War schön , mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Parken ist an einen Dienstleister vergeben
und dieser verteilt Bußgelder , obwohl das
Parken mit dem Hotel abgerechnet wird .
Zweimal passiert !! Auf Nachfrage an der
Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt , man würde
dass für uns regeln aber man könne daran leider nichts ändern ! Dies stößt bei mir auf absolutes
Unverständnis , da man mit einem Ticket vom
Hotel , welches im PKW ausliegt , diesen
Missstand leicht beheben könnte .

Ruhe und Grandezza an geschichtsträchtigem Ort

Ruhe, außergewöhnliche Lage.
Sehr bequeme Betten. Schön aufgeteiltes Bad.

Cons:

Service erreicht das Grandhotel-Niveau nicht: Zimmerreinigung trotz erneuter Bitte nicht täglich durchgeführt. Frühstücks-Personal nicht ausgebildet, nicht umsichtig. Klimaanlage nicht funktionsfähig (bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur).

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super Lage und tollem Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage auf den Berg ist sensationell. Alles sehr grün und schön dort.
Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber ok. Ein sauberer kleiner Pool. Zwei Saunen (aber eine war defekt) und ein Dampfbad. Es war nicht viel los von daher war es angenehm im Spa.
Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Große Auswahl und man kann noch frisch verschiedenes bestellen.

Cons:

Wir waren in Zimmer 529. Die Fenster gingen zur Seite des Gebäudes und zwar dort wo morgens um 7 die Mülltonnen entkernt werden und Anlieferungen stattfinden. Da wurden wir bei offenem Fenster (schlafen gerne wenn es warm ist mit offenen Fenstern) erstmal geweckt vom Lärm.

Wassertemperatur in der Dusche schwankte. Das machte das Duschen mit Kleinkind etwas schwierig weil man immer aufpassen musste, dass nicht auf einmal zu heißes Wasser raus kam und das Kind verbrühte.
