You might book the Mersoy bellavista but they put you in the Mersoy exclusive the staff shove you in the latter . Couldn’t give this a minus 5 Staff rude and arrogant stop here at your own peril . Worst hotel ever

Really bad food was rubbish so eat out icmeler was brilliant but hotel spoilt the holiday ,was beaten by bed bugs and room was really bad the telly didn't work lamp shade ware hanging off the wall went in the lobby for Wi-Fi and the sofas were full of cat mess never again will I stay here but would go back the icmeler as the resort was really nice

Nice staff but that’s about it. Room was shocking food wasn’t much better. First room door was broken. Second room poo on sheets and rotten fruit on the side more like squat. Also poo on the door of the public toilets. All inclusive but had to eat out everyday.

The hotel is nothing like the photos. We booked through love holidays and paid for all inclusive however the food was rubbish so we had to eat out most of the time. The hotel offers minimal selections of food and even breakfast there is minimal options other than cereal and bread. The cakes and desserts are soggy and taste awful as they are sat in some kind of water or juice. The rooms are outdated and look unclean. It is clear that the floors do not get cleaned and neither do the mirrors or windows. The shelving in our wardrobe was broken and the balcony door would barely open. Cleaners visited our room maybe once or twice during our stay for a week and we had to make our way down to reception if we needed fresh towels or toilet roll. The booking also states that you have a fridge and a kettle in the room but ours had neither. The views of the mountain from the room are nice if you get a higher floor however if you get a lower floor you cannot see anything. There was no entertainment and minimal music or background noise. Overall I wouldn’t recommend visiting and staying at this hotel as it is very run down and isn’t very clean.

The hotel is in perfect location and 5 minutes walk to the beach, staff were friendly and helpful, room and pool were clean. Hope to see you next year.

I do not usually write a bad review but after staying here felt I needed to so other people do not suffer this experience. If I could give this hotel a minus rating I would do, I would say this hotel is at best a 1 star if classed as a hostel instead of a hotel. We paid to stay at the Mersoy Bellavista Adult only hotel, but were put here due to "technically issues" with some rooms but would be moved the next day if we went back the next morning, after 4 days of returning to reception to be moved we got told same thing ( however, they told another couple after we had moved away from counter but was still in reception that Bellavista was overbooked) .
The pictures added are of the sofas in reception area, disgusting state.
The all inclusive package was laughable - the food was awful, no choice everything overcooked and tasteless. The "Chef" couldnt even cook pitta bread without burning it. For the first few days lived on bread and a little bit of salad after that we had to pay to eat out to have a decent meal. The drinks available was Vodka or Gin only definitely not an all inclusive choice, wine or efes and the bar closed at 2230 not what advertised when booking. The Al a carte restaurant was not available.
The rooms were not cleaned once during our entire stay and the bin in bathroom to put toilet paper in was not emptied for 3 days( ended up emptying in the bin in corridor myself) and had to go to reception to get towels and toilet rolls.
The staff were mostly unfriendly, rude and very unhelpful, apart from the bar/restaurant manager who was absolutely lovely.
The only decent thing I can say about this hotel was the location
Icmeler is a beautiful place and thankfully this hotel did not cloud my judgement on Icmeler.

I had high hopes for this holiday, but unfortunately my experience at this hotel left me deeply disappointed.

Accommodation
On arrival, I was placed in the wrong section of the hotel, as the two blocks have very similar names. My first room was unacceptable — the fridge was dirty and the bed had not been properly cleaned. Despite reporting this, nobody came to address the issues. After raising further concerns, I was moved to another room which was a slight improvement, but it had no fridge and no view, even though I had specifically paid for one.

Food & Drink
Meal times were very restricted (breakfast 8–10:30, lunch 12:30–2, dinner 7–9), and there were no snack bars available throughout the day. Drinks were consistently watered down, and the quality of the food varied greatly — some days it was tolerable, other days very poor. I cannot say it was all bad, but it was far from what I expected. In the end, I found myself seeking out a nearby café by the beach just to enjoy a proper meal.

Facilities & Cleanliness
There was no entertainment provided at all, which was disappointing for a holiday advertised as lively. The adult-only pool and bar area were much better, but when swimming with goggles I was horrified to see the state of the pool’s cleanliness. It was deeply unsettling.

Staff & Service
Some staff were lovely and welcoming, but unfortunately this was overshadowed by a shocking incident. I was shouted at, screamed in the face, and physically pushed into a wall by a staff member — simply for trying to help clear a plate. This behaviour was completely unacceptable and left me shaken and upset.

Location
The one redeeming feature of this hotel is its location. The beach is only a five-minute walk away, and the surrounding views are genuinely beautiful.

Overall Experience i made ths most if the holiday but .

While the setting and a few kind staff members offered some positives, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The issues with room standards, food and drink quality, poor facilities, and, most importantly, the unacceptable behaviour of one staff member have left me upset and disheartened. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel.

It is a good hotel. Nice, clean, with very convenient location. There is a pool, if you don’t wanna go out and just enjoy the sun next to your room. It’s clean. And there is a wonderful sea side in 5 min. Stuff is friendly.

Absolutely hell hole , nothing good to say about anything, should be knocked down ( STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THERE IS NOTHING TRUTHFUL ABOUT ANY OF THE REVIEWS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

The hotel's location is in a wonderful place and a two minutes walk to the beach, the rooms and pool are clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. It's a good hotel for both price and hotel for a vacation. Thanks for everything and I'd love to see you again next year.

On arrival we were given a room in the wrong part of the hotel, the family hotel despite paying for the adult only. We were told they had overbooked and we would be moved the next day. The room we received for the night was awful and disgusting, the worst room I have ever seen. Not clean. When we got moved it was ok but still not great. The hotel is very old fashioned and needs updating asap. The food is bad, not much choice and i’m sure hygiene was not great. The staff do not care about any problems you may have. All staff are unprofessional including the owner. If you want somewhere cheap to sleep and use the pool it is just fine, but choose another hotel…

2 min walk from lovely Icmeler beach which the locals are happy to look after you and apologise that you are staying with mersoy “i’m so sorry, please don’t panic” where the exact words of a beach waiter.

10 min taxi into marmaris 600TL (£8) where you will find great restaurants and shopping.

Terrible hotel won't even give it a rating, if your happy with your beds not being changed the entire time you are here then this is for you

Disgraceful hotel

we booked the hotel knowing it wouldn’t be 5 star but it was very below average for starters there is no activity’s threwout the day nothing for children, around the pool area it was dirty and had a horrible smell coming from the drains don’t expect it to smell amazing but we were havin to hold our noses when in pool or around same as the outdoor bar we didn’t even want to go up to it the smell was disgraceful, bar closing at half 10 even when it says 12 on the site after half 10 you have to pay for your drinks, the food was not edible we had to go out everyday for food even tho we payed for all inclusive complete waste of time, the room was terrible, the bathroom had mould in the shower , toilet seat was broken, bed was far from comfy the bed cover was itchy and just not what we expected, dust everywhere under the bed was disgraceful, we did not let the cleaners in after reading reviews about people had reported stuff going missing we had to go to the reception to ask for toilet roll and towels and had a hard time asking due to the staff not understanding or being rude no one in the hotel had manners no please and no thank yous the only good thing about the hotel was the location , wasn’t expecting 5 star but will not be coming back again

We stayed for 2 weeks July/August 2025. I searched for a budget all inclusive hotel with a pool. This was a cheap option but reviews were worryingly poor, however I needn’t have worried. It’s not the best looking hotel or pool but the food was nice and my daughters 13 and 9 who can be particular loved the pancakes and cereal at breakfast and always found plenty to enjoy at lunch and dinner too, a short walk away is a Migos Jet and a BIM (proper cheap supermarkets) which you can use to stock your room with haribo, chocolate, biscuits and lays for the gap between lunch and tea, realistically even if they added a snack service the kids would rather have a dip into some junk food anyway. The pool was clean, the room was nice and the aircon did the job. The location is close to Icmeler beach front and the town. Although the pool looks too small on arrival it is adequate for the number using it during the day. The staff were hard working and friendly and really helpful.
It is a multinational hotel and lots of guests are Turkish and travelling through for short stays so you don’t see the same faces as much as in other hotels. The hotel doesn’t offer evening entertainment although there is a lively Turkish vibe at the bar on an evening, this didn’t make me feel excluded in anyway but we chose to mostly leave the hotel on an evening and explore Icmeler as it’s so close and convenient to do this. WiFi didn’t work in the room though so if your budget stretches it would be worth getting roaming data set up before you get to Turkey or downloading lots of films etc.
If you are looking for a budget friendly holiday, I don’t think you should be put off by reviews. I saw one review with a photo of the pool toilet in a mess and thought you would have to catch this straight after the person messed it up as the cleaner seemed to be in there after every use. The one area that I think the hotel could improve on is placement of the hot food during the dinner service as a few nights long queues were forming which could be reduced by dividing the food into multiple areas. I would also invest in wipe down table coverings as the wooden tables are too difficult to clean thoroughly inbetween uses.
Overall I would recommend the hotel for its price point and if you have booked and are worried by the reviews that you are reading, please know I had a fantastic time with my two daughters. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time, we had so much fun and wish we were still there.

My boyfriend and I came to Içmeler for the first time. We arrived at the hotel late at night, and our room was a mess. In the morning, we asked to change rooms, but the girl at reception didn’t speak English and had to call the manager. The manager, Eser, offered us a better room for £100, saying it was in the adult section with no children. We agreed and also paid £20 for the safe.
Unfortunately, in the new room, the minibar didn’t work and the air conditioner was leaking water. We reported it, but the staff weren’t helpful at all. However, Sukru and Hamdi at the bar were amazing—very kind and helpful. They were the only good part of our experience. Overall, the reception service was very disappointing.

Me and my three friends made a reservation at the Mersoy Exclusive Hotel. We came to the hotel and when we check in, the front desk manager, Mr. Eser, upgraded us to a room at Bellavista for $150. We paid for the room but the room's air conditioning wasn't working, and when we went to the reception, the staff were rude and didn't speak English or Russian. Most of the staff asked for our Instagram or phone number. It was the worst hotel I've ever been to.

Start with good, rooms clean with good air con, pool area was nice, although the pool was a bit murky looking a lot of the time !!!!! Bar area was not pleasant !!! Glasses was seen to be just rinsed under the taps not cleaned properly, glasses were then left to dry on mucky clothes behind the bar. Ants crawling all over the bar and machines !!!! We went in the restaurant twice in the 10 days we was there and was sick after both times, staff seem miserable which is fine I understand they work very long hours. Cleaners don't were uniform or any sort of identity, so one morning me and my friend woke up to find a male cleaner stood staring at us till we told him to leave !!!! I am a big believer in you get what u pay for, but this place is realy not worth the money. We went with all expectations of eating out and exploring so for us it wasn't as bad as it would be for some who are on a budget. If you just want a base for your head that's fine, bit for a proper all inclusive experience avoid this place xxx
