it is the worst hotel ive ever ever stayed in please folks do not go staff are rude rooms are shocking food is disgusting we checked in and checked out within 10 hours and ime not a hotel snob but was cleaner to sleep on the beach with the locals pl;ease please avoid at all cost the picture you see to sell the holiday aint the reality when you arrive

The Mersoy Bellavista enjoys a great location. Very close to the beach.

Food is edible. However they do not serve British food but Turkish which is fine since we were holidaying in Turkey. However there are many bars & restaurants around the hotel if you wanna have British food.

Staff is very friendly and they cannot do enough for you. Check-in was OK.

The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 but not 5 is because I was woken several times by drunk people arguing, partying or slamming doors.

We had a very nice holiday and hope to return next year.

We arrived late and hungry from travel all day. The guy on reception asked if we was hungry then tried charging us £60 for two kebabs and two beers. We paid for the 4 star and they put us in a two star. Room was filthy with human poo over back of toilet when I complained they want to send cleaners in but charge me for the clean. I had to keep asking for toilet roll and clean towels. The guy on reception is a very rude man and loveholidays rep wasn't much help either. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL
ITS AWFUL

We had a pleasant stay at Mersoy Bellavista. The location of the hotel is fantastic. 5 minutes walk to the beach and almost at the center, very close to bars & restaurants. The food was OK even they cater mostly for Turkish. Not British food but anyways we are in Turkey. Always found something to eat. Room was spacious and we booked a room overlooking the pool with a little bit of extra. beautiful pool area btw.

Sorry to hear that the hotel will not be Adults Only any more and will be open to children as well.

Overall a nice holiday.

This hotel should not be advertised I am a chamber maid my self at a primer inn and was shocked to see what I had booked the bed had no need a protected and only had one sheet that you lyd on and a rough like blanket on the top they was no tea and coffee facilities in room ,
They was a.dirty.towel left.on back of door.the room was a disgrace telly didn't work and lamp shades were hanging off the wall.
Went down to breakfast there was no cutlery spent 10 minutes looking for something to eat with. We eat out.most of the time which was lovely I came home with about 14 bedbug bits that I had to cover as I was sgraching my skin off never again we I go back to this hotel but loved the resort the photos you put on are not this hotel,went in the lodge area and the sofa was full of cat poo and that sums it up

Absolutely shocking hotel, these reviews must be made up, the place is shocking, rude staff , dirty dirty rooms, tried to put us in the wrong hotel which was horrendous, didn’t tell us there was a sister hotel next to it just tried palming us of, we new it wasnt the right hotel from arriving, staff are rude and non helpful, every person we spoke to had similar issues, house keeping only came 2 times in 8 days, considering there were so many English guests there was barely any food catered for English guests, should have Atleast one thing that’s familiar, we were told by someone also that we should keep our belongings locked and passports woth us as the hotel is known for sharing room keys with not just the staff, will never go there again and has actually stopped from wanting to go to Turkey again, worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in, don’t know who rated this from trip advisor but they was either blind or paid of because the place is shocking, said we were told not have entertainment every night, there 8 days and nothing on any night, they barely made conversation with us let alone entertain us, bar shuts at 10:30 in an all inclusive adults hotel , that’s shocking we paid for nothing, couldn’t eat, couldn’t drink was just all round shocking!!

Where do I start this was a holiday from hell.

We arrived at Mersoy Bella Vista Hotel, Icmeler Saturday 04.10.2025 around 19.00pm.
We checked in, reception staff showed us to our room, first impressions, dirty, dark and dingy.
We paid extra for a pool view this room was NOT a pool view. I explained to the man we had paid extra but then all of a sudden, there was a language barrier, he was fine up to this time. The room hadn’t been cleaned, there was dirt on the floors, broken furniture, there was a dirty ashtray with stubs in it, the toilet seat was hanging off and the toilet roll holder was all rusty. He placed our cases in the room and stated ‘Have a nice holiday’. There was no way I was staying there. We went back to reception to see the Manager. The manager stated you can upgrade to a superior room for extra cost, we took a look at the superior rooms with the manager, which again wasn’t a pool view, this was over looking a run down street with trees hanging over the balcony and he wanted £300 extra. I explained I wasn’t happy as I am not getting what I have paid for. He said we could look at the Mersoy Exclusive which was the same complex, I decided to take a look, its now 21.00pm and still no room. The room he showed me was slightly bigger, bigger balcony, 1 wardrobe with 1 hanger in it, no drawers and not very clean. We decided we would take it and deal with it tomorrow. The Manager said, if you take that room, he wanted £150 upgrade fee, he requested cash only, we had no choice but to take it and deal with this the next day. We woke the next day, to start the day with me cleaning the room as this had not been cleaned, I was mortified. I went to reception, they are stating they couldn’t speak English, I used Google Translate and they still said they didn’t understand. I requested to speak with the Manager, they just kept on saying ‘Later’. I cleaned the apartment the best I could, to make it enjoyable, we were supposed to be All Inclusive, With a Nice Hotel, Pool View and a nice chill for a week. This is day one and really not acceptable. The holiday just got worse and worse.

I’ll do a list of all faults, instead of going into detail:-
Poolside – Filthy, cups and glasses still there from the day before
Pool / Poolside – Not cleaned once in a week
Ashtrays - cig butts from the day before
Poolside – Dirty towels left behind
Children Pool – Was filthy, no child should have been allowed anywhere near this
Poolside bar – Was filthy, not been cleaned In months
Sunbathing Area – All the tiles were missing / Loose, trip hazard
The poolside, pool bar and eating area outside was NOT cleaned once in a week
Drinks – Beer, Gin, Wine, Vodka, Soft Drinks
Ashtrays around the ground – Always dirty
Room – Not once cleaned in the whole week, towels not changed, I had to go to their laundry room and get my own towels, bedding and change myself.
Outside balcony – Never cleaned, I did this myself
Towels – Disgusting, grey in colour instead of white
Cobwebs - around the door and on the ceiling
Balcony – massive gap where the rain came through and into the room, I had to mop up with towels and leave some on the floor as it was flooding
Balcony – The drain was blocked with debris and cockroaches, this was horrific, I brought this to the housekeeper attention – Her words were, she was the only house keeper who was trying to do all the hotel, she stated ‘she had had enough’, all the staff have left, and she was going to leave’ – This was not good, we still had days to go
Restaurant – This place requires closing down, its filthy, the tables are disgusting, we had to drink our coffee out of a paper cup, the food was warm, some not even cooked properly, same meat every night,,,,,chicken, chicken and more chicken
The bins around the hotel – Never emptied
Kettle in the room – Broken, had no lid, so when it was boiled, it burnt your hand
Drinks machine – Disgusting
Curtains – Sheets were use
Bar Area – They used a bucket to capture the water, no wet floor signs out for safety and just left it wet – Massive slip hazard. Towels were used as doormats.
I saw the manager the day before we were due to leave and stated ‘I want my £150 back and I’ll collect it on ‘check out’. I explained all this to him, he didn’t seem interested, I told him I have never ever stay in a place like this before – He needs closing down
Even though we were All Inclusive, we literally slept and showered in that room. I became really ill on Wednesday 01.10.2025 and still am, I will be seeking medical advice tomorrow with my own GP

When arrived told room not available due to water and electric. Had booked adults only pool view shown family area my sons room okay but i was put in the roof,which eas very hot, dirty plug sockets hanging off the wall and curtain rail broken so went back to reception to tell them i would not be taking that room was put in another roln but told it was only for the night and would be chamged in the morning come back at 10am. Went back next morning told there was no rooms on adult side with pool view explained thats what i paid for thats what i want. Told comeback at 11 to speak to the manager. At 11 met the managerwho is very rude said nothing available sent me to look at other rooms which we would not accept, told could move to the hotel that i booked for an extra charge £80 each room but stood my ground and got what we booked. Moved to our rooms at 2:30. Rooms very dated could do with a good clean. Shower leaked was an over the bath shower so leaked from drains had to keep a towel on the floor to stop flooding. Plus cockroaches in bathroom. Did report it several times but nothing done. Food was awful only chicken and meat balls on offer lunch and dinner served luke warm so ate out most days. On the only time i ate there ended up with upset stomach. Resturant was dirty with poor food hygiene, cats wandering about using planters for their toilets. Bar area offered gin vodka raki or beer that was it. Pool area was dirty not cleaned at the end of the day so old drinking cups lef. No ashtrays so people using cups with water in again not cleared away with lots of ants on larger sunbeds. Sun loungers old and several broken same with sun brollys. Hotel sold as 4 star would not give it a one star. Only plus side is that it was close to everything, beach shops and bars. Love Icmeler but stay away from this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely dreadful the first room we got had mould all over the beds so then we went down to complain to get a new one then all we got off the staff was no English we finally had our room changed we paid for pool view and we got a view of the street the food was horrible and was loads of broken stuff around the hotel we had 3 rooms what was meant to be near each other and we was all in complete different blocks

Stay away, dirty, wrong room on arrival like most guests you don't get moved to the hotel you booked until you complain, we booked mersoy Bella vista adult only and was put in mersoy exclusive no pool view that we booked, all inclusive??? No snacks bar set times tk eat food always cold limited choice always chicken, limited drinks vodka, gin, wine, beer thd adult hotel across tge road bar closed at 7pm so had to go otherside of toad eccvery night same for meals, rooms are dated falling apart, jaccuzi bath ha ha not working just flooded bathroom, air con not working in bedroom they came yk it said there's a problem. And left not the experience we wanted never again, stay away please.

Just don't bother, we paid for three rooms. Only got provided with two after arguing for two days we were offered a third room covered in mold. One of the rooms we did get had a broken bathroom door, shower and Aircon all of which was eventually fixed after constant moaning. The food is fine but so repetitive, drinks are ok. The hotel has potential but needs a refurb desperately, beds are really uncomfortable, sunloungers are mostly broken. Kids allowed in the adults only area. The only positives I can think of is the pool is nice and clean and the bread is nice. We ate out most of the time, breakfast was a waste of time here we lived off bread and jam.

DO NOT STAY HERE, this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It's filthy, there is no all inclusive, the meals are set times, only drinks are Efe beer, vodka or gin. No snacks throughout the day, people were kicking off with reception everyday, the rooms aren't cleaned, the towels were stained and grey, it's so run down and not maintained. Even the receptionist told me it was a horrible hotel. IT DOES NOT RESEMBLE THE PHOTOS IN THE BROCHURE.not even fruit juice, no safety lights, no light in the lift. Wet bathroom floor constantly. I could go on.

Where to start booked hotel with a friend two different rooms pool view paid single supplement for both . First night landed 4am and told no rooms ready only family room . No pool view . And would be given our rooms after 10am . There after was told stll no rooms .where I complained the person behind the desk started swearing in Turkish . After a good ten minutes complaining got my room pool view room adequate .my friend however was thrown in the Mersoy exclusive for the full ten days .his room was mouldy dated and extremely dirty .spoke too other guests and same had happened to them . The staff was heard reselling the Mersoy bellavista to new arrivals . Absolute scammers

Very dirty apartment and it wasn’t cleaned once in the 2 weeks we were there. We did have fresh towels everyday. Everything in the room seemed to be falling to bits. The shower pipe wasn’t long enough so no water came out, we did complain but nothing was sorted, cockroaches in the room it was discusting. The food is very repetitive and not much choice so we ate out most of the time, the pool area is nice enough but most of the sunbeds were broke. Not much choice in drinks, beer, wine, vodka, gin, raki. No snack bar, no entertainment, would not go back to this hotel. The best thing is it’s in a fab area and close to shops restaurants and bars and close to the beach, I’d definitely return to Icmeler but in a better hotel

You get what you pay for. Cheap accommodation, even cheaper food & drink. Populated by the kind of people you’d run a mile from back in the UK

Hotel is awful. No remote for air-conditioning. Many loungers were broken. All inclusive finishes at 10.30 pm. Bed was hard. Room not always cleaned or given fresh towels. Food choice is very limited and not very warm. Only good thing was the location for beach and shops.

It was so dirty having to go to hotel other side of road even it was adult only .Bar was across road too adult side bar was only open at afternoon closed at night .Staff not friendly only spoke when someone tried to cause trouble with my friend never go again .can’t believe it’s on Hays Travel boycott this hotel

The hotel is in perfect location and walk to the beach 5 minutes, staff were friendly and helpful, room and pool were clean. See you next year Mersoy family.

Please, read and listen to the reviews. This is THE worst hotel i have ever stayed in in my life. I have had to move hotels after just 1 day here. Please don’t waste your money.
