Situation exceptionnelle mais attention aux suppléments
Pros:

Le personnel est très pro, superbe restaurant avec vue panoramique sur le Rhin,.Le restaurant propose des plats raffinés. Petit déjeuner buffet (jamais vu autant de produits ! ) très qualitatif

Cons:

Les suppléments sont hors de prix :
- Nous avons payé 60 euros (!) pour notre chienne par jour ! Pas justifié à ce niveau et surtout pas annoncé sur le site de l'hôtel.Un tel prix n’est pas justifié pour des clients qui restent 3 jours sans demander de nettoyage de la chambre

Lovely service and wonderful views
Pros:

From arrival to checkout we had a lovely experience. This hotel is beautiful and extremely clean.
We truly appreciate the pool area and the outdoor spaces where the views are magnificent from the beer garden/bistro as well as the restaurant terrace. The service provided by all staff was exceptional. We sincerely recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway and will be happy to return.

De locatie is super. Het hotel ligt op een hoogte en heeft uitzicht over Köningswinter en de Rijn.

Cons:

Het personeel in het restaurant liep niet over van vriendelijkheid. Het eten is ook aardig aan de prijs.

War schön , mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Parken ist an einen Dienstleister vergeben
und dieser verteilt Bußgelder , obwohl das
Parken mit dem Hotel abgerechnet wird .
Zweimal passiert !! Auf Nachfrage an der
Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt , man würde
dass für uns regeln aber man könne daran leider nichts ändern ! Dies stößt bei mir auf absolutes
Unverständnis , da man mit einem Ticket vom
Hotel , welches im PKW ausliegt , diesen
Missstand leicht beheben könnte .

Ruhe, außergewöhnliche Lage.
Sehr bequeme Betten. Schön aufgeteiltes Bad.

Cons:

Service erreicht das Grandhotel-Niveau nicht: Zimmerreinigung trotz erneuter Bitte nicht täglich durchgeführt. Frühstücks-Personal nicht ausgebildet, nicht umsichtig. Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig (bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur).
