Pros:

L'organizzazione generale è ben strutturata. Evelyn è da segnalare se si hanno bambini, lei è la soluzione fatta persona, incredibilmente gentile, pratica, una solutrice. Il direttore dell'Hotel è lui stesso un ascoltatore e solutore.
Per noi è stata una vacanza memorabile. Grazie

Bella struttura in riva al mare per godersi la Sardegna
Pros:

Location fantastica, bellissimo giardino e bella spiaggia semi-privata.
E' un family resort, quindi i bambini erano tantissimi, ma l'ampiezza degli spazi fanno si che anche chi non ha figli possa avere tranquillità.
Bella la Spa e molto disponibile la responsabile, Graziella.

Cons:

Struttura bella e ampia ma non nuovissima, condizionatore in camera un po' rumoroso. Da migliorare i servizi "complementary". In un 5 stelle il minibar dovrebbe essere open e ci dovrebbe essere un angolo te/caffè.
Il personale in gran parte molto gentile, a volte fa trasparire (o dichiara) la voglia di chiudere il turno ed andarsene. L'orario della cena, che si chiude alle 9,30, deve assolutamente essere rivisto; per i tedeschi funziona, ma per gli italiani è decisamente troppo presto.

Sehr erholsam und sehr schön in der Nachsaison.
Pros:

Ein sehr angenehmer Ort zum Entspannen und erholen. Das Abendbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und hervorragend. Den Köchen beim Anrichten der Speisen zuzusehen ist toll. Alle sehr freundlich. Top.

Cons:

Der Turndown kam immer genau dann, wenn wir uns für das Abendessen vorbereitet haben. Dann hat es nur für die Wasserübergabe gereicht. Vielleicht etwas später terminieren (ab19:00), wenn die Gäste beim Abendessen sind.

Tökéletes családi tengerparti szállás.
Pros:

A reggeli és a vacsora is bőséges és változatos. Mnőségi és friss alapanyagokból készül az ízletes és minden étrendnek megfelelő választék. A környék meseszép, de akár a szálláson is minden megtalálható ami a tökéletes kikapcsolódáshoz kell. A személyzet nagyon figyelmes és kedves.

Pros:

Sehr schön an einer Bucht gelegen. Direkter Zugang zum Meer. Personal sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Qualität des Essens war gut. Uns hat es gut gefallen, dass es einen Entsafter für Gemüse am Frühstücksbuffet gab, den man selber bedienen konnte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Qualität im Unterhalt teils nich 5 Sterne. Eine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit zw 1800 u 1900 gibt es KEINE. Ausser Roomservice mit Servicezuschlag von 20 Euro. Der Streichelzooverschlag ist leider höchstens 2 Sterne... Nicht unbedingt das ideale Hotel für Paare ohne Kinder. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort und hätten nicht angenommen, dass noch so viele Kinder Ferien haben... das Auto wurde komplett verdreckt zurückgegeben. Offenbar hat es in den Bäumen am Parkplatz viele Vögel...
