Cons:

Ausblick auf Galeria Kaufhof ist zu verschmerzen, da das Hotel nur an einer der 4 Hausseiten überhaupt den Blick auf den Park gewähren kann

Sehr gepflegtes Frühstück, Kaffee und warme Speisen werden professionell und zuvorkommend am Tisch serviert. Weiße Tischwäsche und gutes Besteck und Porzellan. Sehr kultiviert und angenehm. Ein Genuss.

Pros:

Wir haben an einer Veranstaltung im Hotel teilgenommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht ausreichend groß. Andere bekannte erhielten für denselben Preis ein deutlich geräumigeres Zimmer.

ontbijtruimte/ douchecel

Cons:

-aankomst: geen parkeermogelijkheid,: met hebben en hauwen naar publieke parking.( de enige enthousiasteling is de porter, die aanbiedt de wagen zelf naar de publieke parking te brengen...).Kamer was donker, klein, 1 raam uitkijkend op daken...... na klacht aan de balie wel andere kamer gekregen( mits tegenstribbelen en fluisteren van het baliepersoneel)
-2 personen geboekt: shampoo, handdoeken etc voor 1 persoon( 1 flesje shampoo.....)
-tijdens ontbijt worden de borden 'snel' weggenomen, geen vraag: extra koffie....? Tegen einde van de ontbijttijd wordt het buffet ook 'snel' verwijderd.
... van het eerste tot laatste moment teleurstellend.
