Die Unterkunft ist für einen Städtetrip oder Kurzaufenthalt mit nicht allzu großen Anforderungen geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für einen Städtetrip sehr gut. Bahnhof und Metro sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Viertel ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen.
Im Hotel selber hat man alles was man braucht. Allerdings wurden an einigen Stellen im Zimmer notdürftig Ausbesserungen durchgeführt, welche den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigen. Frühstück ist ok, das Personal durchweg freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da liebevoller bzw. professioneller instandbesetzt werden.

La salle de bain mériterait un petit coup de frais (traces d’humidité, pommeau de douche cassé).

Practical apartment for long time stay and work while traveling
Pros:

Apartment is clean and practically designed for keeping your stuff safe and work from there. You can take bus no 59 after a short walk that take you to Metro near catacomb. It take around 45-50 to reach eiffel Tower. There are couple of restaurants nearby that allow pickup order. Overall it was a good stay

Cons:

A bit further from tourist places. But you get to see real Paris.
