bezüglich der Zimmer kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben. Ich kann nur über unser Zimmer 104 was aussagen. Es ist eine Zumutung dieses Zimmer in einem Luxus Resort von 5 Sterne an Gäste zu geben.

Cons:

Das Zimmer liegt über der Küche und wie wir vermuten, gegenüber des Kühlhauses. Ab 5 Uhr morgens hatte man Krach von Rollwagen, Scheppern von Gegenstände, fallende Töpfe oder Pfannen ( auf jeden Fall Metallgeräusche). Dies wiederholte sich auch in der Nacht so gegen 21.30 bis teilweise 23 Uhr. Dazu kamen laute Stimmen und noch mehr Krach von Aufstapelndem Geschirr, Besteck, oder Metallbehälter.
Zudem übertrug die Lüftung im Bad jedes Geräusch und Stimme des oberen Zimmer und man konnte alles mithören. Jeden Tag hatten wir zwischen 18 - 19 Uhr vor dem Dinner Schreie, Streit von der Dusche über uns, wo zwei kleine Kinder zusammen geduscht haben. Dazu die Eltern, die laut geschimpft haben. Man konnte alles verstehen. Dazu kamen noch die täglichen Geräusche der schweren Möbel (Betten und Tisch im Wohnraum) die abends immer wieder umgestellt wurden.

Wie schon bei anderen Bewertungen hingewiesen, sind die Frühstückszeiten ab 7.30 Uhr und Abendessen ab 19:00 für ein Familienhotel zu überdenken. Viele der Kleinen waren am Abend bereits müde und quengelig. Ein Mietauto wäre auch zu empfehlen, da man sonst für eine Taxi einiges zahlen muss, wenn man sich die Gegend etwas anschauen möchte.

Schöne Anlage mit freundlichem Personal, insgesamt aber eher auf 4*Niveau als auf echtem 5*Standard
Pros:

Die Anlage ist wirklich wunderschön – sehr gross, viel Grün, idyllisch und ruhig gelegen. In wenigen Fahrminuten erreicht man viele traumhafte Strände. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auch das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich. Positiv fanden wir ebenfalls, dass ein später Check-out möglich war.

Cons:

Die eigene Strandbucht beim Falkensteiner Capo Boi war leider überhaupt nicht einladend und entsprach auch nicht den Bildern. Wir sind deshalb gar nicht ins Wasser gegangen – schon gar nicht mit Kindern. Schade fanden wir auch, dass es abends keine À-la-carte-Möglichkeit gab, sondern nur Buffet. Zudem war es oft sehr voll und wir mussten teilweise auf einen Tisch warten.
Der Aufpreis für den Late Check-out war mit dem Preis einer halben Nacht eher hoch.
Am meisten enttäuscht hat uns jedoch der Kids Club. Dieser wirkte nicht besonders einladend. Unsere Tochter ist ein grosser Falky-Fan aus anderen Falkensteiner Hotels und war hier leider sehr enttäuscht. Falky kam nur kurz für Fotos vorbei und ging danach wieder. Gerade weil die Kinderdisco wetterbedingt drinnen stattfand, hätte man ihn dort mehr integrieren können.

Ça nous donne envie de revenir !
Pros:

Ambiance super familiale et très adapté aux enfants : baignoire, chauffe biberon, lit en très bon état, poubelle à couches, gel douche spécial bébés; il y avait aussi des animations pour bébés/enfants avec leur mascotte "Falky" après le souper. La piscine intérieure peut être fréquentée par les bébés/enfants de 10h à 13h, tous les jours (je pense que ces horaires ne sont pas mentionnés sur booking).
La nourriture était délicieuse !!
Le personnel était super accueillant, toujours le sourire et beaucoup de professionnalisme (ex: quand on arrive le soir au restaurant, une table est déjà prête pour nous avec une chaise pour bébé).
La chambre était magnifique, même si côté "parc" (pas de vue sur mer).
Les piscines étaient grandes et les espaces extérieurs super bien entretenus.
Il y a des ânes à l'extérieur, c'est trop chou !
On a aussi très bien mangé au restaurant "Kento Bay".

Cons:

La seule suggestion ce serait d'avoir plus de variété dans le coin "enfants" (exemple : brocolis cuits/chauds, petits pois, carottes, etc.) et plus de fruits (fraises, myrtilles).
Les pancakes étaient un peu sèches, même ma fille de 17 mois n'a pas trop aimé 😅 alors qu'on en fait tout le temps "home made" et qu'elle adore !
Parking un peu petit, heureusement c'était la saison basse 😅(j'ignore s'ils ont un deuxième parking)
