Great room, loads of space, spotless and really comfortable. Conveniently located near to the old town and shopping area.
We decided not to have breakfast included in the booking and repeated that when asked on check in. However, they still charged us both for 2 days (c. £130 so not to be sniffed at) which took a few messages and a complaint to Booking.com before we got a refund. So unlike us, check your invoice before you're in a taxi to the airport.

Zimmer mit Upgrade war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Exzellent.

Vielfältiges Frühstück, Service, freundliches Personal
Dieses Hotel hat mir Bekannten empfohlen, ich habe mehrmals davon gehört, dass es eine Legende ist. Aber meine Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt. Schimmel, Staub, eine Duschtür, die nicht komplett schließt. Kleines und dunkles Zimmer. Ich werde es nicht wagen, diese Erfahrung noch einmal zu machen.
Mooie kamer met uitzicht op het park en er is een klein sportzaaltje. Ook koffiedrinken op het terras van het hotelrestaurant is erg leuk (levendig uitzicht).
Bij aankomst was er niemand: niet bij de deur, niet bij de receptie (beetje raar voor zo'n luxe hotel). Voor mij (ik heb MS) was dat wel héél fijn geweest. Nu toch wat stress door achterop komende auto's en de verwarring wáár te parkeren, etc...
Verder kon onze kamer halverwege ons verblijf plotseling niet meer open: volgens de receptie omdat we geacht werden al te vertrekken?!?
Dat klopte niet. Uiteindelijk opgelost: 'een systeemfout'. Dat voelde niet erg prettig.
En wat ik ook héél raar vond: de laatste avond werd ons bed opeens opengeslagen ed. Dat had vermoedelijk eigenlijk élke avond moeten gebeuren voor de prijs die je hier betaald (personeelstekort?). Of was het een 'laatste avond-afscheidsgeste'? - dan heb ik niks gezegd.
Deze dingen bij elkaar maakte dat ik met een gemengd gevoel ernaar terugkijk: prachtig hotel, maar met wat gekke dingetjes...
Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Die Cocktails sind ein Traum.
Nur zu empfehlen für einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!
Leider gibt es nicht ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Gäste vor Ort.

Es war alles super, nur in unserem Zimmer roch es extrem nach Kanal, das kam von außen, das war sehr unangenehm, wir schlafen immer mit offenem Fenster.

There’s is a lady her name Adona / she tried to make me pay twice the amount of my stay and this situation not the first time as i am a regular guest just this bad situation happened with this lady even when the general manager she came she was disappointed about what she tried to make & her attitude and body language was disrespectful and an action that doesn’t suit a 5 star hotel
