Perfektion hat für mich jetzt einen Namen: Steigenberger Grandhotel Petersberg
Pros:

Zimmer top ausgestattet mit phantastischem Ausblick zum Drachenfels und über das Rheintal. Das Abendessen - Rehrücken - war ein Gedicht, das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und fürsorglich zugewandt.

Cons:

Die Parkuhr auf dem Vorplatz war defekt.

Einfach toll. Super Ambiente mit Geschichte.
Pros:

Ich meine keine Preise der Wellnessangebote im Netz gesehen zu haben. Was sich vor Ort als angemessen fand. Nur das wir zusammen dann keine Termine bekommen haben. Schade.

Cons:

Das Trommeln bei Regen in den den obersten Stockwerken. Sollte vorher besprochen werden. Für uns war es schön zum einschlafen. Ich könnte es mir vorstellen das es nicht jeden schmeckt.

Tolles Hotel ,aber bei Großveranstaltungen nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Wir kennen und nutzen die Gastronomie und das Spa des Hotels als Anwohner von Bonn regelmäßig und sind sehr gerne dort. Auch gemeinsam mit unserer kleinen Tochter ist es ein schöner Ort, den wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Übernachtet hat meine Frau mit unserer Tochter, da wir aufgrund eines Umzugs eine externe ruhige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit benötigten. Leider fand an diesem Abend eine Großveranstaltung eines Finanzstrukturvertriebs im Hotel statt, deren Party anschliessend zweimal für einen Großeinsatz der Feuerwehr sorgte. Es war offenbar nur ein Fehlalarm ausgelöst durch Nebelmaschinen, dennoch wurden alle Gäste zweimal evakuiert. Wir mussten das Hotel verlassen und standen lange in der Kälte. Das Personal bot zunächst freundlich Unterstützung an, aber es waren zuwenig Decken verfügbar. Beim zweiten Mal durften wir uns in einem Polizeiwagen aufwärmen. Danach ging die Party mit großer Lautstärke weiter, die Rezeption war nicht mehr erreichbar, um uns ein anderes ruhigeres Zimmer zuzuweisen. Nach dieser traumatischen Nacht hätten wir uns mehr Empathie un d auch etwas mehr Kulanz als einen Nachlass und ein Frühstück gewünscht. Weiterhin hätten wir erwartet, dass bei Buchung auf die Veranstaltung hingewiesen wird und uns von Anfang an ein ruhiges Zimmer zugewiesen wird.
